I hope the next book puts everything else in perspective. This story answered, a lot of questions, but still a few unanswered ones, but enough for another good story! I think I'm pulling for Rose & Joe to get back together & I hope JR is the father of Hillary's baby instead of Joe.

I have loved this series from the beginning. Rose has become this terrific woman who never gives up on what she believes in. This book brings some surprises behind who has been haunting ROSE And her Friends. Has she lost the love of her life.....

Couldn't put it down. Found myself wanting to read on. Haven't ever found a series that has kept my interest as this one did. Already looking forward to the next book. The story is so real and you can't help but love all the characters; good and bad ones. This series has re kindled my love for reading!

I love this series and have been hooked since the first book. The continuing story of Rose, Joe, Mason, Neely Kate, Jed, Skeeter, etc, just keeps getting better and this installment of the story is one of the best!! You will not be disappointed to invest your time in this series. I am already looking forward to the next book!

Yet another amazing installment by Denise Grover Swank. Not until this series have I ever been as captivated by a book as I am now. Denise has a gift for writing and the incredible ability to cause you to become so wrapped up in the stories that you can easily escape reality for a little while. The characters are so relatable and seem so real. I highly recommend reading the Rose Gardner Mystery Series, I promise that you will not be disappointed. Bravo Denise and thank you for sharing your talents with us!

I love this series more and more! Rose and Neely Kate are at it again, trying to determine who her birth-father is. And everyone is having a broken heart in 35. Can't wait for more info on Violet and where everyone ends up after the shake-up. May can't get here soon enough!

Another great story in this series. The beginning of the book is a slow set up for the action at the end. While some things are settled, there are still a lot of unanswered questions. Which leaves us in anticipation for the last book in this series.

These are fun stories..trending a bit more complicated with each book in the series. I find it hard to believe that the main character who was repressed her whole life has suddenly become such a great business person, detective, and actress, though.

OMG Denise Grover Swank is amazing. This series keeps getting better and better. Once I pick up one of her books I can't put in down. Rose's life is a whirlwind of ups and down with twists I never see coming. I can't wait for the next one. I am rooting for Rose!!!

Rose is still fun to read. She's evolving through the series. I recommend these for people who want a short weekend read that entertains with amusement and short periods of worry about how she'll get through the mess she's in now.

I was disappointed and excited that the story continues but not till spring. I have read all of this series one after the other with no break and now I have to wait to see what happens. It really left me hanging with lots of questions. Fun

Another Denise Grover Swank book that did not disappoint! I wanted to read Rose's latest story slowly so that it wouldn't end but I couldn't put the book down! May seems like too far away to have to wait for the next part of the story!

Love Rose Gardener and didn't really put this book down again. Such an easy read and a light hearted fantastical story. On no level does it take any realism from life for me which is perfect when i just want to absorb

What a fantastic new installment of the Rose Gardner Mystery Series! I was kept on the edge of my seat... again. The characters continue to develop in new, and interesting ways drawing the reader in even deeper. I am eagerly awaiting the next book. Until then, I will re-read the series and surely find tid-bits I breathlessly missed the first go-around. You will not be sorry!

I just love reading this series. You finish one book and try to imagine what Denise will have in store for Rose in the next book and you version is never as good as hers. Rose always makes me laugh, cry, and nervous.

This book like the others was a great fictional story with just the right amount of comedy, romance, suspense and a tinge of sadness. I loved it and can't wait for book 9! (Just wish I didn't have to wait until May though)

Edge of your seat WOW!!! Denise Grover Swank is a mastermind when it comes to Mystery and Emotion!!! But you have to read the books leading up or it wont be the cathartic experience we know and love about everything she writes.

Outstandingly awesome. I have been so anxious to get this book and it was as good as I expected. Every book of the series has been great and has added to my addiction to the series. This one might top them all!

Denise Grover Swank has become one of my favorite authors. Her books are filled with mystery, romance, comedy and they are very well written. I am always excited for the next book in a series. Wonderful!

This author is a pretty terrible writer, but the story was so fantastic that it hooked me and I read, and re-read all of the books. At times the poor writing is overwhelming, but ultimately it's worth it to me.

Just doesn't get better than this series! Rose is putting it all on the line in 35 and is stronger and more confident than ever. I don't mind cliffhanger endings when you know the next book is going to be better than the one you've just finished!
