Vanessa was just amazing. They call her the ice queen but is she really. Or is just the hand she has to play

Con I really like him too who doesn't like a hot alpha tattooed male

They are a like but so different.

This book you get a lot of story

I recently found this series and absolutely love it! This is my second book and it was such a page turner. I love how Con isn't what you expect. I don't want to give anything away but that ending was such a twist! Can't wait to read about the others!

These books are addictive! I enjoyed the first one and I loved this one, too. The main characters (Vanessa and Con) were so feisty and in love I knew it would eventually work out. The drama was believable albeit crazy and I'm looking forward to the next books. I'd like to hear more about both Lucas and Lord but think I'd want to hear about Lucas first.

I don't generally write reviews but I truly loved this book. The writing was smooth and good dialogue. Loved that there was no major misunderstandings and that the relationship was super hot. The story was really good and flowed. I just can't say enough good things. I have never read anything by this author but she will now be on my watch list for new books.

I loved Con and Vanessa's story. Meghan March again did not disappoint. The story was interesting, the sex was intense. There was blackmail, murder, and romance. The insecurities of the main characters added to the story and made them a bit more real. This was an excellent read.

I one clicked this book purely bargain of the cover, then I found out it was book two in a series so I one clicked book 1 and fell in love with the characters. Book two was just as good if not a tad better. I'm really looking forward to what comes next. I think I want Lords story next as I'm not sure I forgive Lucas and his obnoxious attitude just yet.

Liked the storyline, rich girl falls for 'bad boy'. There was just something missing, I was waiting for the fight to break because of Lucas when he found out about her outings with him, but it never happened, she ends up telling him and it was all good.

I haven't read book 1 'beneath the mask' but I feel I should have read it before because there were some parts where I was left wondering what just happened or who are they talking about. So if you are about to read this book, I highly recommend you read book 1 first.

Overall, good book and I do recommend it. Love me some Vanessa and Con!!!!

Con and Vanessa's story was beautiful, complex, and steamy! The way their two lives wove together was riveting and I just couldn't put it down! I'm already looking forward to the next book. Five stars across the boards!

These books could be stand alone but they do hook together with characters and events. The rich girl and the tattoo artist. Little did she know. That they may have both had crushes from high school for each other. A crime is solved but it might rip them apart. So enjoy the read to see if they get their HEA ! !

I was a little apprehensive at first, thinking it was going to be just another bad boy and rich chick book, but it was surprisingly refreshing. I really loved the well written plot, the surprises throughout, and the well developed characters. I can't wait to read more about the others, especially Lucas.
I absolutely recommend this book.

Even better than book one! Right amount of drama, sarcasm, suspense and sex! Can't wait to read the whole series. My breaks at work are just long enough to get my fix. Makes the day fly by. Thanks Meghan!!!

I loved this book and the characters, Vanessa and Con. There's some angst, a bit of humor and a whole lot of hotness. You've got the beautiful rich girl, with issues, from one side of the tracks and the rich, alpha bad boy, with his own issues, from the other side. I'm not going to say anymore, just push that button and read it for yourself!

Con and Van seemed such an unlikely pair but they just fit.. I liked them together and this was an enjoyable read.. Some of it was a bit repetitive but i sat right up when the mystery of who killed Con's parents was revealed.. I couldn't believe it but enjoyed that little plot twist that I didn't see coming.. Because all the while he was thinking it was his fault due to some bar fight i just kept thinking well that's just stupid that someone would go murder someone's parents cause they got their ass kicked... Glad the author flipped the script on that!!

Well written, interesting story with fully thought out characters. I like this series because the books read like a novel as well as a romance. I read it after Beneath this Mask, but you don't need to have read the other book to read and enjoy this one. I recommend both.

I devoured "beneath this mask" (the first book in this series) and just couldn't wait to sink my teeth into Con and Vanessa's story. I applaud you Ms. March, you lived up to my hopes for this story. It was my favorite kind of read that is so hard to find, one that is intriguing without being too far-fetched or predictable. And the characters, dang. I know no one like these two love birds, but through solid writing I felt I could understand them and cheer them on. I can't wait to read the next in the series, I'm hoping for Lucas, but I don't care. I'll read a chicken recipe written by March.

Enjoyed this book more than the first in the series. Liked the heroine a lot. Was a bit odd how easily she got over her thing about eating in front of others, but I'm not complaining. The hero was likeable despite being a true manwhore before being with the heroine - never an endearing trait.

A first read for me from this author. Really liked reading this one and enjoyed the story. It was a hot romance but with little twists. Loved Van and Con's story! Got teary-eyed at times and that's just how you know it's a good book. Would love to read the story of his brother Lord

Ms March has a fantastic way with words. The twists and even the happy parts that I felt were written wonderfully enough where it wasn't too much. I gotta say what I loved most is that the story wasn't extremely predictable. Even though I expected certain events to have specific outcomes she manages to surprise. I definitely recommend this book.

Loved the first book Beneath This Mask, couldn't wait for Con and Vanessa's story. I was so glad to see the depth he has and the way we see how he really feels for Vanessa in this book. It was steamy, funny and heartwarming. Everything needed for a great read! Megan you did it again, I can't wait for he next one!

I have been struggling to read this book for days and have finally given up at 50%. Simply put it is boring. I could not connect with the h. She is a 30ish year old and acts like a scared 20 year old trying to gain some backbone to stand up for herself. The H is supposed to be all alpha male hot but his crude dialogue just doesn't work. It just makes me roll my eyes. (With due respect to the author because I sure can't write.. I don't like writing reviews like this but I paid for this book.) I can't fathom how this got so many great reviews.

I liked the book. The characters were funny and I felt like I could feel their emotions. The meat of the plot seems to kind of shadow her other books very good girl / bad guy / accept good girl may not be so good and bad guy might not be bad at all stereotype thing .

Loved it. Enjoyed it. Had all the requirement of a lasting impression. The characters came alive, and fortunately managed to do what they were supposed to do. The mystery was solved. Thank heavens. I hope you enjoy as much as I did.???❤️❤️❤️

I liked the story about another chance, the two characters getting what they wanted in the beginning. The story did drag on a little about the work that Vanessa was into. Other than that, I liked this story. Con was interesting, and not the guy you would expect from the description of him

Vanessa, right side of tracks. Con, the other side! Two years past, one encounter leads Con wanting another shot at a night he can't remember. One chance to get the respect in her family foundation leads her needing something from to the one person she can't seem to forget!

This book was my introduction to the fantastical works of Meghan March. I can assure you I will be purchasing and devouring all of her others as quick as I can. She now has another addict to enable! To put it plainly I loved this book and I truly can't wait to dive into my next Meghan March read!

Absolutely enjoyed a story with a strong female lead and alpha male who respected her. Vanessa is dependent on Con to make her dream of running the family foundation come true. There is only one problem, Con wants her to give him a shot in exchange. Let the games begin!
