Hat Trick (Blades Hockey Book 3)

Hat Trick was the perfect second chance-ish romance. From the previous books, Gwen was t my favorite person but I’ve grown to adore her. Marshall is absolutely her perfect match. Everything about this book from the romance to the humor was amazing.

I really enjoyed this installment in the Blades series! Marshall is HOT, HOT, HOT and Gwen is spunky, fighting to create a life for herself that she really wants. I liked that he knew what he wanted but was willing to step back and let her realize that he was meant for her. There were definitely laugh out loud moments...PIE! :)

Came across Maria Luis by accident and what a serendipitous accident it was! This story, I would characterize as a second chance hockey playing romance! I couldn't put it down once I started reading and I didn't want it to end. I would highly recommend this book.

I absolutely loved this book! I loved everything about it. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. If you're looking for an amazing romance story with a bit of comedy and lots of swooning, this is it! Read it! Trust me, you'll be glad you did!

Another excellent book from Maria Luis and I found it to be a beautiful romance filled with a lot of emotions. Loved the characters and the story-line and the way everything went in the book. A must read book!

Hat Trick by Maria Luis is another great story in this Blades series.
This story has lol moments along with a truly captivating storyline.

I absolutely loved this story! I loved Marshall and Gwen and how Marshall stuck by Gwen for years until she was finally ready.

I loved that Marshall knew what he wanted and wasn’t afraid to go after it. Gwen started out as a secondary character in the 1st book and not very likable but she was redeemed in Hat Trick. Definitely recommend and enjoy the pie!

This was not my favorite of the Blades Hockey books but still a good book. Gwen and Marshall both have trust issues and got where both their insecurities could mold the way they lead their lives. So glad Gwen finally realized what was right in front of her and that she can have what she so desperately craves Love.

I've always likes Gwen's snarkiness and her knack of always doing her best to prove her worthiness. But getting to really know Gwen was just heartbreaking and hard to read at times. Marshall was the same way he was too sweet and could totally see where he was coming from! I loved Marshall!! Maria Luis definitely out did herself!!

This was Gwen and Marshall’s story. They’ve known each other for a long time, but she was reluctant to give him a chance. She has a difficult past, though his is even more complicated. Nevertheless, they know each other very well, were friends in the past and finally find the way to each other. I look forward to the next book in the series.

I am thoroughly enjoying this series. Marshall has had Gwen on his radar for years, but is always being turned down. Gwen refuses to let feelings become part of her life and honestly, she afraid of Marshall. I found this story really took off when Marshall turned he down! Yes he said no to a date...it was awesome. Both have had less than stellar childhoods but for very different reasons. I really enjoyed getting to know this couple and loved the high note the book ended on.
