Great story from the first page, characters are likeable and enough humour and story to keep me reading till the wee hours. This is a series I will read until finished. Very well written, readers of all paranormal and vampire books would like this series, as long as you don't mind 2 guys and a girl, but it's OK they're married!

I have so many reasons for disliking this book that I don't even know where to begin and I'm sure I'll leave things out. Let's start with the issue that the author shouldn't be writing...at least not without an editor and maybe a thesaurus. Understand the basics of speech and grammar.
Then there's the story line. Wait, no there isn't. Nope. Just raw threesome action and a bunch of all over the place drivel.
Now let's talk about the characters. The main character, Taylor, is an idiot. The two vampires...also idiots that I can gather although you never truly get to know any character or establish any connection.

Fun energetic and full of twists and turns...once you read this one you must read the next...great to get the free download and I must admit that I am already on number three just to see how far back they go ...

Very interesting story with some sexy characters. The author did a great job with the storyline and it allowed the reader to go on the same journey as the characters. It was different but in a good way. Will read more from this author

This author seems to be writing to the masses, not from her heart. Everyone likes time travel, lets throw that in. They like vampires, lets throw that in. They like sex, she went way over the top here. Yes, there is plenty of sex, but it is not romantic at all. It would be more appropriate in Penthouse. There is no build up of the characters. They meet, in 24 hours are all deeply in love (it's a triangle) and they have push the borders sex. The only thing the author didn't throw in is beastiality. I'm sure she will get around to it in her next book. I won't be reading it though. Glad this was free.

If one is into multiple "people" and homosexuality I still don't think anyone would like this book. It is poorly written, plot lines change in and out and for me was a real turn off. Then they stick vampires in there as almost an after thought. While the book started out good in the first few pages, it quickly degenerated into trash. My advice, don't waste your time and money.

Did not enjoy the premise. Also,, while I enjoy a nice love story, this one was too edgy for me. Too much raw sex. I should have paid more attention to the reviews. I'm sure there is an audience for this type of book - just not my thing. I couldn't get past the second chapter.

I would not recommend this book to anyone. It was written by a depraved mind. Of course, that might interest some people, but if you have standards, this book is NOT for you. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Overall this story is woefully short with a lot of potential. The idea is fresh and the perspective is a unique opportunity for readers to experience history as it actually unfolded, in the midst of the wars and drama and little every day details that are such a mystery to us now. I enjoyed the interaction between the characters, in all the multiple menage variations, and was nowhere near ready for it to end!

That said, Taylor accepted that Brody and Veris are vampires very easily, with little internal struggle. I'd liked to have seen more shock from her about that especially after their unexpected shared visions. The chemistry between these three is hot. I really wanted to see more between the two men but there is just enough teased about their relationship to make it tantalizing. The time jumps are intriguing, although not well explained in this installment of the series. I also didn't quite grasp some of the political negotiations. This is worth the read on its own as a novella, but especially as a precursor to Kiss Across Swords, which is fantastically epic and an addicting, immersive read. Recommended!

This review will appear at My Secret Romance Book Reviews.

Kiss Across Time is an action packed, dramatic story with hot alpha vampires and a feisty woman! What more could you ask for?

Taylor has been researching a poet that has been dead for centuries. There's no positive proof that this man existed, but Taylor is sure of it. After a chance encounter, she's fired from her university position. Then she hears this poets words being used in a heavy metal song. She finds a way to meet the band and from then on it's GAME ON!

When she meets Brody, the band member who wrote the song, she also meets Veris. They're lovers, have been for a VERY long time. They both want Taylor. When they kiss, they transport back through time and re-live memories of centuries past.

They have to contend with passion, attraction, time-travel and a vindictive vampire queen. We have kidnapping, fights, time-travel and hot ménage sex! But it's not just Taylor with Brody and Veris, Brody and Veris are lovers and we get some M/M action in there as well.

Tracy Cooper-Posey managed to write a story that travels through the ages, literally. I was hooked from the beginning and couldn't stop reading. This story is filled with action, romance, angst and two very hot alpha vampires.

I received a copy of this story from the author in exchange for an honest review.

A Kiss Across Time is a paranormal romance. It is a mix of time travel, vampires, and has an interesting sexual twist with a bi-sexual mmf menage. This is the first book in the series. Taylor, is a history professor that determined to prove that a historical figure exists. She is has been fired from her job as a professor at a university and denied tenure because her boss feels her line of research is an embarrassment to the department. Taylor is upset and while going back to her apartment hears the lyrics of a song that are the exact words of the historical figure she is determined to uncover. She learns that a heavy metal group recorded the song and becomes determined to attend their concert. During this part of the book I was a little bored and it moved a little slow for me. It just seemed like the storyline was a little too abrupt and unbelievable. The storyline implied that Taylor and her boss had a sexual relationship but that was only one sentence. No details were given and it wasn't ever referenced again. I also found it unbelievable that a university professor would live in the same building, next door to their students? Not only does she live next door but she also felt comfortable borrowing clothing from one student to attend the concert.

However, the storyline improved dramatically when Taylor made it to the concert and kissed the band member, Brody. She is transported through time and Tracy Cooper-Posey gives her trademark scorching, hot stamp on the encounter as Taylor and Brody travel back into time to become Toireasa and Breandan. In real time they meet backstage and are met in Brody's room by another hunk, Veris, Brody's lover. Need I say more? The action is immediate and hot like fire.

The novel includes elements of mystery and intrigue as well as more steamy love scenes. Taylor's character was a little spacey. She couldn't decide whether to stay with Veris and Brody or leave even after they proved themselves to her multiple times. There were other elements of the plot that weren't believable. For example, a team of vampires follows Taylor to her neighbor's apartment and kills 2 of the people that live there. She returns to her apartment to find the one remaining neighbor asleep by her door. That's not the least bit realistic.

However, if you can get past that and the first few slow pages you'll find a very good read. It didn't deter me, and I found myself hating to get to the end of the book. The characters are multilayered and engaging. The two men are hot, hot, hot. I look forward to reading the next novels in the series.

Holy sizzling wow! Kiss Across Time was definitely a 5+ star rating for me. Passionate, erotic, historic - ohhh, and vampires too. I'm not sure what grabbed my attention the most, but this book kept me enthralled from start to finish. What really works for me is that it isn't your usual "wham, bam, thank you ma'am" style of erotic writing, but it actually has an interesting storyline that holds everything together to create a passionate world of possibilities.

If you love a good, lusty romp, and a great romantic tale all rolled into one, this is it.

With a "series opener" like this, I'm as breathless as any of the characters for what comes next. Oh yes, just call me a raving fan.

This is the paranormal version of The Time Traveler's Wife...except everyone can travel, and it happens DURING SEX!!!! How freakin' cool is that?!?! HEAT INDEX: 4.75 - Holy Smokin' Hotness! **fans self**

This is gonna be a down-n-dirty review, my friends. With only 162 pages, Kiss Across Time packs a powerful punch. World-building, character-building, and the construction of powerful and intricate relationships are carefully woven into the novella. Each fact, detail, sensory impression are purposeful and meant to tantilze the reader. And tantilize, Ms. Cooper-Posey did.

I'm pretty sure that the hot rockstar vamp and his partner-in-immortality were two of the most intuitive characters I've read in a long time. Brody and Veris are magnetic personalities. I was simply drawn to them, and cannot wait to read more about them! With Arthurian, Saxon and Viking references, the historical aspect wasn't over-done, and greatly added to my enjoyment of the title (because I'm a bit of a Viking, Saxon and Arthurian legend geek, naturally).

Taylor, the professor-next-door that was canned from her university position before being granted tenure because she dared to think differently. I was really intrigued by the premise of Taylor's thesis, and would LOVE to spend time hanging out with someone like her...except I'd want to discuss the literature aspect versus the historical aspect. Seemed like she'd be the type that would be able to discuss both. One thing that concerned me about Taylor was the fact that she seemed content to be 'bought out' of her theory... you'll understand when you get to that part of the story.

Menage. Smokin' HOTTTT! What I really enjoyed about this trio was the fact that Brody and Veris had an existing relationship, and Taylor appeared to fit seamlessly into what appeared to be a love and respect-filled pairing. It looked like they'd been traveling through time simply waiting for Taylor to arrive. Readers will love the time traveling, as well as what it represents for the trio.

I'm eager to read subsequent titles in Ms. Cooper-Posey's Kiss Across Time series. Book 2, Kiss Across Swords is available June 1, and a third title, Kiss Across Chains is slated for July 1. Sounds like I've got myself at least two fabulous titles to enjoy in the summer sun!

Basically 2 sexy bisexual vampires and a human menage. What time travel there is involves them going back to different time periods and having sex. There is no exploration of the time period outside of the bedroom. This book sets up the characters and the relationship that develops between Taylor and the two vampire lovers, Brody and Veris. This a quick read with a little danger in the form of the vampire queen and hot sex.

This book has something for everyone! I wasn't sure about time travel, but since I loved the author's previous vampire ménage books, I read this one and am so glad I did! I am now hooked on another series! The characters are well defined and different, the sex scenes are oh so hot and the suspense will keep you reading until the end and crying for more!

I read the summary and thought it would be interesting but this blew me away! It moved so fast that I was almost like "this isn't believable" but then I got so swept up in the sex and the time travel and just the sensuality of it all that I was wishing for my own time travel vampire lovers! Can't wait to read the next two...I'm off to one click them now!

Taylor Yates is fired for insisting on pursuing an early poet, whose existence is questionable, for her thesis. Ironically losing her job and her boyfriend in one fell swoop. When she returns home and her neighbor is playing a death metal song with the lyrics from the poet she is tracking, her life continues to change.

Snagging tickets to the bands local concert to further investigate; she also gets selected to come backstage to meet the band. When a kiss transports her to another place and time, once again her reality takes a huge shift. Turns out the band members are vampires and have an association with “her” poet, but they will not be able to prove it for her.

Intricately balanced story of time-travel, vampire politics, vampire ménages and scintillating romance. I highly recommend this story!
