Murder on Amsterdam Avenue (A Gaslight Mystery)

I have enjoyed every book in this series & thought this book was even more interesting. The author stays true to each characters personality. It is comforting to find out the direction the characters are taking. It seems like finding out what old friends have been doing. I am always excited to see where this story is going.

I've read every one of Victoria Thompson's Gaslight series and Murder on Amsterdam Avenue is by far my favorite. I'm usually pretty good at guessing the murderer, but in this one she had me guessing right up until the end. Great book. Jan Faris

I enjoyed Victoria Thompson's murder mysteries immensely. I read all them within a couple of months. Couldn't put them down. I would even read them during commercials while watching TV. Highly recommend them!

Another amazing book in the Gaslight Series! I love the evolution of all characters from Frank and Sarah to Maeve and Gino throughout the series and this one did not disappoint. The story was interesting and I love how the author ties in the social problems of the day into each of her books. Can't wait for the next installment.
