Very interesting and realistic, definitely depicts the horrible changes sisters go through with brothers. Of course, sisters will bitch and nag as a result of such treatment and brothers will say that's why they would rather be with a white woman because they don't nag. They treat them with respect and say they are better mates than sisters.

NAS has left me completely speechless as to how trifling some men really can be, yet at the same time exposing the depths that some selfish men would go, to be 'that man' that commands/demands respect from his peers without rightfully earning it. The type of man that is so selfish that he does not care who he temporarily or permanently hurts in the process.
Jalessa, Aaliyah and Tabitha could easily be faceless characters that morph into the faces of countless women that have been exposed to these types of men. Through each word, you'll feel as if you're taking a trip down memory lane of your own previous or current situation with ain't sh*t men, if you've ever had one or experienced this.
NAS was so expertly written that you can't help but to experience every gut wrenching emotion that is projected from the words on each page. Jessica Watkins takes you to a place that a good number of women have been. A place that we've all buried because we don't want to relive the feelings/emotions of dealing with an ain't sh*t man. I would definitely recommend this book to the next reader....not only as an awesome urban fiction read, but as a psuedo study guide of what type of man to NOT fall for. Great job Jessica!!

In this day and age cheating is not unfamiliar.Unfortunately some men go above and beyond to hurt the ones that matter most.
Nas and Moses are your typical men. They both have familie but can't seem to leave the street life and all the drama it brings outside of their home.
Aaliyah,Jaleesa & Tabitha are prime examples of loving these type of men despite the situation. As lies & drama unfold these ladies will soon find out that their NAS!!!!!
Hats off to Jessica!! This was my first story by her and definitely won't be my last. The first pages pulls you right in with the drama and carries it all the way to the end. I love that the setting took place in my home town. My emotions were all over the place.I can't wait to see what else these characters have in store
