I've impatiently waited for this book for what seems like forever and the wait was well worth it. Brian and Ella are magical together and the rest of the characters make them substantial and believable. I laughed, cried and felt every range of emotion. I can't wait to read it again.

Now how about a book for Vivian and the dad's?

LOVED IT! I couldn't put it down! Also, thank you so much Kelly Oram for bringing Seth & Ellie from Serial Hottie into this book, even if it was just for a scene because I loved being able to see them together and happy after all this time. I absolutely loved this book as much as I loved the first one. I know he's fictional, but just love how Brian Oliver loves Ellamara. It's a beautiful story and I'm sure I will re-read this book many times.

I loved this book just as much as the first one. It was awesome to visit these lovable, funny characters again and get more to their story. It was also great to not have relationship drama between Ella and Brian. It was more about the adjustments outside factors caused them to make to their lives while in their happily ever after. Would love to have even more of their story in future books!

This sequel definitely did not measure up to the original. The story had its interesting moments but I found myself finishing the book just because I wanted to know how it ended and not because I was completely enjoying it. The inner monologue of Ella got to be too much most of the time and while I'm very sympathetic to the insecurities and challenges she faced in this book, it was very drawn out and she came out as more of a whiny little girl than the 19 year old she is. I loved the first book and how cute it was but this one does not come close to giving me the same kind of squealing, bubbly happy moments.

This is the sequel to Cinder and Ella, and picks up on the celebrated couple’s lives a week after they finally meet in person after a three year online relationship. Brian Oliver is a famous actor. Ella is a scarred victim from a car crash and fire that burned 70% of her body last year and killed her mother. Being Brian’s girlfriend is overwhelming, especially since the world seems to want to know every detail of their lives together. But what Ella’s snarky attitude hides so well is her insecurities about her flawed and imperfect body. This story goes into their relationship to see if they can have their happily ever after. But to get there, Ellamara will need to learn to love herself, flaws and all. That’s harder to do than she ever imagined, especially when horrid, sneaky paparazzi trick her into sharing her insecurities to the world. This book is so raw, yet so insanely beautiful. I loved reading both Brian’s and Ella’s sides of their continued love story. Brian is so funny, yet so perfect for Ella. And she’s the same for him. I love their love story, and found the theme of this story so moving. We all have flaws that we need to learn to love and accept about ourselves. When we learn to do that, we can love others more fully and wholly. This is an incredible YA book. But read Cinder and Ella first before you read this one. They must be read in order.

It's been a week since Ella went to Brian's movie premiere. She's trying to grow up and come into her own but she also has to adjust to the fame and scrutiny that comes with being Brian's girlfriend while dealing with all the angst that comes with her evil step family.

I was fully prepared to be disappointed with this book since i really loved the first one (Cinder & Ella (Cinder & Ella #1)) so much. I don't even think it's been a year since i discovered it, but i think I've listened to it on audio at least 3 times since then (which is crazy for me). I've been in a major book slump too, so i wasn't sure i'd even be able to finish it without having an audio version.

I wasn't disappointed with this book at all though! I couldn't put it down. This is definitely a solid follow up and it basically just reads like a true continuation of the first book. This was EXACTLY what i was hoping for because instead of annoying teen drama the author addresses all that **** that went down with Ella's evil stepfamily and all the **** that's going on with Ella's newfound celebrity status.

What I love about these characters is that the author has given Ella real flaws that aren't just conveniently disappeared or gotten rid of. She's stuck with them for life and on top of that, she's got this horrible stepfamily situation (i'm a huge fan of cinderella angst). Normally I'm not a huge fan of characters like Brian (he's just way too good to be true) but for some reason i love him! He's perfect for Ella and she deserves someone like him on her side.

I was really surprised, and delighted, that Cinder & Ella would be back again, in a new book! Of course I had to have it. I immediately pre-ordered it when I could, and then the wait began.

The book takes place after the events from the previous book, and throughout the book we see Ella struggle with her new fame, but also, later, embrace it and try to make the best of it. I loved how Ella at first had no clue how to handle all this, but then later grew more confident about it. With the help of not only Cinder/Brian, but also her friends, and several other people, she learns that fame might not all too bad. It might also come in handy at times.

But as you can imagine that road to embracing and learning how to handle it isn't easy, it causes several scenes which had me tearing up, sometimes even crying, plus I was afraid for not only Ella, but also her family and Brian (even though he was pretty much a cool cucumber about the fame thing, but that is logical given how he has been drowned in fame since birth). People really went crazy about Ella.

I hated (view spoiler) I was at first worried he would be a new love interest, but then the truth came out and we found out certain things, I was definitely like Brian or Ella's dad, I wanted to throttle that guy. Not only did he hurt Ella, but also her sisters and her friend. And even caused more ripples in other places. Really, that kind of person should be put behind bars. This is just low, that you would do that to someone who doesn't know, someone who saw you as a friend. :(

Now comes a part that people may take wrong. I do hope that I can word it all right, I have been wondering if I should write about it or not, but I am just going to do it.
I loved Ella in the previous book, but I just wanted to shake this girl a few times while reading the book. How she just couldn't see that Brian/Cinder really loved her. That he truly loved EACH and EVERY part of her. That he didn't mind the scars. I mean really, do you think he would be that dedicated if he didn't like them? Or that he would have fought the way he did in this and the previous book? Not even adding the fact that he wants to see you naked/in your underwear. He loves you. He loves every part of you.
I can imagine you may not want to show the world your scars, but I think Ella should have done it. Show the world that she doesn't let herself be beat by what happened to her. Show the world there is more than just thin model girls that are all unblemished.

There was also some drama that just had me rolling me eyes. I am not really going into specifics, but there were some scenes which I found a bit unnecessary.

I loved the banter between Cinder/Brian and Ella. They are totally adorable together, and I was squeeing at all the love between them. They are truly made for each other. I am so glad that they had the chance to meet. That they have the chance at a relationship (and I am wishing them eternal happiness and love).

Brian/Cinder really changes a lot in this one. He is becoming more and more serious, he dares to stand up against his dad, he is really supportive, sweet, and much more. He was that in the previous book for most, but I could really see a change in this book. Ella definitely brings out the best in him.

The ending was really sweet, and I had a laugh, oh Ella, never change girl!

I didn't like Ella's dad, but then again I never really did. He keeps breaking Ella's heart. He keeps making the same mistake over and over again. One would think a person would learn, but apparently he never does.

Ella's blog, and also video series? I loved it. It was Ella's dream to have her blog become so much more.

Well there is still a ton more that I loved, but then this review would be too long. :P

Ah yes, I did notice a few grammar/spelling errors in the text (like manor of speaking, or the name Vivian misspelled).

I really flew through this book, before I knew it the book was over. I laughed, I cried, I cheered, I rolled my eyes, I supported. The book was sure a rollercoaster! Highly recommended!

While the first book was surreal, it was still believable. The amount of fame and influence that Ella suddenly had in this book was over the top.

Much of the book was about sex. There wasn't actually any sex, but there was a lot of suggestiveness and anticipation, including an unmarried couple heading to a hotel to have sex. There was also plenty of language, though there were no f-words.

I did like the engagement scene.

I've been out of sort early this week because of my fascination with Japanese language, so instead of reading some good books last weekend, I end up browsing online on how I could learn the language. I've been wanting to learn the language for a very long time but I think this was the most intense urge I've ever felt.  And because of that, I've been MIA from the blog for quite a while and I'm still in daze, and Happily Ever After brought me back in the reality. My! If I have known this book would be this amazing, I shouldn't have left it unopened this long.

When I heard that there's going to be book 2 for Cinder & Ella's story, I honestly wasn't that excited about it. Yes I got my own copy right after it was released but it didn't occur to me that I will read it right away. Cinder & Ella was a good story, but I wasn't really that impressed with how the two of them started their story, it sure got a 4 star rating from me but it wasn't one of my favorites from Kelly Oram. I don't know what I was thinking but I just found myself reading Happily Ever After that night and my! I just magically transported back to reality and all of the weights I've felt because of my efforts to learn Nihonggo so fast just vanished. (Just for now, I'm still planning to learn the language ofcourse *wink)

The reason why I was hesitant to read this story in the first place was because I've been dreading to read some annoying third party or Ella having a hard time adjusting in the Hollywood life that she'll end up giving up Cinder (Brian in real life). As I've said, the first book wasn't one of my favorites and it ended just fine with me, I don't want to taint Ella and Brian's story in my memory.

But I was really glad I've read this book. As you can see, I gave this story a raging 5 star rating and it totally deserve it. My! I can't find the right words to describe how this story made me feel because it was too much. I just love everything about this book.

I love the start, the middle part, the ending, and just everything from front cover to back. And speaking of cover, I absolutely love it. I'm glad that it didn't follow the style of the Cinder & Ella first edition cover. I love the fairytale vibe it exudes and that it totally lives up with the story's happily ever after.

Before the happily ever after, this book sure did gave us some conflicts that really tugs my emotion. I was one time in the verge of crying, like just one shove and I'll be crying my heart out. Oh wait, I just felt that my cheeks were a little moistened. So yep, I just cried. And it wasn't just one time, I even lost count how many times I cried. I didn't bawled like a baby but I cried in a drama actress way haha. But seriously, this story will definitely make you feel something, relate into it and cry.

I love that this story wasn't cliché like what I anticipated. It was the happily ever after part of Ella and Brian so what would you expect for the conflict eh? As always, the scene about Ella's family conflict never failed to make me emotional especially that it is more on the father-daughter relationship. Quite perfect for the coming Father's Day eh?

What I always like about Kelly Oram's story is that she always overdone her previous books. I was used to reading romantic-comedy books from hers and she made it to a different level this time. I love that this book didn't just covers Ella and Brian's happily ever after;  about their love and relationship but also about family and especially about accepting and loving yourself even after what happened to you. Accepting your flaws and learning to accept the bad things that happened before.

I don't think I ever did gush about Ella on my review about the first book, but for this one, I have to say I adore her. I love how this insecure and definitely ashamed of her physical appearance learn to accept her scars and love herself. And her love and hate relationship with her father was kind of intense too and made me furious. But I was glad she finally get to know her dad's side of the story and why he did what he did before. I'm just so happy she's finally having her own happily ever after not just in terms of love life but also with her family and career. Didn't I tell you that Ella started as this strange girl that was always the center of stare and bullying now the most popular celebrity in America?!

Brian on the other hand, my! I remember I was never a fan of him. I hated his past life and his debauchery. Yep, he's definitely more than just a playboy. Did I tell you how he became the archenemy of the hottest singer in the whole world of all Kelly Oram's books?! Nah! I can't tell you that. You need to read it for yourself. You can start off with the V is for Virgin series and then head to Ella and Brian's story which is entitled as Cinder & Ella.

By the way, I mean to tell you that was I was really really really surprised about Brian. He was definitely far from the ruthless playboy that I first met in the first book. The day he met Ella, he transformed into this mature whipped loverboy. Well, he didn't actually transformed but just came back to the man he was before when he first met and chatted Ella. I don't buy the story about a guy becoming playboy because of what they experienced before. I just don't believe that crap. But man! It's hard not to when it's about Brian. I understand where he came from. Despite the perfect handsome appearance is a broken person inside. Well, I blame all of that to his jerk of a dad. I'm just so happy he only have 1 scene in this story. I know it may have been a sudden change especially because of his reputation but I am buying all of it. Man! I can't even count how many times I was surprised with all of the mature things he did and said. If this is really a fairytale, he's definitely the perfect definition of prince charming. He was so understanding, and his self restraint was really appalling considering how he grew up being spoiled. Everything in the name of love indeed.

This story was taken both from Ella and Brian's POV so we've got to read what they are really feeling. The execution of lines and the shifting of scenes was perfect too. What else would you expect from Kelly Oram eh? I am really sad to say this but this story didn't appear 100% perfect for me. I dunno though, it maybe just my issue I think. There were some scenes in this story that includes more than 2 characters, so it was quite noticeable for me when the other characters were cutoff for a while in order for Ella and Brian to have their romantic scene. It wasn't really that big deal though and if you decide to read this story, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't notice it (would you?). Besides, why would I give this story a 5star rating in the first place if it was bad eh? And also, this story cracked me up more than I shed my tears. Man! I can't really get enough of Kelly Oram's humor.

Happily Ever After is currently my true definition on how happily ever after should be. If you want to read romance with a little side dish, then this one is absolutely perfect for you. But be sure to read Cinder & Ella first or you'll get confused.

I have absolutely loved Cinder and Ella since the first time I read the first book. I have been nagging my daughters to read it for themselves. I have two daughters one off which is 20 and the other is 13 and I think this book is perfect for both of them. Kelly Oram has a great way of capturing today's young while still giving them an innocence that is slightly lacking in most of today's young. While I appreciate how difficult that balance is I think it is done perfectly by Kelly. She made it innocent but honest while also not filling it with a bunch of visuals that others tend to over use. Being a mother I appreciate that subtlety. This book is a great opener to a conversation with my younger daughter about self respect, body image, along with many other issues our daughters face in today's world. I will be a Kelly Oral fan forever for that fact alone but she is also a great storyteller!
This story is filled with all the emotional issues and is done wonderfully. I praise the author for not making the perfect picture. It is real! Thank you food not making it all easy life isn't easy and that is easy something that we need to teach our young. Sorry I just realized this became more of a statement instead of a review. O truly lived this book and its message. I believe it should bee read by every parent and their children together.

Cinder and Ella was the first Kelly Oram book I have read, and from that point on I continued reading the rest of her books I can find. She has a way of making things mysterious and interesting that you just get sucked into the book. She is definitely one of the better authors out there.

When I heard there was a sequel to Cinder and Ella, I was so happy one of my favorite book couples will get a continuation and we can see what happens to them. And when the release date was pushed back a bit, I continued on waiting for it. Now I can safely say that the wait was worth it.

I love Hollywood types of romance books. It just never gets old. The whole Cinderella concept of the story is just usually the bonus. In this book, it’s the center of the story – but who doesn’t love a good old Cinderella fantasy right?

I have read a lot of these types of books that most of them are usually ones I forget about since they have similar plotlines and usually end up having the same concept. Cinder and Ella’s story was really different but in a comparable sort of manner. It’s unique, so to speak.

The story opens up a week after the ending in Cinder and Ella. I would have liked to read about them further down the road, but I guess there were issues and stuff that weren’t tackled and had closure in the first book.

Happily Ever After of Cinder and Ella. I’m still on a bit of a hangover from it. There would always be one of the more memorable characters I have ever read about. What makes them memorable, you just have to find out and see for yourself.

In true Kelly Oram fashion, you will laugh, cry and swoon. I’m sure of it, just read this book. :)

Another great book by Kelly Oram. I have loved all of her books and I really loved Cinder and Ella. The first book ended with Brian and Ella together but that was it. This book lets us see how they are going to make their relationship work with so many things against them.

Ella's life completely changed her 18th birthday. The car accident killed her mother and her body was 70% burned and she's always going to have problems. She was told she would never walk again but she worked hard and she can walk. But her life's completely different now. She's living with her father and his family and she now knows that Cinder is the Brian Oliver - movie star. She's got plans to take her GED and move out of her father's house and in with her friend Vivian and her two fathers. She loves her father and cares about his family but them living together just doesn't work. She loves Brian completely but she's not ready to take things further than how they are right now.

Brian loves Ella completely. He thinks she's beautiful and perfect in his eyes. He understands and is willing to wait how ever long for Ella to be ready for anything in their relationship. She's the only woman that has ever meant anything to him except for his mother. He's trying to do whatever he can for Ella to keep her out of the media and such. But he knows that his fame isn't going to go away and Ella is now included in that. He's trying to show her and explain to her that she has to be more careful and more security minded. The papparazi and people in the media will do what they can to exploit her and the people in it.

Definitely worth reading.

I thought the writing was a lot better overall in this book than the first. However, there seemed to be a lot of repetition with Ella. I know that we all have self doubts, but hers seemed to be on repeat over and over. I get that we're talking about a teenage girl and that's really normal, especially in a first person point of view. But, I started to get annoyed with the book and actually has a hard time finishing.
Content: I like that Ella had some values. I think that a lot of teenage girls date THAT guy who's had lots of partners. So I get that this is real. However, I wouldn't let my teens read this book. A lot of crudeness that I wouldn't want my kids to hear. This is almost like a "baby steps to sex" story. Just be prepared for that. The content isn't super descriptive though.
Language: Yes there's language. No F-Bombs but some minimal language. Seems to flow in the dialogue though so not really offensive.
Religion: Not really. Ella has been raised with religion so there's minimal talk, but I wouldn't classify this as a religious book at all.
Overall story: Again, Ella became annoying to me. The author stayed true to the individual characters in both books and the writing was a lot better in book 2. So if you really loved book 1, you'll probably really love book 2.
Happy reading!!

I found this sequel to Cinder and Ella totally by accident on my Kindle book store. I borrowed the first one through Kindle unlimited when it first came out and I never returned it. I highlighted all of my favorite pages and read them from time to time when I want a real feel good story. This sequel will not disappoint, it’s even better than the first. A great deal of the story centers around Ella trying to come to terms with her many scars. Brian Oliver does not fail as the ever devoted boyfriend and supports her 100% as she deals with difficult family issues, body image issues
and inadvertently becoming a celebrity in her own right. It’s too much to hope for but I sure hope that Kelly Oram is planning on #3 but even if she isn’t, this wraps up the story of Cinder and Ella very satisfactorily.

I loved this absolutely beautiful novel. After reading the first book, I was worried going into this story that Brian and Ella would somehow be torn apart (temporarily) by their situation, as would be the norm for this kind of book. However, I was so happy to see Brian and Ella's relationship and love continue to grow deeper and deeper throughout. There was no doubt that they were meant to be together from either of them, and it was so wonderful to see what a loving, beautiful love they shared. I loved Brian, he was absolutely perfect. He was patient, understanding, protective, encouraging, truly everything Ella needed and still just fun and playful with her at the same time. He was wonderful.

While it may sound like everything was perfect, the drive of this novel was Ella's journey of healing and learning to love herself scars and all. I thought this was beautifully done by the author, especially when she finally shows Brian all of herself and his reaction. That moment was so beautiful. Ella's relationship with her father was another main point of the story that I have mixed feelings about but I think ended up well.

Overall I thought this was a wonderful follow up to Cinder & Ella, adding much greater depth to the already lovable romance, as well as Ella's own personal journey of healing. I definitely recommend both novels!

This is better than the first part! Brian and Ella are now a couple and face many challenges - his fame and her insecurities. Unlike most novels where the couple breaks up, has conflicts, and then rediscovers themselves, in this novel they work through the struggles together as a team. Brian is sensitive to Ella's insecurities and worries about her "flaws". As the book progresses she slowly learns to accept herself. In addition, she confronts her father and his abandonment. She has a lot of buried feelings due to his lack of love. Thankfully Brian is there to help her through. I really liked this story and couple. I could imagine them actually have a lifelong marriage, family, and career. Brian and Ella balance each other strengths and weaknesses. Cinder and Ella and Happily Ever After were my first Kelly Oram books. I was so thrilled with here character development and writing style I will certainly read others.

The long-awaited release of the sequel to Cinder and Ella is finally here! I was so excited to see this come out I couldn't wait to read it! I was completely satisfied with the conclusion to Cinder and Ella's story. It was just as good as the first book.
I appreciated how the topic of sex was handled in the story. It was respectful and didn't put anybody down for their beliefs or values. It was realistic and down to earth. The characters were great. It was a fast-paced story and long enough to allow for character development and story evolution, and short enough not to be boring or feel too drawn-out. I feel that the style of writing reaches the interest of a wide range of audiences. There is some swearing throughout the story and some pretty heavy issues, so I would suggest this book is rated PG. I really enjoyed this story and I highly recommend it.

Better than the original. The epilogue shouldn't have been in Wisconsin. There's nothing wrong with Wisconsin, but there was no reason to go there for the end. California is where this story is set. Brian's mother was not an integral part of the story, so having her involved in the proposal but leaving out Ella's dad and sisters but including her seemed a very strange choice for the author. Using Ella's stepmother, Jennifer, here would have made more dramatic sense. Indeed, I wish Jennifer had been more involved throughout this story. The stepmother is a big part of the Cinderella story, after all. Not the mother-in-law.

After finishing the first book, Cinder & Ella, I was unsure of where Happily Ever After would take us, but I truly loved the ending of Cinder & Ella's story. I shed some tears of pain and joy for Ella throughout the two books. There were many times that my heart broke along with hers, but she was so brave and strong that her beauty was blinding. She found her support system that guided her through her new very public life and inner struggles of acceptance. And Brian was her real life Prince. He was so patient and loving with Ella, protecting and supporting her during her journey. With the love and support of her true friends and family she was able to find her passion and the confidence to live her life and be truly happy. Beautiful story and message.

I am speechless. Okay honestly I was freaked out to read it I do not do bedroom scenes and was ready to shut it at any moment. I will admit it came close but because of the content it was never sex nor about sex it was completely honest, and Ella never compromised her virginity. (There is a sentence at the end after a proposal that indicates the opposite, however, it is tastefully done and it continues on the story of true beauty. No body shaming just sharing the beauty of bodies even deformed or burned. It really was a beautiful book. With moments that leave you breathless yes but it never goes anywhere. I personally enjoyed it and I was worried. Well done.

So, here's what I really loved about these...
So many romantic books involve the couple having insurmountable obstacles (physical or emotional) thrown between them, conquering them, and *almost* getting to each other only to have another obstacle thrown in. They spend 3/4 of the book apart and agonizing over each other. There wasn't that here (ok, a tiny bit, but it wasn't dragged out). Ella and Brian face challenges, but they do it together as a healthy couple. Also, it was a refreshing change to have an Alpha male that really listened to and considered his partner's wishes instead of taking over and making decisions for her.

Overall, it was a perfectly cute, fluffy read.

There is sex and talk of sex in this book. I was dissapointed, her other books I read were much cleaner. I would not advise this for a teenager. It teaches it is o.k. to have sex before marriage. Usually when you read a handful of clean books from one author, all of them are. Be careful with this author, if you want a clean romance.

This series just puts a smile on your face. Life is hard enough, but add the challenges of celebrity life and disabilities only magnifies the challenges people face. It also shows the heartwarming love that Brian and Ella have for each other. I have to admit I was disappointed that Ella proposed. I was waiting for the fairy tale proposal and wedding. Hoping for a third book to continue the saga.

I decided to re-read the first book before reading this one. It had been quite awhile since I had read it. I absolutely love both books. This story is well written with a great storyline. There were heartbreaking tears as well as happy tears. These books have so much emotion in them. I love that it's not just fluff. Some really hard issues to work through. There is never just one answer, but I loved Kelly Oram's choices for this series. I even want the secondary characters to get there own stories! I'm invested.

I love, love, loved this book! The first book, Cinder and Ella, is one of my all-time favorite books and I've reread it several times (which I never do). She did a great job continuing the story and adding a new depth to the characters I already loved, and having them tackle the issue of fame, and her issues. I felt deeply for Ella the entire story, from what she was experiencing with her family, to the insecurities she was facing with her scars. Fantastic book, and I highly recommend both Cinder and Ella and Happily Ever after to everyone!

Amid a storm of fame and family turmoil, Cinder and Ella find comfort and strength in each other, in this book that redefines what Happily Ever After should look like. How she managed to make Brian Oliver into an even swoonier book boyfriend, is something I'll never figure out. She knocked it out of the park with this book. This modern day fairytale has relatable heartache and gives you all kinds of #relationshipgoals Disney didn't give me unrealistic expectations about men, Kelly Oram did.

I read both books in just under a week. I read the first one years ago and just found the second one (this one) I love it so much. Happy butterflies in my stomach whenever I think about Brian and Ella, this was such a beautiful continuation of the first one. I would honestly love more books about them being super ordinary. Oh and when are we getting actual The Druid Prince series?? Need!

Wow! I couldn't put these two books down an seriously read them in a day well two days one a day!! Captured me with my whole heart! They are funny, serious, and yes some tears! I have always wanted to become a writer one day and this is the type of book I would have loved to have written! This is so me and my personality! I truly enjoyed reading these books! This author is going to be one of my favorites of all time and I have read many books by many different authors! She has truly inspired me along with giving me Cinder & Ella as me new found loving characters of all time! Thank you Kelly Oram!

I was hesitant to read this book because I didn't want a sequel about the H and h having some sort of misunderstanding and waiting until the end to patch it all up. This was NOT that kind of book or sequel. It was everything I would want and more. The only thing that I didn't like is when it ended. The love Brian and Elle have for each other is so so romantic and sweet, but they are both real. I could really believe this story. I love how Ella is strong yet vulnerable. I love how Brian's love strengthens her to get through the hard stuff and he is by her side unconditionally. I love Brian aka Cinder so much!! He is so there for Ella yet he is written in such a human way. He is not perfect, but his love for Ella is perfect. There were really some touching moments that had me in tears and then in another part I was laughing my head off! This was just as good as the first book or even better in some ways. I love Kelly Oram. Thanks you so much for this story!

Honestly, it's been a long while since I've read a book that made me feel so much! I devoured this book over the last few hours and have literally been alternating between heartfelt tears, riotous laughter, and longing sighs for a love so true. It may sound cheesy, but it's the truth nonetheless and if you haven't yet read Cinder & Ella then hurry up so that you can read this amazing work of art.

I loved Cinder and Ella and was alittle hesitant about this book. Boy did Kelly Oram exceed my expectations. Usually the sequel isnt as good as the original, but this book was as good as the first book. I wanna read more about Cinder and Ella just cause I love them so much. I am foever hooked. This is series is one of the few books I can read multiple time and not be bored or annoyed. I love it my advice if you're reading this is: READ THIS BOOK NOW IF YOU HAVENT. (I would also recommend Kelly Orams other books such as the Supernatural series; all her books are amazing no matter what the genre)

This book doesn't disappoint. It is a continuation of Brian and Ella's story line, and I am so glad that I picked it up. Kelly Oram is one of my favorite writers. I am pretty sure that when I pick up one of her books I am in for a great story, well written characters (even if I don't like them), and twists that surprise me (which is not easy to do).

I thoroughly enjoyed this 2 book series. Originally I had only read the first book, content to leave Cinder and Ella where they were, but after a while I went back and read it again, and wanted to see how this book would go. If you have only read the first, READ THE SECOND!! You will not be disappointed. Kelly takes difficult subjects (family, fame, mental health, self-esteem) and does a good job of taking the characters on the necessary journey. I laughed a little, I cried a little, but mostly I rooted for Cinder and Ella. Yes I find it hard to believe parts, but isn't that the point of fiction? All in all I highly recommend. I am hoping for more, maybe supporting characters get their own story?? Hope you enjoy as much as I did.

This is best read only if you've read book 1 in the series. I read that part last yr and wished for more and finally got to read it. Now it's time for another one. Looking for something different and not all about the x rated scenes then this is a good change of pace and deals with some tough issues along the way.

I am always looking for another great author t read, and Kelly is a new fav for me! After falling in love with the story of Cinder and Ella, and I can say this in not another "Cinderella" story, there is so much emotion and great story telling, I will be adding more of Kelly's books to my reading list.

I read the first book, and was convinced it would be very easy to see where it was going but it had enough subtle plot twists that, while you figured a happy ending was coming, you had no idea how it was going to get there. This book kept the same theme. I loved the unique dynamic of Ella & her father and their relationship almost as much as I loved the transition of the attitudes of Ana & Juliette. I could see myself enjoying a third book, maybe bringing back the drama of Kaylee Summers, or something. Either way they were well written books and I enjoyed them.

Omg! I love this book. Every woman should have a man like Brian. Patient, kind, nurturing and hot! What a great ending for this book. I would like to see something with Ana and Juliette though. Great book!

We I first started readying I thought great another book that's going to give you endless pages of description of sex. No story. But I was wrong. It's a story of Ella overcoming a tragedy. And Cinder love and patience to let her heal on her time line. I would recommend this story.

The first book was so cute and the second was just as good. There was nothing in this book to deter a teen from reading it and it was a book with a theme of accepting your flaws as beautiful. My girls loved it and I found the characters fully engaging. Great read.

It was a good read. At times it was very frustrating because the story took some time to move along in the story. And I did not like the proposal in the end. Should have been romantic.

There were some parts that were left up to the reader to fill like her friendship with Vivian, & her fathers' dress proposal. Just too many voids too fill at times for me.

I really love this book, probably more than the first one. Is a very light romance book that has everything you would expect to have. I would probabIy like if it with some spice on it, but in general I enjoyed it overall and love all the characters! Great author and I will continue following all her work!

I loved this story!! Soooo satisfying. I really enjoyed the fact that the author has used characters from her other books in her stories and integrated them in well. Serial hottie is one of my favorites, and the small appearance was fun even though the J's weren't mentioned ;)

I had such a hard time putting this book down. I'd say 1 more chapter when I should be sleeping . . . Or working. I was anxious to see what would happen next, and Kelly Oram did not disappoint. Thank You! Cinder & Ella are forever in my heart.

Kelly Oram, please tell me more! I am in love with Cinder and Ella and want to know what happens next. I literally read this book start to finish without stopping, only a mere 2 days after doing the same with the first book in this series. I was so excited when I learned there was a second book that I could not wait to read it. Ugh! I am so sad to be done with what is available so far!

I often wait for sequels with a bit of trepidation because I have all these expectations and sometimes (too many times) they fall short. So no the case with this one!!!! I so enjoyed this book. I loved seeing how Cinder and Ella faced with their real life after the sweet ending of the first book. Pulled all sorts of feels. Read it!!! It was worth the wait!

I love this series, and I hope there is a third book. I loved how raw ella was and how brian would stand up for ella now matter what. He included her in everything without belittling her. You could feel the love between the two. Please write the third book.

I don't usually read this genre, but this is a well thought out story. The devotion that the leads have is endearing and helps to keep the story flowing.

You know the story...but there is so much more in this novel. It makes you appreciate physical and emotional struggles of others, even when you don’t understand why. You can learn to accept people for all their “faults and flaws” that really ARENT flaws at all.

Kelly Oram has written yet another amazing book, I couldn't put it down! I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys sweet romance, a few laughs, and just the right amount of stubbornness. I read cinder and ella about year and a half ago, and it became one of my favourite books. I was so excited when I heard that this book was coming out. It definetly lived up to the first book. Although I am a sucker for good old origin stories. Ella showed her strength to overcome everything and find love, which really showed through in happily ever after. She didn't let anyone push her around. Brian/Cinder was the perfect amount of hotness and humour. Few surprises that I never saw coming.
Kelly Oram wrote yet another amazing book!!!

Kelly Oram has done it again!!! You has ripped me apart with the depth of discussion of physical apprerance. And ripped in a good way. She has an amazing way to bring important real world issues in a novel and make them important but also a love story. At first I was worried about the sequel because the glfurst was very very very well written, but now I hate I ever doubted her. It was amazing. Any book that can make me cry is great and I have cried a couple times over her books.

I was very surprised to find myself reading and finishing Cinder and Ella's story. Even though I am in d "ancient" category, I loved the storyline so much. It has substance and depth and truth.
The sequel is as good if not much better than the 1st book that I wish their story finds its way into the theater. Yes... IT IS THAT GOOD.

Before you read this one, make sure you read the first one. You meed the full brunt of the pain to appreciate the growth and ending for the characters in this book.

This set is more about character changes and internal conflict than the external pressures they deal with, It will make you consider what is beautiful although it does cheat a little by letting Ella keep her beautiful face.

At the end of it all, rather than focusing on the obvious points about m what is beauty... I'm left with the wistful consideration of how much better our lives would be if we each had our own 'Brian' in it.

So - the first book was full of so many emotions I had tears in my eyes through most of it but by the time I got to this one/the conclusion I was just grouchy. Seriously how many times can Ella let her "family" hurt her? Lots - that's how many. By the end of this story I was over it. There was really no romance between Cinder and Ella, they're "dating" but honestly they just felt like friends to me. Maybe it was the lack of sex? I don't really think so though. I've read several "clean" romances that had heat. This one never gets close.

Seriously the only reason to read this book is if you read the first part and are dying to know how all the loose ends are tied up.

1.) Cheating? Nope.
2.) Cliffhanger? No. Thank god. I don;t think I could have read another book about these two non-lovers.
3.) HEA (Happily Ever After)? Yes but it's the least satisfying HEA I've ever read :P
4.) Violence? Not really no.
5.) Writing/Grammar? Very well written.
6.) Sexual content? Clean. 0 sex.
7.) Would I recommend this book to my friends? Nope.
8.) POV? Dual.

The first book was a fantastic modern day fairy tale! However, what I really enjoyed was continuing their story. So many books end, just when they profess their love. The second one shares and examines Cinder & Ella’s relationship. Their feelings are beautifully portrayed. I’m so hoping for another book!

How many times do you allow some one to hurt you, to stab you in the back, to treat you like trash?

She was just a sad pathetic doormat. She was not strong, not some one I would want young girls to look up to.

Ana, physical cause her pain how many times? She wasn't sorry, she would just do it AGIAN. And maybe if she did act like a w.h.o r.e people wouldn't call her names. It's was 100 percent her fault what happen at the mall. I mean who talks about sex, virginity with a man you just met and take to a lingerie store.
That was just to stupid to believe.

Her dad, she should of just stopped. He left, abandoned his daughter for years. If she didn't get in the accident, he would of never reached out to her. She is his blood daughter but he keeps abusing her. Did nothing when his stepdaughter abused his real daughter. He regrets her, he says it over and over. He says sorry and she forgives him. Wash, rinse and repeat.

She just kept trying to force her self in a family that didn't want her. She was bending over backwards to try to get them to like her. If she was strong, she would of told them tog screw themselves and never look back.

But the more they abuse her the more she gives them. She helps their career, gets them things, meet famous people and so on.

So the message of the story is, let people abuse and hurt you, treat you like trash, it's ok as long as they say after every time.

Actions don't speak louder than words.

I really hope young girls don't read into these abuse and think it's ok.
