Reading bliss.

Finishes with a happy sigh.

I love a feel good romance and Falling fast ticked all the right box's.

A BIT ABOUT THE PLOT:
When Gia Caro discovers her Gran is ill, not only is she shocked at the news but shocked to also discover her Gran was alive when for years she has been told by her stepmother she was dead.

Gia goes to Tennessee from Chicago to be with her Gran who is deteriorating with dementia.

Gia finds herself a job in a bar which is how she meets Colton who works there and who's parents own it.

For Colton it's love at first sight and he soon lays a claim on Gia with a determination to make her his.

MY THOUGHTS
I enjoyed the backstory's of both characters and their journey to finding each other, Gia and Colton are perfect for each other.

There's no heavy angst or drama, a crazy ex yes, but the plot isn't one that goes into to much depth with anything, like I said a feel good romance with a perfectly balanced story with hotness, humour, sad and heartwarming moments.

Contains everything that I love in a contemporary romance. I would class this as a perfect Sunday read.

I voluntarily received an advance review copy of this book and chose to review it.

This was a sweet book with flaws. I found Colton's demands weren't backed by his other actions, events were rushed and parts were predictable. I also felt like Colton's feelings weren't really explained or developed, they just happened with no explanation as to why he was feeling the way he did.
It was a nice read, I just don't think it was particularly well developed. Sorry.

This was another amazing story from Aurora Rose Reynolds!

When we first met Gia Caro and Colton Allyster back in Until June, it was easy to see that these two had a something so worth reading more about. Colton was clearly in command and had no problem letting Gia know that she was his and would not stop until she could admit with her mouth what was in her heart. Watching them develop their own BOOM in Falling Fast was a fun, emotional roller coaster ride full of sass, steam and one seriously sexy alpha.

These two have had their fair share of loss, anger and hurt. They shared more in common than they knew when they began their relationship. Gia had been lied to, abandoned and left with a stepmother who tolerated her existence after her father passed away. The one person that could have eased the grief of her father’s death was the grandmother who was her bridge to her mother. Lies kept them apart. Colton was left with a broken heart and an empty soul after being abandoned in his darkest hour by a woman he thought he would share his life - in sickness and in health. He fought and almost died for his country only to lose everything that mattered during his recovery.

Something so very important these two shared was a love for family and all the messy bonds and sacrifices that come with it. It was nothing for Gia to drop everything and return to the small town in Tennessee to be with her ailing and slowly deteriorating grandmother. It was nothing to be the one to care for her and to try to fit ten years of separation into what little time was left. It was that family bond that meant Colton would take his place in the family business, care for his mother and listen intently to the good advice given to him from his father. As surely as it was not expected, love would change everything for Gia and Colton after one chance meeting.

The attraction between these two burned so bright, intense and needy. But what a great ride it was! Colton was so alpha and commanding like those Mayson men that we are all fond of. Gia was determined to not fall under Colton’s dominating allure, only to fall harder than she ever imagined. This story was a feel good, laugh out loud, swoon and sigh read that I loved from the first page to the last. Colton and Gia made me love them wholeheartedly and cheer for two lost and broken people who fought and found all that they needed in each other, learning to leave the past in the past and working for something beautiful and worthwhile together.

This was amazing! Just amazing and I cannot wait to see where this series will go next!

FANTASTIC, ARR!

Colton Allyster....is my new favorite!

Stop reading right now if you don't like mild spoilers.... cuz I'm bout to fangirl and you can thumbs down me or comment your ridiculousness about my review all you want, I won't care enough to go back and look.... but seriously.... fan-girl commencing, in 3....2...1

Okay, in this one...we see Gia and Colton from Until June, this is their story...
Gia moves to town to be with her grandma that she was told died ten years ago by her terrible step-mother. You'll hate her and she gets away with it, so get over the fact that shell have any karmic justice, you won't. I hated that! But, coming to town because her ailing grandma's health is deteriorating, she gets a job at a local bar, owned by Colton's mom and ran by him and his family. With all ARR guys, he's amazing and perfect and it's impossible to not be attracted to him. I loved him immediately. I also really loved Gia because she was her own woman. She took care of herself and when she found out her dying grandma needed her, she dropped her whole life to come be with her.

Working with Colton was hard because as much as he frustrated her, she was taken with him too. And how could you not be.... didn't I mention he was perfect?? Well, he is..... Cept, of course.... he has a crappy ex-fiance who up and left him when he needed her the most. She's a terrible person too! But she does get some karmic justice! I was at least glad about that....

I couldn't believe though, that nobody put 2 and 2 together, it was glaringly obvious who was behind all the crap going on and trying to hurt Gia... I mean, come on! It's classic petty ex, moves!
I didn't like that.

What I loved..... was everyone who stood behind Gia and helped take care of her and her grandma. The neighbors, Nina and Ned, they were amazing... Colton's mom and dad and even Tide, who I CANNOT WAIT to read about him and his little Olivia. I love hot guys with babies and he seems like an awesome one.... I was hoping he'd hit it off with Gia's bestie Nat, but.... seems Nat has her eye on someone else.... Still, I'm hopeful, cuz I liked them both and together they'd' be adorbs.

Overall though, I just loved how Colton was with Gia and how from the minute he met her, hed do anything for her. Like all ARR guys, they're protective and possessive and while he wasn't as OTT as some of them are, he was still just perfect. I loved (almost) everything about this story but loved absolutely everything that had to do with Gia and Colton.

I'm never disappointed with this author or any of her stories though and I'll be over here impatiently waiting for Tide! <3
5 well deserved stars from me on this one!

Gia Caro is taken by surprise when she learns that the Grandma she was told had died is indeed alive and ill. She heads to Ruby Falls, the small town where her Grandma lives to try and help her with her dementia.

Colton Allyster is a former Marine who was badly injured in the line of duty. Not only did he lose his career but also lost his fiance who left him when she thought he may not recover. He now manages his parents biker bar and is blown away when Gia applies for a job at the bar.

Soon events happen that bring Colton and Gia closer together but soon it's also apparent that someone wants to keep them far apart and will do anything necessary to prevent them from having a happy ever after.

This was the first time I have read this author and I will definitely be reading her again after this great book!!

I loved Gia and I can't imagine being told that someone was dead that you loved only to discover that it was a lie. She had so much guilt inside of her due to the condition her grandma was in when she arrived in Ruby Falls. My heart was so broken for her! I loved the way Nina and Ned took her in and helped her out the best that they could.

Colton was such a dreamboat and had his own past that was difficult to overcome with being injured as a Marine and then with his ex-fiance Lisa. He became stronger because of it but when he met Gia he knew right away that his heart was taken and that they would be together. I loved how possessive he was over her right away and he was my knight in shining armor.

The two together were awesome and I loved how Gia came up with "rules" so that they could keep everything under wraps! But I loved how Colton's mom had cameras and knew what was going on with a whole bunch of different things!!

So I suspected what was happening with certain things/people but at the same time I truly wasn't disappointed with how it all went and I was waiting eagerly to see how it all played out.

All of the characters in this book were awesome and I loved Nona and Ned as well as Colton' parents and I am really hoping that Gia's best friend, Nat, gets a book next!!

In the mood for some fun, sweet and sexy romance? Falling Fast is the perfect ARR book.

After years apart, Gia finally gets to see her grandmother again, only to find her seriously ill. Being the sweetheart that she is, she immediately moves to her late mother’s hometown to take care of her grandma.

The magic of a small town lands her a job at a bar owned by Colton’s family and their attraction is instantaneous. Although Gia acknowledges the pull, she is in no place to start a relationship. Luckily for her, Colton is not going to give her much of an option.

With suspicious things going on, the mother of crazy exes trying to come between them and a saddening prognosis for Gia’s grandma, they have a lot to overcome.

Gia was incredibly sweet and caring, a firm avoider of conflict and funny. She loved her job teaching little kids, but after a not exactly difficult but emotionally challenging childhood, she had some issues to overcome.

Colton was alpha, sexy and bossy. I would have loved for him to be a bit less considerate of Gia’s predicaments and gone full throttle in pursuit, but I feel like I can’t really complain about it. He was being thoughtful after all. I guess I missed the whole “I-moved-you-in-without-you-even-realizing-it-after-2-hours-of-knowing-each-other” OTT-ness I’m used to in Ms. Reynolds books.

There was a well of possibilities to be explored in this book that could have made it an exceptional read for me, and in some cases, it felt like missed opportunities. For example, and I can’t quite believe I’m saying this, the whole Colton’s crazy-ex topic could have been expanded on. With the way it unraveled it felt kind of absurd, but done a little bit differently it could have been one epic crazy-ex antagonist.

Even with some shortcomings, I completely engaged with the story and enjoyed reading Falling Fast. It has some action, suspense and a lovely set up for future stories which I can’t wait to get to read. As ever, ARR is an insta-buy for me, as I know I’ll be in for a fun, sweet and fluffy read that will have me smiling like a dork.

5 Stars from Brianna!

Sexy. Sweet. Alpha love. The boom ? is back and Aurora Rose Reynolds is better than ever, delivering a fantastic romance with one character we met yet never left our minds.

Falling Fast is a standalone novel and spin off from the Until Series. And while it can totally be read as a standalone, this is one author that is going to hook you hard and fast with her addicting fairytales, relatable characters, and perfectly penned plots.

When he meets her, he's determined to keep her and get her to stay...forever.

When Gia arrives in town to care for a family member she never really knew, her entire life changes in ways she never could have imagined. What starts out as a temporary things becomes more and more permanent. And when Colton blasts into her world, he's determined to get her to stay. He doesn't give up and never backs down.

Colton and Gia fall fast but is it too fast? When you meet your boom, you just know and falling this fast is just par for the course. Their journey was everything and the emotions were so real. I smiled.. I swooned.. I giggled.. I feel head over heels in love.

Fall in love with Aurora as she takes you on unforgettable journeys that will have you begging for now. And fingers crossed we get more from new characters we met.

I highly recommend this book.

5 Stars from Renee!

I was pulled right into this story. The story has laughs, pain, anger, sadness, secrets, and heartbreak.

This is Gia and Colton’s story. Gia moved to the small town but her life is slowly falling apart. She is losing her grandmother increasingly each day. When she meets Colton she is attracted but tries to keep her distance. But Colton is all over getting her to fall. He lost his career and his fiancé and now he knows when he wants something he needs to grab it with both hands as it might not be be there forever. He has Gia moved in to his house so quickly her head is spinning. Could this be a forever or is she just replacing what he lost?

I loved these characters and the side characters. I felt I could connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

I highly recommend this book and can’t wait for the next story from this author.

4 stars for - Falling Fast - by Aurora Rose Reynolds. We met the main characters briefly in Until Her but rest assured this is a complete stand-alone separate from the author’s other works. As with all ARR's stories they tell the tale of instant, head over heels - falling in love and after all the books she has written (and I have read) I have come to rely on her brand of happily ever after.
Gia Caro has not had an easy upbringing - she lost her mother and is forced to move with her father and his new wife to Chicago. Her step-mother is not at all maternal and spends more time belittling Gia than she does anything else. Then out of no where her father becomes ill and dies of a terminal disease leaving Gia in the care of this woman who truly couldn't care less about her. Going away to college was the best thing to happen to her and gave her the freedom she needed to flourish, but after graduating and settling into a job she enjoys she gets a call that changes her entire life.
Colton Allyster is a man who knows adversity after coming back gravely injured from serving for his country overseas in the Marine Corp. He had no choice in his discharge from the military so he is now part owner of his parents bar in a small town in Tennessee. While getting ready to open for the day he agrees to interview a new waitress for his mom. They own a bar that caters to bikers not high class folks so when a gorgeous woman walks in looking like a librarian fantasy come to life he is shocked to find out she is the one applying for the new position. Colton decides right then and there that he and Gia will happen one way or another.
This was a true ARR book in every way with the alpha male falling hard and fast for a girl from the big city, but this one had some twists worked in too. I also loved the hot and sexy scenes that are a staple of anything Ms. Reynolds writes. Now I know this is only slated to be a stand-alone, but there is so much potential for more with Colton's brother and best friend both needing HEA's too - I really hope she decides to turn this one into a series too :)

Gia Caro uprooted her life to go help her grandmother out in Ruby Falls, Tennessee. Her life quickly spirals out of control, as her grandmother is suffering from dementia, and Gia is losing her more each day. And as she didn't plan for any of it, she has to take the first job that she can get in the small town, which is working at a bar. And between those things, her attraction to her boss is becoming inconvenient, especially since she doesn't think it's a good idea to act on it, but he's determined in his pursuit. After a year of rehabilitation, Colton Allyster is finally home trying to put his life back together, after losing his career in the Marines, and his finance. He never thought he would be managing his parents biker bar, but life threw him a loop, which led him to meeting Gia, so now he's starting to wonder if he's right where he meant to be. However, Gia's walls aren't easy to climb, but he's determined that she will be his. After all of their disappointments in the past, will Gia and Colton finally get an HEA?! Falling Fast was a fantastic story that I couldn't get enough of. Like I sat in one position cover to cover without taking any breaks, as physically, I couldn't put it down for anything. Gia was a great heroine that I loved, even when I wanted to shake her for her stubbornness from time to time. And Colton was a drool worthy hero, who wasn't a bad boy. Their sparks were so palpable that I wanted to shove them into bed together myself, as I thought the wait was going to short circuit my kindle, but when they finally sealed the deal, they lit the sheets up with HOT sexy times! I love the uber talented Aurora Rose Reynolds with her highly addictive writing style, and this story ticked all of my boxes. Besides the sexy goodness, there was a colorful cast of secondaries that kept me laughing, enough angst to keep me emotional, and many of the twists blindsided me, which had the f-bombs dropping loud & proud! I desperately want more of Gia & Colton (hint hint), but will take anything that this fantastic author gives me in the future! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Love Aurora Rose Reynolds after reading Until June I couldn't wait to read Colton and Gias story and I was not disappointed . You can read Falling Fast as a standalone these characters are mentioned in Until June witch you should check out that series is so good and of course this author always has likable heroines and heroes with a story line that will hit you in the emotions while keeping you hooked , with this being in both point of views we get a really good feel on how the characters are feeling and going through . Adored Gia my heart broke for the pain she has to go through I can't imagine it she's one tough cookie , amazing with kids , can hold her own , and she isn't annoying / whinny / run for the hills at the first sign of trouble and that is what I admire the most . Colton Is classic ARR hero love everything about him he too has a pain that he fought tooth and nail to get through , like the relationship he has with his family especially his mom their banter in hilarious and lets not forget he has an adorable dog that I fell in love with . The attraction between Colton and Gia is is undeniable you can feel the sexual build up between these two and when they do the deed lets just say the author knows how to write some pretty steamy sex scenes . The only thing I wish there was is that one of the characters that did wrong would get what they deserved it felt like it was kinda glazed over when mentioned but over all fantastic read that I can't wait to read more about the secondary characters hopefully in the viking like DILF (wink ) verity .

Gia Caro always thought that her grandmother died ten years ago. So when she receives a call telling her that her grandmother is alive, bus she's sick and needs her, Gia drops everything and moves from Chicago to Ruby Falls, Tennessee. Reuniting with her grandmother is a surprise, but Gia never dreamed of meeting someone like Colton Allyster.
Colton Allyster has been through hell and back and now just wants to move on with his life. His world is turned upside down when he meets the sweet Gia.
Will Gia give in and accept her feelings for Colton? Or is she falling too fast for him?

Falling Fast is a sweet and sexy story, with a dash of drama and mystery. It took me in an awesome ride and I loved every second of it. Gia and Colton's story hooked me from the first page and kept me wanting more.

Gia Caro is a sweet and caring young woman, with a stubborn and fiery streak. She loves her best friend, her job, and children. But she leaves everything behind so she can be with her grandmother. Although it feels right being with Colton, Gia is afraid she's falling too fast for him.
Colton Allyster is an ex-marine and now works at his mother's bar. He's been through a lot: he was shot while serving his country and went through a long rehabilitation; and his fiancée left him when he needed her the most. But now that he met Gia, Colton knows she's the one for him and loves having her in his space and in his life. He's an alpha, knows who he wants and will fight for Gia.

Once again, Aurora Rose Reynolds gives us a beautiful story with amazing characters. Falling Fast is perfectly written, making the reader swoon, laugh and cry with all the emotions Aurora can make us feels. I can't wait to read more about the people of Ruby Falls!

Aurora is another of my automatic one click authors and this book is just another example of why. She never disappoints in a book whether it's a stand alone or a series or even if there is spotlights of other characters in them. And I am running out of words and ways to describe her books! Once again I picked up an ARR book and started reading and forgot about everything else around me. I fell into the world that she had written. I was there with Gia,Natasha and Colton and the rest of Ruby Falls. Getting to know all of them like I was Gia coming into a new and different world of my own. But at the same time getting to her as well. One of the extra bonuses for me is that this book was set in Tennessee and I am from Tennessee and it's so easy for me to close my eyes and picture exactly where she's talking about. But in about five different towns.. lol
This book as a lot of Aurora's books will hit you in the heart with a different kind of message this one was dementia. Gia grandmother is suffering from it. And is going downhill fast so Gia drops everything and goes to take care of her. And in doing so finds so much more than a grandmother whom she thought was already passed. Colton is an absolute dream alpha and has been through his own rough life. Him and Gia are actually perfect together!! The push and pull, the way he thinks she's shy but she's not, it's just him. His parents, the neighbors and her best friend and not to forget his best friend who pull this book all together to make for an incredible read!!! One that I couldn't put down til I finished because I had to know what happened there was no way I could go to bed without knowing!! So I highly recommend this book!! I highly recommend any and all of Aurora Rose Reynolds books!!! - By Tina

I believe in the BOOM. Therefore, it stands that I’ll read anything of Aurora Rose Reynolds that I can get my hands on. And then when I realized that Falling Fast was about Evan’s friend Colton, I was even more excited if it is possible. I was intrigued by his story when we met them in Until June and I couldn’t wait to see what Reynolds had up her sleeve for him. And what I got was an incredibly sweet story with a crazy ex….in other words what seems to be Reynolds’ speciality.

Gia is selfless, sweet, and a little bit spunky. She drops everything to run to her grandma’s side, completely throwing her life into a bit of a tailspin. Colton is one of Reynolds’ drool worthy and swoon worthy alphas. He’s protective, possessive, and tender with Gia. Colton is just what the doctor ordered for Gia’s heart. Their connection is palpable and their chemistry red hot. Reynolds has a true mastery over her craft when it comes to development. Each of her characters have several layers that you get to see peeled away as the story progresses. The secondary characters are just as great—parents I wish I could adopt as my own (just don’t tell my mama), friends that make me hope I see a book for them, and of course, the mean girl everyone loves to hate.

There is some drama. It wouldn’t be a Reynolds novel without some mean girl drama. But it takes second place to the romance as it should. If you haven’t read one of her stories yet, this is a terrific one to start with. But please make sure you go back and learn about the boom. Whatever you do, you won’t be disappointed.

I voluntarily read an advanced reader's copy of this book.

- By Tina

Once again Aurora Rose Reynolds writes a book so filled with genuine love, family, and amazing friends that I was immediately swept away and lost in this story for hours. Falling Fast is so incredibly unputdownable. It had me glued to the pages feeling every bit of emotion from pure joy to absolute heartbreak, and of course ended with love so beautiful I cried happy tears. There wasn't a thing about Falling Fast that I didn't love. This entire review will be me pretty much gushing over the magic of this book. #SorryNotSorry it's too good to even try to dial back my love.

Dropping everything and moving to a small town in Tennessee after discovering her grandmother's failing health, Gia never expected to meet someone like Colton. When she walks into his mother's bar for a job interview Colton is immediately drawn to the shy, sweet Gia. Right from the start sparks are flying and it was glorious!! Like all my favorite Book boyfriends, AKA every hero ever written by Aurora Rose Reynolds, Colton is pure perfection. An alpha male who knows what he wants and loves his woman beyond reason. He was the ultimate mix of sexy, strong, protective, and loving. He was always there ready to protect and love Gia right from the start and had my heart melting constantly.

With Mr. Absofreakinglutelyperfect, I mean Colton, came his wonderful family who equally made me fall in love with them. Just as supportive, loving and protective as Colton they were an absolute joy to have around! Gia was such a sweetheart is was impossible not to adore everything about her. She had a huge heart that made her so easy to love and had me cheering her on to get her happily ever after with her man.

No one does alpha romance like Aurora Rose Reynolds! She is my go author when I want a pick me up. Her stories have smart, beautiful, unique women and strong, protective, alpha men. Falling Fast is no exception.

We meet Gia Caro, a teacher from Chicago who learns that her grandmother is alive. She was told by her dad and step mom that she had passed away. Her grandmother has dementia and is need of care. Gia wastes no time, packing and sets out for Tennessee to help her.

We first met Colton Allyster in Until June. He served in the Marine’s with Evan, June’s husband. Colton is back in Tennessee after one year of rehab from a severe injury that occurred while serving in the Marines. He is managing his parents ‘biker’ bar, The Rusty Rose.

Gia needs an income and is hired to work at The Rusty Rose during the day so she is available to stay with her grandmother at night. The community that they live in is close knit and everyone tries to help Gia with her grandmother.

Gia & Colton have a pretty quick connection and lots of chemistry. It doesn’t hurt that Colton’s parents are pushing them together. I love how protective and caring Colton is. There is also a lot of sexy time! Hot hot sexy time! The story had a nice flow and wrapped up pretty quickly. A fast, feel good read. The epilogues were great too! And I do love my epilogues!

I enjoyed the story. It is a standalone. It looks like we may see a story or two from the secondary characters…

“That’s the kind of woman you lay all your hopes and dreams on, the kind who will make the struggles you’ve been through worth it.”

Here’s to love!

I love everything that Aurora Rose Reynolds write. I have been addicted to her books since my friend, Misty (yes there are two of us crazy girls out there), told me to read Until November! I devoured every book that she released about the Mayson Family. And then I devoured all her other books too! So anytime, she releases a book that involves any of the Mayson Family, I am all for it!

This book has all the feels! You will sigh, ah and fall in love with the uber alpha, Colton! And you will feel sadness, helplessness and hope for the best for Gia! When you put these two together, you will feel LOVE and passion!

Gia has never felt love. She lost her mother at a very early age and was stuck with a father, who showed her no compassion and a stepmother that was COLD. Gia is always looking out for everyone else and makes lots of sacrifices to make sure everyone is happy. She doesn't take the time to worry about her own happiness.

Circumstances and changes occur and Gia finds herself living in Tennessee! She is slowly learning what love feels like when she is knocked on her feet by Colton. He is one terrific package of a man! Colton and Gia cross paths at a bar that they both work at.

Colton is back home, after fighting for his country and life! He is a scarred man, who doesn't trust easily. He has built up armor around his heart. Gia is the first woman in a long time to break around it. She is bound and determined to help heal his pain.

This couple will fight a hard battle to get their happily ever after. You MUST READ to find out what battles they will endure to get the love they both deserve!

Aurora Rose Reynolds is one of my FAVORITE authors and this book is definitely one of my FAVORITES by her!! Falling Fast is an emotional, passionate and thrilling read!!

Gia's world is rocked by one phone call; her grandmother is alive and she thought she was dead for all of these years. I love how caring and nurturing Gia's character is. She drops everything to take care of her ill grandmother. Gia's character has a soothing effect, especially on children. She was a teacher and loves kids and you can really tell that her character is also genuine. She keeps to herself and doesn't rely on other people. When she meets Colton, she wasn't looking for love or a crazy ex that comes with him.

Colton is all alpha male and I loved him!! He is protective, sweet, caring, helpful, loyal, strong and sexy. The man just has to walk into a room and panties melt. He carries around a very broody yet comforting aura. When he meets Gia, his world is turned upside down. he is finally shown what true love is. I loved that Colton helped Gia even when she thought she didn't need it. he was so open and warm towards her, and his family was just AMAZING!! Oh, and Colton's best friend....I WANT HIM TO HAVE A STORY!!!!

Colton & Gia have a connection right from the beginning, but it isn't until they start to get to know each other and really get into a relationship that the connection starts to grow. Aurora Rose Reynolds knows how to write alpha male characters and the women who bring them to their knees so spectacularly and I cannot wait for what she comes out with next!!

Oh how i love Aurora Rose Reynolds reads, i always fall fast and hard for her characters. From the moment i start, i delve into her world in my nice happy bubble with a smile on my face and happiness in my heart.

Gia is happy at where her life is at the moment. It hasn't been easy since loosing her mother at a young age. Being raised my her father and step-mother came with its difficulties. But everything she has ever known is changed when she receives a phone call telling her her Grandmother is ill. A Grandmother she has always thought had passed away over ten years ago!!! Remembering how her relationship was with her Grandma, has here dropping everything and heading to the town to help care for her.

Colton has a great family, good friends and a town that has supported him and his family after he was seriously injured during his last tour of duty. But also in the town is his selfish crazy Ex fiancee, who jumped ship when the going got tough. Having a partner who could possibly never walk again was not how she saw her life!! After fighting hard and a long time in hospital Colton is in a good place. So now she wants him back and Colton wants nothing to do with her and has been left a little jaded about relationships. That is Until he meets the clumsy beauty thats looking for a job. She's everything he never new he liked or wanted!!

Falling fast is a low angst, emotional, touching read. It's romantic with lighthearted humour. With engaging characters that make you want to know their stories!! I can't wait for more from Aurora.

Falling Fast is a classic small town, slow burn romance.

Colton is a warrior, he survived a painful and traumatic experience, endured a tough year of rehabilitation but he’s back on his feet. Literally. He fought hard to get his life back and he learned to appreciate things in a way he didn’t before, he’s a great guy but he’s still dealing with some emotional scars. Also, he’s sexy as hell!

Gia is a sweet, independent and kind woman. She drops everything in her life, including a job she loves and her best friend, to move back to her mother’s small hometown in order to take care of her grandmother. She’s a sweetheart with a huge heart, she feels an instant attraction when she meets Colton and their first meeting is kind of hilarious. Gia is a little too naive sometimes but I actually loved how patient Colton was with her and how he asked her to let him in. I did struggle a little with the crazy ex angle (yes, Colton’s ex), it was a bit over dramatic, however I don’t want to give much away.

Overall, Falling Fast is a sweet, heart warming, slow burn romance, with great secondary characters, perfect for a rainy Sunday on the couch. I’m curious about Tide’s story… I’m hoping that he’ll fall for Nat even though there was no hint in that direction (I think I didn’t miss anything!) but they would be totally awesome together and I would definitely read their story!

I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Falling Fast is an enjoyable and entertaining, standalone contemporary romance. This title features Colton and Gia, and is told in a dual point of view.

Colton and Gia's character are both incredibly endearing. Colton is a former marine, and epitomizes all things alpha, he's sexy, bossy and determined to go after what he wants. When he sets his sights on Gia, he shows an incredible amount of patience, thoughtfulness and persistence. I loved the strong connection with his family, and his sweet, loving, caring side. Gia is kind, loving, hardworking and loyal. She's incredibly selfless dropping everything in her life to care for her elderly grandmother. At times she comes across as kind of fragile and naive, but she is also incredibly strong and resilient. This pair really complement each other perfectly.

Although this is a slow burn romance, the attraction is instant and the chemistry is undeniable and believable. The love scenes are incredibly hot! Gia and Colton's story is well paced and well written.

Overall this is an emotional, fun, sexy read with moments of humor that had me laughing out loud. I adored several of the side characters, and hope at some point in the future they may have their stories told. Aurora Rose Reynolds has crafted another entertaining, engaging contemporary romance and I look forward to seeing what she has in store for us in the future.

Aurora Rose Reynolds knows how to write Alpha men and kick-booty heroines. Falling Fast is just another great example of this. Her writing is unique, captivating and she knows how to make you fall in love with her characters. I cannot wait for the rest of this series; all the characters have already found their places in my heart.

Gia is living life, she has a best friend and a job she loves but she knows something is missing. When she gets a call that rocks her world off its axis, she doesn’t hesitate to uproot everything and move to Tennessee. She is now jobless, in a strange place and taking care of a long lost relative. Circumstances lead her to the Rusty Rose and Colton. I absolutely loved Gia’s heart, her sassiness, her compassion, honestly, I really loved everything about her. She is someone I could be friends with in real life (if she existed).

Colton has had a rough couple of years. He is back in his hometown and managing his family’s bar. Not where he thought he would be but life has a way of putting you where it wants you whether or not it is where you want to be. This is a lesson Colton learns once he meets Gia. In true ARR fashion, this alpha male falls fast and hard and does not let anything get in his way. Colton is complex and his recent past is crappy but I loved watching him with Gia.

I really cannot wait for Tide’s story.

Falling Fast is a fun and sometimes emotional fast paced novel.

This is the story we have all been waiting for and the couple that has intrigued us all.

COLTON & GIA!

After Gia gets devastating news that her grandmother, whom she was led to believe was dead but is very much alive, has been diagnosed with dementia, Gia does the only thing she can think to do. She drops everything in Chicago and heads south to Tennessee to care for her.

The first time Colt saw Gia he knew she was the woman for him. All he had to do was get Gia to see the future he saw for them.

Falling Fast was amazing! I loved the alpha vibe Colt was showing and the sweet yet sometimes fiery side coming from Gia.

Falling Fast has the perfect mixture of angst, mystery, and romance to keep any reader intrigued.

This shouldn't come as a shock to anyone, I fell hard for Colt! It's no lie that I basically say that about all of Mrs. Reynolds lead male characters but there was a softness underneath all of that alpha that drew me in to Colt.

Overall, I loved Falling Fast. Everything about this story captured my attention. the emotions were spot on and the drama was quick and to the point. I loved the 'love at first sight' vibe and the emotion put into the story line.

Aurora Rose Reynolds did it for me, again! I really adored this book! It was touching, emotional, funny and sexy. I could have kept reading about Colton and Gia and the rest of the family. I can't imagine there was 1 person who read Until June that didn't want to know more about this couple.

Colton- he was awesome. Sexy, sweet, loved his family, former marine with a determination that made him even hotter. He saw Gia and he knew. I loved his patience with her and her situation. He put just the right amount of pressure on her to win her over. He was her rock.

Gia- such a sweetheart. She'd lost both parents, and with the exception of her bestie Nat, was on her own I the world. I loved how she dropped everything to be with her grandma. She was loving, devoted and fragile, yet strong.

- No cheating - neither are with others after meeting
- no om drama
-ow drama - Colton's ex was psycho and tried to cause problems. He despised her. He didn't hesitate to put her in her place.
- No pushing away
-low angst
- no violence of any nature
- secondary characters were great and I want a story about a couple of them!
- great epilogue 3 years, then one more year out.... I would have loved even more!

God I love this author, everything I read of hers I love.

Gia is such a sweet girl and when she finds out her grandma is still alive, and that her step-mother lied to her, she can’t wait to go to her. Especially now she’s in the late stages of dementia.

Colton runs the family bar in town and when Gia comes for an interview it’s an instant hot attraction. Being a small town, and him knowing the sadness of the situation with her grandma bringing her here, he decides he should play it cool.

Gia starts looking after her gran and working the bar. She is so taken aback by family life after not really having one herself. Slowly she starts to warm to Colton, the special friendship they form made me fall in love with both characters. They just gelled. Life, as always, throws a few spanners in the works (nasty Lisa, the ex fiancée for one). The way this story is told and how it unfolds exceeds Aurora’s talents.

Obviously there was a few tears from me, as always, but I really loved this book. I couldn’t put it down!! I would love a second book of Nat and Carson????

Will Gia and Colton get their HEA?? You will have to read this ‘must read’ to find out.

This book is about Colton and Gia. They're originally from until June. The until series is one of my all time favorites!! Nobody can write like Aurora Rose Reynolds, in my opinion anyway lol this book had a bit of everything it had some angst a little bit of drama and was hot as he||!! A few things were left hanging out there but nothing to make it cliffy. Hopefully it just means that there will be more from this couple in the next installment! Colton had a witch of an ex that definitely caused some major problems! But all was good and I can't wait for Tides book!! I'm hoping his love interest is Gia best friend!! I absolutely loved this book!! Colton and Gia made an awesome couple and I loved them together!! I love Aurora stories and highly recommend this book and all her series!! They are always a great read!! I had the pleasure of meeting Aurora this past weekend (what a freaking sweetheart!!) And she gifted me an arc copy of this book, but it didn't sway my opinion or review in anyway I will never be outright mean to an author but I will always be 100% honest!! So definitely go out and grab a copy of this book!! I recommend it 100% you won't regret it!! Thank you Aurora Rose Reynolds for another amazing read!!

Aurora Rose Reynolds knows how to write sweet and beautiful small town romance. Falling Fast is another one of those reads that gives you butterflies in your stomach and makes you smile so wide from the simple beauty of the sweet romance developing.

Gia leaves Chicago to take care of her grandma suffering from dementia in the small town of Ruby Falls. Over there, she meets incredible good people that makes her feel welcome and gives her a sense of family. Colton, her sexy co-worker and son of her new boss is one of them.

I really enjoyed Colton’s charming personality and sweetness toward Gia. He’s such a thoughtful guy and is just waiting for Gia to realize her feelings for him. While there’s an instant attraction between those two, their romance develops gradually and is so lovely. Some drama also happens in the story, making it even more entertaining, but not being over the top.

Overall, Falling Fast is the textbook small town romance filled with the good dose of sweet, flirty, funny and sensual to make you swoon.

*~*~ 4.5 Stars *~*~ Gia and Colton literally melted my heart. They were super adorable together right from the beginning.

Gia was living her own little life in Chicago, until the day everything changed. Now Gia finds herself in Tennessee taking care of her grandmother who she believed was dead. Colton is an ex marine who suffered a tragic accident, while deployed. After the doctors told him he would never walk again, Colton proved everyone wrong, and came back home to help with his family’s bar business. The first time Colton meets Gia he knows there is something special about her. Gia isn’t there to meet anyone just to take care of her grandmother, but the minute she meets Colton he turns her world upside down.

Colton and Gia are perfect together. He is all alpha male through and through. I love this about ARR books. All her men you can literally just swoon over from start to finish. There are a few parts I wish were explained a bit more, but overall I fell completely in love with these two. Fingers crossed more books are to come from the side characters

You would think that losing someone you love would be one of the worst times in your life. And it is a tragedy for Gia but when she meets Colton, a bad time in her life now leads to the beginning of the rest of her life.

This quick paced romance story doesn’t hold back the punches with Colton and Gia. When he meets her, he knows that she is the one and isn’t shy about claiming her. I love his alpha maleness and love how he takes care of Gia despite the fact that his past keeps trying to break them up. Gia is a fun character. I like that she stands up for herself with not only Colton but with his past and how she is not at all shy about asking for what she wants.

Reynolds quick pace in her writing is something that I love the most. Her books are perfect for me to read in one sitting and when I am on vacation or a day off. I like how she can emotionally pack a punch but at the same time, not leave you emotionally drained at the end of the day. This story is like that. There is a HEA for the two characters and it sets up for the next book in the series nicely.

Colton and Gia had great chemistry from the first moment they meet and they definitely fell fast for each other.

Gia’s story with her grandmother was heartwarming and provides lots of emotional heart-wrenching moments as she cares for her.

Colton’s family are wonderful supporting characters and I loved their time at the cabin.

The romantic story has a slow and steady build-up. We then we get an amazing sexual chemistry between the two main characters.

As soon as I picked this up I literally just kept reading and did not want to leave these characters.

There is some drama with an ex-girlfriend that provides some dramatic turns but we still get the HEA.

Colton is sexy, dominant and very alpha but so respectful. When he calls her baby well it hits all the right places. I could have read so many more chapters on this beautiful couple.

If readers are familiar with ARR then they know that her shorter stories are the isnta-love; lo conflict; HEA type of stories. And let’s be real while I do love a fully fleshed novel shorter stories are good to pass the time. I felt this story was missing something and while I love the Until Series, and this book includes characters from Until June I thought it was just ok. I felt like there were some plot holes and that some of the story could have been more fleshed out.

On to the characters…..

Colton is the typical Alpha male, he sees Gia wants her and completely takes over her life. I wish Gia had a little more back bone she was meeker and mild mannered. What I liked is that these two didn’t beat around the bush about their feelings. Of course some parts of the story are very predictable but I honestly feel like this story wasn’t supposed to be overly complicated and a good in between for the author.
This was a short quick read and perfect to pass the time.

Kolleen’s Thoughts:
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 STARS
Five happy hearted stars for this book.
I am a huge ARR fan, there is just something magical about the way her stories warm my soul and make me feel like the world is a beautiful place. I devour every single one of her stories, barely able to put them down.

Gia, she is such a wonderful character. So strong and yet so fragile, having lived without the comforting bonds of love and family for so long. She has such a pure and loving soul, always ready to help out someone in need. And her friendship with Nat is hilarious, I adored them both.

Colton… Lord I love ARR’s men. He wasn’t over the top alpha like some of her other men but he was perfection. So often while reading I would just sigh and stare off thinking how awesome he was. His whole family were so supportive and loving.

Such a beautiful story that let my heart happy as usual. If you love romance that sweeps you up and never lets you down, check out Falling Fast. You won’t regret it.

This is yet another great read from Aurora Rose Reynolds. I have read, and loved, all of the Until books.

Now we did meet Colton and Gian in Until June. This is a stand alone though. So you don’t have to read that first. But, all those books are great also!

I love both Gia and Colton!

Gia was told, by her evil b**** of a stepmom, that her grandmas died. She had already lost her mom and dad.

After a random phone call, she learns the truth. She moves to be with, and take care of, her grandma.

Colton hasn’t had it easy either.

I really wish Gia would have slapped both Colleen and Lisa! Both are horrible b******.

I really love how even though these two aren’t part of the Until family, they still have the boom!

I also love how Colton’s dad knew, the first time he talked with Gia and Colton showed up, he knew she was it for his son.

Omg, loved this Book!..loved the story line. Loved Gia her character was so sweet..But not a push over.....heads up Spoiler alert... I hated what her father and her step monster continued to keep the fact that her Grandma was alive from her...And because of her grandma's illness she wasn't able to fix there relationship.. But she did get to take care of her in the end......Colton..Loved his Character definitely Alpha..and I love he had the BOOM right away.. But he didn't caveman her over the head with it like some books do... he let her realize it in her own time .and i loved Coltons family especially his mother...it was a well written book not rushed even though not a long book I didn't feel like it was rushed or I missed out on any part of the story! I love all your books..so much!! I received this Arc for a honest review

Falling Fast by Aurora Rose Reynolds is a full-length, standalone, romance novel.
Meet Colton Allyster and Gia Caro.
Colton is ex-military and manages his parents biker bar. He's disappointed and lonely. He trusts not easily, not anymore.
Gia is a teacher and new in town. She came to tend to her grandmother and needs a job. That job is at Colton's bar.
Both have this crazy insta-chemistry. They're like catnip to each other. They can't witstand and start dating and a relationship. But exes are sheming against them.

Falling Fast is a emotional, intense, beautiful love story. I started reading the book and was hooked from page one. I love the writing, the story and the words. I love the characters, much. I could feel the characters emotions in the words.

When Gia gets a call from someone to tell her that her only relative is still alive but not doing well, she doesn't waste any time and drops everything to fly all the way over there to take care of her grandmother. It doesn't take long for her to fit in and when she meets Colton, sparks fly.
Colton has had a hard life and when he meets Gia, everything seems to fall into place. It doesn't even scare him that he is falling so fast for her. But when his past collides with his future, he'll do whatever it takes to keep her safe...

Colton having survived being injured as a marine is just muddling along after being hurt by his ex-girlfriend who doesn’t understand the ex part and Gia finding out her grandmother who she thought was dead when in fact she was alive but suffering dementia leaves Chicago to look after her and embark on a journey of finding a place to belong and someone to love her.

Colton “sigh” I love an alpha and ARR she can definitely deliver the perfect alpha that makes you all swoony.

Gia she was a nice well likeable female that I enjoyed reading about not too wet behind the ears and with a bit of spunk.

This is the ARR books that I love fun, sexy, angsty with the perfect amount of drama a nice easy read that you can binge in one go.

Absolutely loved that we got Gia and Colton's story. Loved that these two that needed a little love in their lives, got it. Aurora gave us exactly what we wanted and needed from these two. A strong woman and a determined man.

Gia is back at in her mother's town taking care of her grandmother. Colton is running his parents bar and living life. These two burned up the pages with lots of banter, chemistry, and love. All the feels were there, all the heart, and loved the alpha bossy male that Aurora is famous for.
These two will definitely have you wanting to know more. This story was a quick read because I couldn't put it down. Cannot wait for more from Mrs. Reynolds.

I loved this book! It is typical ARR characters and a spectacular plot. Colt was the type of guy we love from this author. He is gruff, alpha but has a heart of gold. I really loved Gia and her witty mind. The struggle that she has with what’s going on with her grandma and her huge heart make her a great character.

The secondary characters were a huge plus in the story: they were funny and caring and added a great dynamic to the overall story. There was some mystery to the plot along with a crazy ex, but the overall feel of the story was happy, funny, and sexy, I can’t wait for Tide’s book! 5 Stars #2OCCJD

This was an intriguing love story that had me "falling fast" for it. The characters were well-rounded and engaging and you just wanted to spend time with them - which is probably why I devoured this book so quickly. Te author had me turning pages as quickly as I could and really wrapped up in the whole story of Colton and Gia from start to finish. I was really invested in the outcome of their story - and was very gratified in the end. this is just a sweet, tender, sexy as hell love story.

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

I am huge fan of this author and this is another amazing hit by her. In this book we meet Colton and Gia. Neither are looking for that person but somehow they find them where they least expect to.

This book has many ups and downs I want to tell you all about but don't want to ruin it for anyone else. I will say that I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone.

Aurora Rose Reynolds is the queen of small town insta love romance reads, Falling Fast is her at her finest!

Colton and Gia gave me all the same feels the first time I read my first ARR book all those years ago.

It's a sweet read, low-ish on the drama and totally jam packed with alpha hotness.

If you like your romance filled with swoony ex military men and the sweet girls they fall or, you wont go far wrong with Falling Fast.

4 stars!

What can I say about this book without giving anything away?

This book was absolutely beautiful! I was immediately taken by the story. Gia is so loving and kind, with a small twist of spunk. Colton is strong, kind and caring. And as with all of Aurora Rose Reynolds, Colton is a strong alpha male!

This book is beautifully written. Grab the tissues because it will tug at your heart! HARD! This is a definite 5 star read! Make sure you grab it!

After loosing both her parents and only having her step mom in her life Gia learns of her step moms lies after getting a phone call from her grandmother’s neighbor. She moved to Tennessee from Chicago to spend time with her and help her. She soon meets Colton and sparks/ beer fly. I loved this story and couldn’t put it down. This book grabs you from the beginning and doesn’t let you go til the end and the best part is the journey along the way.
