Like reading novels by this author, she handles each story line in the appropriate manner, not too much fillers which kind of suprised me, since I feel most female authors throw in too much fillers. I will purchase more novels from her.

I purchased the book becasue of the high rating in the store. Half way through the book, I felt like I was reading a fantasy romance novel. The writing style is gender apparent. The plot is simple but okay. I would have enjoyed the book a lot more if the writing style is more neutral.

every step of the way. Sloane does things her way and thinks outside the box. The mystery and suspense of this novel leads me to believe your other books are of the same calaber if not better.

Thanks for your time and energy poured into this novel.

Weak writing style, simplistic overblown character development, choppy plot, cute dog. Although romance/suspense depends upon unlikely situations and characters, a good story has a connection to believability which Bradshaw lacks. She has neither the humor and fast place of Evanovich nor the excellent gritty plot and well developed characters of Grafton. Beware of disconnected reviews which must come from the author's buddies-no other explanation. This book is ok but doesn't come close to delivering what the reviewers claim.

Held my interest from the first page to the last. I was hoping however, for more twists and turns. I really enjoy the characters and story line. I would recommend this book for readers looking for a good mystery.

I've just discovered Cheryl Bradshaw and I love her writing. I can get through her books in a couple of days. (or less).
So far I've only read 3 of the Sloane Monroe books but I can't put them down.
