Juliette's been found! Reading the first two installments in the series had me wondering what kind of person the baby of the group was. I was not disappointed in the least! Juliette's been raised as an only child, sheltered and kept isolated. She doesn't come off as naive, more lonely and longing for a different life. She's a sweet girl with a heart of gold, but has been manipulated by her father and never allowed to spread her wings.
Braden is also an only child. He was a NYC cop before coming home to take care of his ailing father. He's lonely and wishing for siblings who could help commiserate and make the hard decisions when it comes to his father's care.
She was supposed to be just another PI job, easy money, he wasn't supposed to fall for her.
I love this book! I'm a sucker for a book series. I love to get a continued look at past and secondary characters. I need to get my fill of how their life is progressing even after their story has ended. Can't wait for Andi's story!

It’s official. I’m addicted to this series. With each book I’ve fallen deeper in love with every character and ended each one already needing the next book! Freed finally brings home the missing sister we’ve all been waiting for, Juliette. I admit, I wasn’t sure if I’d like her as much as Halley and Phoebe but honestly, Juliette just be my favorite! Her sweet and warm personality is easy to love and she has a quiet strength to her that makes you cheer her on as she finally gets her freedom from her sheltered life and reunites with her family.
Like most of the heroes from Carly Phillips Braden is a man you can’t help but fall for. Protective, gentle, and seriously sexy. I couldn’t help but be a big swoony mess while reading with how perfect he was with Juliette. Their sweet romance could have easily been overshadowed by the secrets surrounding them, but Carly perfectly blends the swoon and the secrets in a way that keeps you glued to the pages dying to know what’s next!

This is the third book of the Rosewood Bay series and I loved it!! We finally meet the long lost sister, Juliette. Poor Juliette has lived her life sheltered and caring for her father. When she accidentally finds information about her mother who is not really dead and two half sisters she didn't know about she flies the coop. Juliette heads to Rosewood Bay from Manhattan to find her sisters and herself. What she finds is a whole lot of firsts for her and the sexy private investigator Braden.

Braden has been hired by Juliette's father, unbeknownst to her, to keep an eye on her. Braden figures it will be easy money to help with the rising costs of caring for his father who has Alzheimer's. While Juliette is supposed to be hands-off all he wants to do is touch!

I loved the easy flow of this story. Not too much drama and the Alzheimer's really hit home for me as my grandfather suffered from this. I can't wait for the fourth installment and Andi's story!!
Rock Solid (A Book Boyfriend Novel 4) :: Rock Me (Bodyguard Bad Boys) (Volume 1) :: Dare to Submit (NY Dare) :: Tempt Me (Bodyguard Bad Boys Book 2) (Volume 2) :: Going Down Easy (Billionaire Bad Boys) (Volume 1)

Another sweet, sultry, romantic Rosewood Bay novel from Carly Phillips! Freed was an instant winner for me. I loved Juliette and Braden. These two clicked so well and even though Braden was a bit deceiving, I couldn't help but to be attracted to him and I found myself utterly devoted to their romance.

Juliette wants to live her life bold and independent and she wants to get to know the sisters she never realized she had. She seemed innocent but kind and strong in her own right and I loved her personality and her amazing strength. Brayden wasn't only gorgeous and a good body guard, but he was smoldering and charming, sweet and just as into Juliette as she was to him. This romance swept me away on a tidal wave of passion and sweetness. I felt sucked in from the very get go and the more I read, the harder I fell for the book. It was heartwarming and sigh worthy and utterly beautiful and oh so sexy.

Freed gets a SWEET AS APPLE PIE FIVE SHOOTING STARS!

Freed by Carly Phillips is the third installment of the Rosewood Bay Series and can most definitely be read as a standalone but I would highly recommend you to read the first two books to get an idea of the three sisters.

When Julliette Collins discovers that she has two sisters, she goes out in search for them. Life as she knew it will be forever changed as she discovers her mother is still alive. As Juliette ventures out, she meets Braden Clark. Soon Braden and Juliette begins a sweet romance. But what happens when Juliette discovers Braden was just hired by her father to watch after her? Will Juliette be able to trust Braden with her heart?

Freed was a sweet, predictable romance but nonetheless this book wrapped up a series where three strong heroines are able to find their happiness, love, and family. So if you are looking for a romance that will leave you with a sense of peace, love and hope then this series is for you.

Book 3 in this series this book does not disappoint. Juliet is the third and missing sister of Ward girls. Her older sisters knew she exists but Juliet grew up thinking she was all alone with just her father for family and he's hidden secrets from her... Juliet has two older sisters. She decides its time to get out of her father's house and live on her own and meet her family.
Her controlling father decides she needs to be watched to make sure her sisters don't take advantage of her or he just doesn't want her to be out from under his thumb and hired a private detective to keep tabs on her.
I just love the togetherness of this family. They stick together and are always there for each other, whether it be to give encouragement, call you out for stupidity, give you a helping hand there girls and their better halves are what family should be.
Great read as the other two books are and what readers expect from Carly Phillips.

Freed is the 3rd book in the Rosewood Bay Series. It’s kind of cool that a lot of series (this one included) that are written that each book can be read as a standalone. Freed is Juliette Collins and Braden Clark’s story. Juliette has been very protected most of her life. When she finds out that she has sisters that she has never known about she decides that enough is enough and she feels her father has lied to her since he never told her about them. Also, her mother is in fact not dead. She runs to find her never known about family. Her father hires a PI to keep an eye on her. That PI turns out to be Braden Clark. He thought he was going to be earning easy money. And, I can’t say more because you really need to read the book.
I really enjoyed their story and this series and I can’t wait to read the next book! Carly Phillips has definitely kept me interested in reading her books. I give Freed 4.5 stars.

What can I say that hasn’t been said already about this series? Juliette and Braden’s story is classic Carly Phillips, plenty of emotion, family reunions, of course some drama and a whole lot of steam! Braden is hired by Juliette’s way over protective father to follow her after she discovers that she has sisters she never knew about. At first it starts as an ordinary job but once he sees a photo of Juliette he realizes that it’s going to be a long summer attempting to keep his distance from the beautiful newcomer. Juliette’s life has been thrown for a loop when she finds out that her father has truly kept her isolated and never told her that not only was her mother alive but she had 2 sisters she never knew about. Deciding that enough is enough she leaves home and goes to Rosewood Bay to find and meet her long lost family. This is an excellent way to end the sisters stories and a great lead into the final chapter with Andi’s story.

FREED by Carly Phillips is book three in the Rosewood Bay series. This is the story of Juliette Collins and Braden Clark. I have read the previous book but feel you can make this a standalone if you choose to do so. Juliette only had her father so she thought until she happens upon information that she finds her mother is still alive and she has two half-sisters. Juliette father has been somewhat controlling of her keeping her in check with his health issues. But she breaks away to go see about her new found family. Braden is dealing with his own issue with his father who has Alzheimer and the family PI business. So when a well off man asked him to take a job looking after his daughter he thinks this will be easy and a way to help him and the business. But the women he is to watch is Juliette and she is anything but easy for him.
Loved reading their story and seeing Juliette finally meeting her family.

Much like the rest of the series, a heartwarming read.

This time we finally get to hear from Juliette, the long lost sister. I had been waiting since forever to hear this story and it doesn’t disappoint. My heart really broke for Juliette, living your life a certain way and then by accident revealing that basically everything you thought about yourself and your past is a lie. I wanted to hug her like whoa.

She also had the help of Braden, a man hired to protect her from afar, but things don’t work out that way. Braden was a likable character, his story with his dad so heartbreaking. So glad I have siblings to lean on.

All in all, a fun, heartwarming and lovely read.

Looking forward to reading the next in the series. :-)

*Thank you to the author for providing a copy for which I’m giving my honest opinion*

Another great book by Ms. Carly Phillips. This series has been about the Ward sisters and this 3rd book in the series is about the youngest sister Juliette she was raised by her father in a very wealthy environment. Her father has sheltered her from life and manipulated her using his ill health to keep her close. She has been told that her mother died when she was young and never told of her siblings. She finds out she has sisters when she goes looking for her father's wine list in his safe - she has plans to give her father a bottle of his favorite wine for his birthday. The turmoil that this discovery stirs up for her father and herself creates some interesting revelations for Juliette. I love the Ward sisters and this book is a great addition to the first two. I received a copy of this book to read and give my honest opinion/review of it.

Juliette Collins has spent her entire life sheltered by an overprotective father. When she unexpectedly stumbles upon the truth of her birth and find missing siblings she takes a stand for independence.
Braden Clark has a lot on his plate dealing with his ailing father and taking an easy protection job for the PI firm seems like a piece of cake. Watching some spoiled rich girl for the summer whose away from home for the first time should be easy enough. He couldn't be more wrong, as Juliette is nothing as he expected and the chemistry is combustible. Starting off on a lie makes everything complicated and we all know how that ends.
This is the third book in the series as we get the story of the sisters seperated by circumstance. This was a quick read and had plenty to keep you engaged, including some wickedly steamy scenes.

Freed (Rosewood Bay, #3) by Carly Phillips .... Fantastic addition to Rosewood Bay series... Juliette Collins { missing sister of Phoebe (married to Jake parents of Jamie) and Halley (married to Kane} raised by her over protective father. Braden Clark (Private investigator ..takes over father's business) He left the police department and came home to Rosewood Bay to care for his dad who has Alzheimer's...this really hit home for me as my husband and I were caretaker's for my aunt who had Alzheimer's. I won't tell you anymore how Juliette finds out about Phoebe and Halley ... This story has all the feels..laughs..tears..happy and sad..steamy sex and of course a HEA. I can't wait for DREAM Andi (Nicky's mom and Kane's sister) and Kyle's story... If you haven't read FEARLESS and BREATHE yet...you need to!

Juliette is like a Princess stuck living in a gilded cage, manipulated by her over protective father using his heart condition to keep her by his side. Till the day she finds a PI’s report about her mom and half sisters, and heads off to Rosewood Bay to meet her sisters.
Juliette’s father hires Branden to keep an eye on Juliette and report to him. What starts off as an easy job turns difficult when Branden can’t stop his growing feelings for Juliette. He is torn with what to do and fears Juliette reaction when she comes to know the truth.
Freed is a beautiful read about finding yourself and truly living. The sisterly bond between them and the instant connection between Juliette and Branden was heartwarming. An emotional and heart touching read that has me eagerly anticipating the next one.

Juliette spent her entire life sheltered by the epitome of a helicopter father - a supposedly grieving widower. One day she discovers the truth that her mother is still alive and she has 2 half sisters.
Braden, a former cop, is dealing with the declining health of his father and running a PI firm. Watching some spoiled rich girl for the summer who has gone away first time sounded easy enough. He couldn't be more wrong as he and Juliette cannot deny their chemistry together. Luckily despite the shaky foundation to their relationship, they are able to overcome it all for their own HEA.
This is the third book in the series and a great continuation of the lives of the Rosewood Bay ladies. Good easy read.

Freed was a great forbidden romance. We finally get to meet the mysterious younger sister Juliette Collins. Juliette never knew she had sisters till she found a file in her father’s safe, after an argument with her father she decided to go to Rosewood Bay to meet her sisters. Braden Clark is the PI hired by Juliette’s father to watch her while she is away. On the first meeting, Juliette and Braden felt the sparks between them. How long can Braden keep his secret and will Juliette’s sister accept her into the family?

Carly Phillips writing will draw you in and make you fall in love with this couple. This book will put you an emotional overload. This is a must read series if you love family series; I am looking forward to reading the next book.

This is the third book in the Rosewood Bay series. In this book we finally get to meet the long-lost sister, Juliette. Who has been raised by a single father. Although extremely wealthly, Juliette has led a very sheltered life, when she accidently stumbles upon the knowledge that she has 2 sisters. Taking a leap of faith, she moves to Rosewood Bay. Where she meets Braden, who unbeknown to Juliette is actualky working for her father. Like the other sisters in this series, we watch Juliette work through heartbreak and learn that she is no longer alone, she has the support of her family. This series just keeps getting better! Can't wait to read Andis book. I received an arc and am voluntarily reviewing. This is a MUST read series!

Long lost sister of this series, Juliette, finally arrives! Her manipulative and suffocating father has driven her to find her sisters. When she arrives in Rosewood, the town embraces Juliette. Braden befriends her, but unknown to Juliette, he was hired to keep tabs on her by her father. When sparks fly between Braden and Juliette, Braden faces the challenge of both getting over his trust issues because of an ex and telling her that he met her for the wrong reasons initially. Thankfully, Juliette is an amazing person that gives Braden a second chance. Sweet story, some steamy scenes and amazing characters. While this is book 3, you could read standalone, but way better and understandable if read in order.

Each book in this series just keeps getting better than the last... Juliette story is really sad especially when you would think she was the lucky one who had a father and a lif of priviledge but after finding out the truth the heartbreak is devastating so many lies and so much time lost and wasted.. Braden never expected to fall so hard for Juliette especially when she started out as job but as time passes and the truth goes untold and feelings get deeper it just gets harder to tell heaven when trying to do the right thing..
I absolutely love these sisters and so glad the three of them are a real family now and happy ...looking forward to seeing if Andi gets her HEA like her brother and sister in laws....

I highly recommend this third book in the Rosewood Bay series called Freed. This is a story about a very sheltered Juliette who finds out her overprotective father has been lying to her throughout her whole life. When Juliette leaves her home to find and meet the sisters she never knew existed she meets Braden a private investigator that unbeknownst to her has been hired by her dad to keep a watchful eye on her. Between the scorching hot chemistry Juliette and Braden have, the drama of meeting the family she never knew existed, the stress of Braden’s lie of omission they didn’t meet by chance, and the heartbreak of watching Braden’s father suffering from dementia I promise you will find it impossible to put this book down!

Juliette’s story is really special and twisted.

I love these warm hearted characters of Juliette and Braden. They seemed to be old acquaintances from the beginning, making me want to have a small town life for myself, too.

Braden’s predicament gave this story the necessary twists and turns to hold the tension high.

It was nice to meet the characters from the earlier books of this series again. It felt like a huge family reunion not only for the sisters but for me, too. That is how Ms Phillips and this so very well written book made me feel about these protagonists!

I enjoyed this very emotional read and cannot wait for the next book in the series!

Juliette has been controlled by her father forever. It’s not until she finds out about her mother and two sisters that she never knew existed, that she breaks out from under him and becomes independent. But when her father hires Braden to look after her and he actually falls head over heals for her that Juliette finally feels like she grew up. Will Juliette walk away when she figures out her dad hired Braden? Or will she understand that it may have started as a job but ended as love for him? With beautifully written characters and a heartwarming storyline that made me laugh as well as hurt for them this is another great read in the series that you should not miss.

Freed is the third book in the Rosewood Bay series, though it can be read as a standalone. This installment focuses on the long-lost Ward sister, Juliette.

I enjoyed the characters and it was nice to see what the other sisters have been up to. I liked that both Juliette and Braden had their own struggles and supported each other with them. That is one of the reasons why I love Carly's books - her characters are realistic and relate-able! I did find the story a bit anticlimactic - with everything that happened I would have liked to see some more impact of the decisions made.

Overall, a good book, I recommend it!

Juliette the long lost sister finally gets to meet her sisters and have a sense of family after being so protected and isolated from her father and now she has the freedom that she has never known. I love the family reunion and the welcoming with no question but their was one thing she didn't expect and that was Braden, sparks flying between these two at one look but both have their own issues to deal with and can they handle the secrets that come to the surface. I've been anxiously awaiting Juliette's story and I was not disappointed. When Juliette finds out that her controlling father has been hiding the fact that her mother is alive and she has two sisters from her, she finally pushes away and goes to meet them. But daddy-dearest isn't going to let her go that easily and hires Braden to watch over her and report back to him all summer. What Braden doesn't expect is to care about Juliette so deeply, so quickly. The story is fast-paced and intriguing. You really experience Juliette growing in to her own woman and doing things she's always wanted to do. Excellent story!

Juliette and Branden`s story is amazing! Juliette finds out by accident that her manipulative, controlling father has two sisters in Rosewood Bay. She moves there to get to know her sisters and try to build her life there. But she is befriended by Braden and she doesn't know that he was hired by her father to keep tabs on her. Their chemistry is intense and you will love him for the tenderness and encouragement that he provides her. Carly Phillips ties both Breathe and Fearless to this book and that is making this a very interesting series. I voluntarily reviewed an arc.

Juliette Colins has been pampered and protected all her life by her father. He had a heart problem that he uses to keep her close to him. She goes to his home safe one day to find his wine list as she wants to get him a bottle for his birthday. She is surprised to find a file on her that tells about her mother Meg being alive and where her two sisters, Phoebe and Halley live. She is shocked as her father told her her mother was dead and she didn’t know about her sisters. She leaves her father’s New York apartment and goes to Rosewood Bay where her sisters live. Unbeknownst to Juliette, her father hires a local PI named Braden Clark to watch her and report back to him. Braden’s father has dementia and the money he is getting for this case will help with his father’s care. He thinks he will be watching over a spoiled city girl until he meets her.

Braden meets Juliette when he goes to Grace’s cafe for coffee and she waits on him. He is immediately attracted to her, and is fighting his feelings as he gets to know her better. Braden had a fiancé who left him because she felt he put too much time on his father. He feels like no woman would want to be around him because of his father. He is a good son, and does all he can to take care of his dad. I loved when Juliette met her sisters and they were all so happy to find each other. In previous books, her sisters had tried to find her, but didn’t know her last name as she had a different father. Juliette is such a loving and giving person. I enjoyed seeing her learn to live on her own without her father controlling her. I love this series and strongly encourage you to read the book. A Rosewood Bay Novel

I was waiting not so patiently for Juliette's story and it was worth the wait!

Freed is the story of Juliette and Braden.

Juliette was truly a beautiful bird trapped in a gilded cage. Her father was an over the top example of a over-protective parent. He kept her chained to his side in the worst way. Juliette is the epitome of a dutiful daughter and when her trust and faith in her father is shattered, she goes to the only family she has left.

Braden is trying to keep his "ducks in a row" and finds it more difficult when he lands an easy job with great pay. An answer to a big chunk of his problems. He struggles with his guilt, with both Juliette and his father and it was moving to read his reactions to what life throws at him.

From their first meeting, Juliette and Braden's chemistry was stellar! I enjoyed reading the trust she had in Braden right away and his conflict over it.

Reading about the reunion of the sisters was touching. I loved how Phoebe and Halley embraced her with open arms. Something that Juliette needed desperately.

It was lovely to catch up with secondary characters, it was like a family reunion to catch up with what everyone is up to.

I respected Juliette's strength, especially when it came to her parents and standing her ground. She is no shrinking violet!

Finally, I enjoyed reading a small tease of the next book in the series, we will get Andi's story and I know that will be another fantastic read!

This is a beautiful story about a young woman who sets out to finding her family and ends up finding herself, love and the strength to free herself of everything that ever held her back from truly living her life. The story is so well written and the characters are wonderful.
Juliette grew up an only child and finds out at age 26 that she has 2 sisters she didn’t know about. She feels betrayed by her father and heads off to Rosewood Bay to find her sisters and ultimately her freedom.
She meets Braden there and feels an instant chemistry and connection to him and the feeling seems to be mutual. Unbeknownst to Juliette however, her father hired Braden to keep an eye on her while she is in town.
Juliette meets her sisters, Phoebe and Halley, and they are so thrilled to meet her and want her to be part of their lives. They all fall seamlessly into step with each other like a family. She grows to like it very much there.
As Braden and Juliette grow closer, he finds something in her he has never had before. He knows she is so much more than a job to him and he feels so guilty about this.
Will he tell her the truth? Will she be able to handle the truth? Will she leave all she has come to love because of more betrayal?
This is such a fantastic addition to this amazing series! I really look forward to Andi’s book next!

Oh momma! I’ve been waiting for this book… for this Ward sister! Can you even imagine what it would be like to find you have all this family after being told that your mother is dead and being completely dumb-struck after 20 years? Everything Juliette has ever been told her entire life is a lie. It’s like at 26 she has broken free from her chains and is exploring life for the first time. Yeah… she’s naive, yeah… she’s seriously sheltered… but she’s sweet and open. I liked her and really rooted for her.

Brayden seems to always be there and looks out for Juliette. Is this on his own accord or does Brayden have anterior motives? Juliette is just finding her footing and her way. I loved seeing the banter and fun between Juliette and Brayden. I’ll be honest that I was a bit disappointed in Brayden. Lying isn’t cool, man, and lies of omission are still lies!

Ms. Carly Phillips continues to amaze me with her intriguing characters with wit and humor, and such deep, caring hearts. I’m so happy that we get more from this cast and crew. I love seeing them all get to know each other and all these varying relationships improving and changing. This might just be my favorite of the entire Rosewood Bay series thus far. All the ladies are amazing but the innocence of Juliette really tugged at my heart.

I have been following the Rosewood Bay series and these books are exactly what I need. The third book. Freed, had me captured from page one. I have been dying for Juliette's story.I did not expect Braden. He is yummy and I claim him as mine. I love the drama factor that will keep you on your toes. I stayed wondering what will happen next. The back story between these two characters has your heart twisting. You want to give these two both a hug and carry their burden. That makes these two perfect for each other. Braden has open himself up to Juliette except for one secret. He knows it will be a life changer. This is a make it or break it kind of deal.

I loved every word and all the sexy times scenes. They were HOT and now I need to make a bucket list of what I need to do on my own. Juliette came off as a quiet character, but when she was with Braden, I was even surprised how she was blunt to the point. That girl will definitely tell you what she wants and how she wants it. The sisters made me smile. Read Freed and fall in love with love all over again!

This is the third book in the Rosewood Bay series and it's about the long lost sister Juliette. Finally we will get to know her story.
I hope there's more to come as I've really enjoyed reading this series.
Juliette has always been sheltered by her father but when one day she finds out she has a family, she doesn't know what to do. But her father is overbearing and still tries to control everything she does; she decides to take matters into her own hands and look her sisters up and try to build a life on her own. When she first meets Braden, the chemistry between them is instant and they hit it off right away. Slowly but surely she's connecting with her new family and trying to find herself.
Braden is busy trying to take care of his father that seems to be getting worse every day. Between his busy job and taking care of him, there's not much time he gets on his own. When he is hired to watch over a newcomer in town, he didn't know he would end up falling for her. Now it's only a matter of time before she finds out the truth. Will they stand a chance?..

We finally get to meet the third sister, Juliette, who was raised by her father and who Halley and Phoebe have wanted to find. Well, she finds them, or at least her father found them and she discovered he knew about them all along. Betrayed and done being manipulated by her father she sets out for Rosewood Bay to find her sisters and her independence. Her father, in his overbearing way, hires a private investigator to keep track of her but little did he know it would backfire. Braden Clark falls and he falls hard for Juliette. He knows it is wrong but there are other forces in his life and even though he tries not to he cannot help it. These two were made for each other and even though they met under suspicious circumstances (even though Juliette didn't know at first) they form a bond that cannot be broken. This one can be read as a standalone but really why would you want to. This series is great and I am looking forward to Andi's story!

This was my first book in the series. After reading this one, I'm definitely reading the other ones as well!

Juliette never left her home after her father had a heart attack. After finding out that her father has kept secrets from her and that her mother is not really dead and she has two sisters, she leaves to go find them. Braden is hired to keep an eye on her, but after meeting her the lines between job and personal life are blurring. His attraction to her is instant and after spending time with her, he realizes that she's not a sheltered princess.

Juliette is a kind, sweet and loving person. I was so mad with how her father manipulated her all those years. Braden truly has feelings for her but things in his past makes him want to put some distance between them.

This book is really sweet and through the characters' lives highlights the importance of family! A fast and enjoyable read, that I'm glad I picked up. I can't wait for Andi's book next!!

Freed is the third book in the Rosewood Bay series and now my favorite as well. Juliette's story is one of self-discovery having been sheltered by an overprotective father she wants to find her sisters, provide for herself and figure out who she truly is. Braden is the man hired to keep an eye on Juliette; however, he discovers there is more to the Manhattan Princess than just a pretty face. Can Juliette and Braden overcome the obstacles placed in their path?? I guess you'll have to grab this amazing read and find out!
