The AW third installment. This series maintains a level excellence and consistency that is hard to find in litrpg. Yes it has sex. No the sex isn't terribly graphic, and is pretty tastefully done. The characters are well put together, and the mic and overall power levels aren't ridiculously op.

I have been looking forward to this book for sometime. The story progresses well and they characters are intriguing to say the least. The problem is I am looking forward to the next book more than I was this one, although that is a good problem to have! Cheers Daniel!

Alpha Company is formed. What does that mean for our friends? Will they get bogged down in guild stuff or continue to level up? What happens to the love interests they have in game and out? Read and follow along as they work out issues and advance themselves.

Kindle Unlimited - Thank you

I love the time I spend with this story. So as not to simply gush or add a redundant review, I'll just endorse the 5 star reviews. Yeah... They've pretty much got it covered.

While waiting for the release I pondered their actions as things begin to be set in motion bad apples and good apples mixed in which made it feel more of a game which it is. Can't wait for the next installment of Alpha

Great continuation of the story. Let's you know the main characters are still human and that they have needs. Glad to see the growth of fluff and the Crowley women. I think Albert could use a little more restraint at points, but that's how you know he is like any other guy out there. Heated when you bad mouth his loved ones. Makes you really grow to like him even more.

A good continuation, although the portrayal of male-female relations is becoming a little more unblanced (It was a niggling annoyance with the first two books as well). We get it, you think that any issues between men and women are because the men are dense and/or insensitive, except where the Dom main character is concerned. You don't have to use a sledgehammer.

Faster, you must write faster! Litrpg is a new genre for me, I have read a few series now, and this one is at the very top of my like list. I have become so engrossed with each book in this series that I simply blast through and they never last as long as I want them to. I enjoy them so much that I am willing to suffer the aggravation of my kindle kicking me out of the review screen constantly to write this. It should tell you just how much that I have persevered through getting kicked 5 times to get the review done.

I am horrible at writing reveiws. This series does one of the best jobs i've ever read balancing dark themes, with humor, and adventure. I would recomend it to anyone who could tolerate some of the dark themes.

The concept was different than the usual. As a non-gamer surrounded by gamers it was interesting to read the terms and apply them to a strategy. The never ended sensual component was a little much. I felt like the book ended without resolution.

In the beginning I enjoyed this series. The first book had some romance aspects but they were outweighed by the LitRPG elements. It was probably a 70/30 split and while I didn't particularly like the romance, I felt like it didn't detract from the story and the story was still interesting because of the quests, loot, and characters. The second book was worse. It became more of a 50/50 split where the romance played a large role in the story and the author hinted at harem building. While I wasn't particularly enthused. I figured that all things must have balance and this overabundance of romanticism would probably be subsumed again by the action in the third book. There was loot and there were quests but it wasn't quite enough to keep me engaged. This leads us to this final book. This will be the final book for me even if it isn't the final of the series. This book had a 90/10 split of romance to action. There was no new loot. The only conflict was a couple rude guild members who were dispatched is such a laughable way as to highlight the main characters inflated ego. The only change was the one hinted at in the very end of the second book and everything in between was just slogging through the mire of interpersonal relationships. Not only that but this entire book's purpose was to coyly set up a harem for the main character. It was a joke. Especially since it was the inevitable outcome hinted at in the precious books. This series would have been infinitely better if the author had just included the harem building from the beginning and then moved on to the actual LitRPG. Just to add insult to injury the author ends it in the same cliffhanger-esque way that the second book did. Overall, if you want LitRPG then this isn't the book for you. If you want a harem romance novel than maybe. But even then you have to settle for stilted dialogue, awful cockney accents, and one dimensional characters who only care about the next sexual excursion rather than anything of importance. Also can we please talk about the fact that corrections officers are not unarmed combat masters. There's a reason the majority of them are overweight or underperforming police officers.

Some answers are given about the heroes and their real lives outside of Alpha World. But more questions are also caused. This book really builds up the anticipation and piques the curiosity to see what is to come. I cannot wait to read the next in this series
