It was entertaining but unless you buy the rest of the series it just ends on a cliff hanger note. I should learn unless it is a stand alone series the stories are to some degree Debbie downers. The three books were heartwarming laughable and entertaining

She made a point of saying she writes romance and not focusing on sex, but the other books have graphic sex scenes in every chapter. book 1-3 are good and got me interested and mistakenly bought all the others, not worth the cost. I recommend not reading it.

Holy cannoli! Talk about your dysfunctional families and HOT man! So glad I grabbed books one through three in this set. It made the story constantly move and my nerves all over the place.

In book one we meet Jamie whose boyfriend dumps her for her sister, they're engaged and Jamie is forced to be in the wedding. Her family is all sorts of screwed up and she is their doormat. Jamie starts a new job, her boss is drop dead gorgeous and she must juggle the long hours of her job with her Godzilla bride sister.

In book two, Jamie's relationship with her boss is always hush hush. She can't talk with anyone about it and he doesn't want it made public. In this book we finally see Jamie tell off her bitchy sister and pull out of the wedding party. Everything is discombobulated and up in the air.

In book three, it seems as though HEA is in Jamie's horizon. Unfortunately, Alex is so wishy washy you just want to slap him in the head and tell him to wake up and smell the coffee beans!

Looking forward to reading the rest of the series~

i connected with jamie so much since chapter 1! i absolutely loved her. the story was interesting and it kept throwing curve balls, but i really wanted to go into the stories a coupe of times and smack both of them for being so blind. i recommend it as a quick read for anyone i read all three in a weekend.

Overall I liked this series. The storyline was good but very on the nose. When Jamie was admiring herself in the mirror and thought her face was getting round again, I thought she was pregnant. Also, we never did find out who was trying to sabotage Jamie and Alex's relationship. Maybe next series.

Some of the last reviews were a little too negative, so I'll vouch for the books here. The first book is hilarious, Sure, it has a lot of cliches, but for a chick lit this book works (who doesn't want to dream about a prince charming falling in love for you?).

The second is not as hilarious, but is still great, and gives closure to many loose strings from the first book.

The third book is a little bit too... meh. The author throws a lot of sex scenes, but the story itself is not so strong, despite having a lot more elements to work with. I read until the end just to see what happens, but would not read again.
And the author forgot to tell who paid for the bitchy woman to lie to them (I have to be vague here so I won't tell a spoiler, but everyone who read the book will know what I'm talking about), but we all know who did it.

I'd read the first and second books again for sure, but I'd leave the third out.
