ARC for honest review with no compensation and boy did these two ladies (Bella and Jennifer) hit pay dirt again! ! Another awesome Maverick book! ! This series has such sexy, handsome and so down to earth men and the beautiful strong women who love them.

Evan and Paige have been friends since college, but during that time Evan falls in love with her sister, Whitney. Fast forward nine years and his marriage is falling apart after Whitney admits she has lied about her pregnancies/miscarriages and another secret that is the icing on the cake. Evan is divorcing her but is concerned that he will lose Paige in the process. Little does he know that Paige has been in love with him since college.

Paige has kept her feelings about Evan under wraps or so she thinks…..but when she finds out what her sister has done to Evan she wants nothing to do with her. Paige just wants to be there for Evan in any way she can.

This story is of Evan, a sexy man made Billionaire, who has made mistakes in the past, a biggie was his ex wife. This is now, a new world unmarked by the past. Home for another wedding, an what he needed was to be surrounded by family and love. Where is Paige, sister of his ex, and she always made the remark of her being a hanger-on". Evan was the one who made excuses for his ex, of which his family didn't care for her. Blinded, by what he thought was love, built on lies and that she had a dark side. Paige was a psychologist, she knew what was going on, and would help him move on. Would he let her, she secretly loved him for 9 years. All the money couldn't give him wha he wanted was "true love" a delightful story of family, love, laughter and healing. All will enjoy another story of the Mavericks. Given Arc for my voluntary review and my honest opinion.

Co-authors Bella Andre and Jennifer Skully have finally released Evan's story. I held out hope that Evan would find the love he deserved and the duo didn't disappoint.

"It had all been lies."

This installment had more than a few (pleasant) surprises within it pages. Paige is an amazing character. I wasn't sure about her "too sweet" personality in the beginning. However, her love for Evan, and by extension his family, quickly endured her to this reader. All of the Mavericks, have a niche that makes them irresistible but, Evan was a favorite from the moment they were introduced.

And here goes the next Maverick. Irresistible in Love focuses on Evan and Paige. They have been friends for almost a decade and become in-laws over time when Evan married Paige's sister Whitney. After a horrible betrayal, a divorce is on the menu for Evan and Whitney, making way for Evan and Paige's friendship to bloom even more and to grow to its full potential with the possibility of love. Throw in a long-lost family member and never heard of siblings, and you're in for an emotional ride.

I loved it. Another success for Bella Andre and Jennifer Skully and this series. I can't wait for the next Maverick brother to get lost in love. And the appearance of some Sullivans was the cherry on top. I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Talk about a roller coaster ride! Evan and Paige have had a special bond since they first met when at the school. Paige has loved him since the very beginning and it becomes obvious that Evan did too, which sent him running to her sister. Evan is one of the troubled kids that are part of the Mavericks.They were all brought together because of their pasts and their parents, Susan and Bob. This book will have you hating his ex, loving the Paige and crying for Evan, both as the little boy and the adult. Then you will want to strangle him too and tell him to get his head out of his arse and go after Paige, the woman he truly loves. Bella is the best at bringing it all together without leaving you feeling lost along the way. If you like HEA books, you will love this one.

Finally. Evan finally rid himself of his shrew of a wife.

Evan and Paige were so good together. Friends, even before he married Whitney. We have watched Paige endure her sister's mean sprited nature through the first three books. She has finally come into her own.

Both Evan and Paige were finally able to exorcise some demons.

This was a book about pain, healing, love, and family support. The moments with Paige and Evan were both romantic and sexy.

This book can be read as a standalone. But, you get to see the Mavericks as a group stand strong together, and then expand as their family grows. I would definitely recommend this book.

Irresistible in Love was an amazing story of new love. Having filed for divorce from his wife, Evan is reluctant to fall in love again, even if he does find himself developing feelings for his soon-to-be ex-sister-in-law. Paige has been in love with Evan for years, even before he met her sister. She sees his impending divorce as an opportunity to have the chance with him she's always wanted. What I liked about this book was the history the characters had, and I loved the family aspect. Even though I have not yet read the other books in the Maverick's series, I didn't feel as though I was missing anything. There were references to characters from previous books, and I'm definitely going back to read them.

I enjoy reading Bella Andre and Jennifer Skully's collaboration. Characters who are relatable to read about, money aside. The stories show that family is important, no matter what form that family takes.
Evan and Paige have a strong friendship and mutual loyalty. Those qualities help them build a strong foundation for a relationship. Evan has a lot to forgive himself for and he has to give up some of his pride to get through it. His friends are always there and have his back. Paige finally uses her psychologist degree to look at her own relationship with her sister. What she discovers helps her move forward in her life, and her life with Evan. A great, what should have happened, finally happens, story.

This is the Maverick I've been waiting for! From the beginning, I've looked forward to Paige and Evan's story. And I wasn't disappointed. Now, after learning about Whitney's betrayals, Evan has shut himself off from his family for a month. He finally returns to the fold right before Will and Harper's wedding. Evan and Paige's relationship develops slowly from friends to lovers. Evan gets some other surprises as well. I loved watching Paige find her strength to stand up to her sister, and loved watching Evan learn to forgive and learn to open himself to love. We also got some surprise guests at Will and Harper's wedding! Love seeing the Sullivans anywhere they show up! I received a copy of this book for an honest review.

An emotional friends to lovers story- with a twist.
This is my first Maverick book, but after reading about Paige and Evan, I will be going back to read the others.
This is a well written and engaging story. All of the characters are entertaining, but because of the pace, none of super developed. This is definitely part of a series, with lots of cross over from previous books. There is enough back story shared that anyone can jump into the series with this book, but there is a little bit of a muddy water feel because it is the fourth book (meaning 3 other couples to be caught up on).
A quick, sexy read.... perfect for pure entertainment.

The fourth book in this series about four foster brothers who have gone on as adults to be very successful and own their own company. This book is about Evan, who was the only one married when this series began. His marriage is now ending and he finally realizes the depth of his feelings for his ex wife's sister, Paige. Evan has always been a hard one to read and I really liked how this book really gave him depth and a history so that he felt much more relatable. We got to see his growth and feelings and forgiveness. This has been a wonderful series and I certainly hope it continues! Thanks so much for the opportunity to read this book for an honest review! Loved it!

I adore each of the Mavericks and their stories of heart break and finding love to brighten their lives. Evan's story is filled with a hard childhood, devastating marriage, but with the promise of forgiveness and love. Forgiving himself to being blind by his ex-wife's painful lies. Not seeing who he should've been with along. I love how he and Paige' s relationship grew throughout the story. I can't wait to see where they are and the rest of the Maverick' s in the next book. Bella and Jennifer write such a fantastic series.

Another story about the Maverick family being there for one another. Paige & Evan had a long friendship dating back to college. All the Maverick men have past hang ups and Evan is no exception. There's plenty of longing for forbidden fruit and the inevitable sexy times between the couple. I liked the subplot about his "past relationships." The only thing I disliked was that the other woman was her sister. The circumstances were extraordinary so it was justifiable that they would get together anyway. I couldn't be with him no matter how awful my sister was.

I received this beautiful written book for an honest Review. Bella doesn't disappoint her readers, by stirring every emotion from betrayal to well deserved, unconditional love. The story of Evan's abusive childhood to the total commitment he receives from the Mavericks & their family ties, makes Evan become a total wonderful, son, brother, & husband. His adventure of finding the total, true love of Paige & the punishment of Whitney, his ex-wife, makes it one unbelievable ride! Finding a new family in the process has his future grow brightly. Can't wait for the adventure of Daniel's story! Fantastic read!

I was thankful he finally saw the light & realized what was right in front of him. Throughout the book Evan is very bullheaded. Thank god they finally get together, fall in love & have an amazing relationship of honesty. This is another hit for Bella Andre, absolutely loved it. I highly recommend this book & series.

What another great Billionaire story! I loved Evan and Paige's story. It really made me think of how it is never too late to find love. This book was a great balance of romance and intrigue. We met Evan and his ex-wife, Whitney, in the first Billionaire story, and I have always wondered why Evan would end up with her! Throughout the book, it is apparent how a person's childhood can shape decisions made later in life. When Evan and Paige reconnect, I was relieved he finally found what he deserved all along. Great read with a great HEA!

Evan Collins is one of the maverick billionaires that cam from a troubled childhood. His father didn't want him and had beaten his mother and him. Then his mother left him with his father and he took all the beatings. Luckily Susan and Bob took him into their home along with some other boys and gave him love and a wonderful family. Evan and Paige Ryan were close in college. Paige was in love with Ryan and then Paige's selfish sister, Whitney, came to visit her and Evan and Whitney were married. Nine years later, Evan finds out about the awful lies Whitney has told and what a selfish woman she really is. He tells her to get out and is divorcing her. Paige, who has become a psychologist, is always there to help him through his rough patches.

This book has betrayal, pain, family, love, and heartache. I loved Paige and the wonderful person she is. She is always so upbeat and ready to help everyone. She is such a good person, that her sister takes advantage of her all she can. It was sad to see how horrible Whitney was to Paige. I felt bad that Evan didn't think he deserved Paige or anyone good in his life. His childhood before living with Susan and Bob had such an effect on him. He felt he couldn't let anyone else near his heart. He was still hurt from his mother leaving. There is a twist to that you won't expect. I am glad that Evan had Paige to help him sort out his feelings. This was such a good book, I didn't want to put it down. I strongly encourage you to read the book. I voluntarily read an Advanced Reader's Copy of this book.

This was such a great story about love, acceptance, friendship and forgiveness and I would expect nothing less from Bella Andre! I just love the Maverick series by Bella and Jennifer and I think one of the main reasons for that is how the Mavericks all met, by being fostered by Bob & Susan Spencer, and how they have all gone on to be very successful men. Talk about hitting the jackpot with a foster family, these people are truly wonderful, caring, and loving people and a lot of fun to be around even as all of these men are now grown ups and finding love.
This story is about Evan Collins. He has had a rough time of it lately as his marriage just ended due to the many lies and betrayal of his soon to be ex-wife Whitney, who really did a number on him. He is finally back in town for the New Year's Eve wedding of Will & Harper at the Spencer's house. This was such a nice treat to be able to be at their wedding after falling in love with this couple in Breathless in Love and their vows were simply beautiful.
Evan reconnects with all of his friends who he has been avoiding including Paige, who also just happens to be his sister-in-law. Paige has been in love with Evan since college when they became close friends, and has remained his friend all these years despite him being married to her sister. This is Paige's chance not just to show Evan how she really feels about him, but using her expertise as a psychologist to help him get past the betrayal of his wife, and of his biological mother 25 years earlier, so that he might be able to trust another woman again, preferably her.
Evan has always had a thing for Paige but feels like it would be wrong of him to start something with his ex-wife's sister but he definitely wants her in his life. He needs her but he feels he does not deserve her for choosing her sister those many years before. But one incredible kiss reveals to him that she would be everything to him if he let more happen, so he fights it, until he can't anymore.
Paige becomes invaluable to him as a friend when someone from his past shows up and some pretty important things are revealed that will most likely change his life forever. Evan's life definitely takes a major turn for the better and Paige is there through it all because she loves him.
Once these two finally connect in the most intimate of ways, he lets himself be loved by Paige and it is magical. Besides the serious hotness of their getting together, they were so sensual and loving and it was just perfect.

This is definitely another 5 star must read in this series.

Irresistible in Love is hands down my favorite book in The Maverick Billionaires series yet! I’ve been waiting since the series began for Evan’s story, and I wasn’t disappointed.

The Mavericks haven’t understood why their brother Evan has stayed with his witch of a wife Whitney for years. He’s stood by her in sickness and in health, but she’s never made an effort to be part of their family. So when Evan suddenly tells everyone he’s get a divorce, they’re happy but shocked. No one is as shocked as Whitney’s sister and Evan’s friend, Paige.

Paige has harbored a crush on Evan for years. Now that Evan’s finally going to be single, Paige knows this is her chance at love with Evan. Evan isn’t so sure, though. Paige is his friend and sister-in-law. There has to be something wrong with the attraction he feels towards Paige.

Bella Andre and Jennifer Skully have this billionaire love story thing down. I would never be able to tell their novels are collaborations without both of their names being on the cover. Their writing together is seamless. Third person dual points of view isn’t always my favorite to read, but theirs is always so well done that I always enjoy the story and perspectives.

Getting the story behind Evan’s marriage to Whitney and friendship with Paige was so fulfilling. I finally learned all of the secrets I’ve been impatient to know since the beginning of the series. I also loved learning about Evan’s past. Evan was such a great guy. He may have been rich, but his past kept him grounded in reality. Paige and her insecurities were very easy to relate to. She was a normal woman trying to compete with a bombshell sister. I liked that Paige didn’t want to waste any more time and went for what she wanted. Evan and Paige were definitely made for each other. There was such a sweetness to their relationship.

The forbidden aspect of this story isn’t one of my favorite relationship tropes. I’m not a big fan of guys or girls falling for their ex’s sister or brother. There’s kind of an “ew” factor for me. I can’t imagine hooking up with someone my sister has. Just thinking about it makes me cringe. That being said, it didn’t bother me too much in this story. I think it’s because I completely detested Whitney and loved Paige for three books prior to this one. I could see this relationship coming, so I was prepared for it. Plus, I loved that Whitney finally got what she deserved.

Fans of The Maverick Billionaires series are going to love Irresistible in Love. They’re going to be so satisfied with Evan and Paige’s story. I was, and now I’m looking forward to the next book. I want Daniel’s story!
