I love mysteries and this was a good one. Characters were strong and compelling. It leaves you questioning but hoping that the answers are the right ones. Kept me interested from beginning to end .

I enjoyed Shadow Woman for almost the entire book. The characters sucked me right into the story up until the end. Unfortunately the ending was very lame. I've read other books with the ending being implausible but could suspend logic because the storytelling was so good. Linda Howard had that going through most of the book but the ending fell flat. I'm not as annoyed at the price as I might have been since the book was good for a large majority of it.

Lizette knows that she has the wrong face, but how and when. This story has a very interesting plot line. I was completly captivated by the story. Going along with Lizette knowing that something is wrong but not sure what. Linda Howard writes a very interesting story. This one is not a huge romance. When Xavier and Lizzy finally get together there is no slow build up they just reclaim their relationship as if there had never been a pause. This book has a great big brother spy feel to it. Well written and moves at a nice pace. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys a suppense novel with just a touch of romance. Good twist towards the end that I did not see coming.

A Linda Howard fan will love this book. Action that keeps you turning the pages even though your house needs cleaned and your laundry needs done. It keeps you guessing and wanting to get to the end.
