A good story with lots of possible perps. Abe Glitsky is the central character with Diz being in the background more than usual. I always enjoy reading about Glitsky's investigative methods and reasoning.

This was my second (Dismas Hardy) book by John LesCroart and I am hooked. I enjoy the characterizations and the dialogue has a good balance of humor. in combination to the tension and the twists and turns of the plot. I'll be back tracking to the first of the books as it's apparent his mysteries build on each other.

Good Read

John Lescroart does not do bad. Although billed as a Dismas Hardy novel it was really about the character, Abe Glitsky which is no problem as both are solidly interwoven in prior adventures.

John Lescroart has continued with his famous characters who continue to impress with their ability to keep one glue d to the book until the end. Having follow ed the career of Dismas Hardy and Abe Glitsky for many years they continue to impress. John's writing style and command of the English are second to none. Long may it continue

I have just discovered Dismas Hardy, Abe Glitsky and the other characters of Mr. Lescroart and look forward to reading all his books. Very well written, involved and spellbinding. And even believable. IF you're looking for legal mystery thrillers, you are in for a treat.
