This was recommended to me by my holistic health care person.

While the book is dated in its references and suggestions, it did offer some interesting and healthy ideas.
Not a "quick" read, as there is a lot of info contained--but a book to reference when needed.

Very good and an execellent follow up on Harvey's first book. Adds exercise and use of a rebounder (trampoline). His followup book, Fit for Life, a New Beginning is execellent also and a recommended read.

I have adopted some of the more viable changes in this book into my own lifestyle and food decisions. In just a month I have already lost an additional 15 pounds that I was plateau'd at during my P90X workout program. I feel great!

Amazingly explained the ways and means for a fit life
Very well explained scientific research however its applicable more in western countries

I found the book interesting though I don't follow all recommendations. The only fruit before noon doesn't work for me, but I do know of others who are very happy with the results of fruit only before noon. Also, the chapter on food combinations was very interesting.
I gave 12 people copies of the book as a christmas present. I think they all appreciated it.

I read the original Fit for Live....I have followed that plan for quite a while, I wanted this book to re-enforce what
was in the original, there is even more great information in this book. I recommend everyone read it and start feeling better very quickly!

Fabulous, well-written - can't stop reading it! Changed my life. Harvey and Marilyn's writing is so clear, compelling, and powerful - and it works. Lost 40 pounds doing this way of eating, many years ago.

Read it if you are ready for some practical, powerful, and informative information that will help you get off the endless diet treadmill and change your life permanently.

This book was recommended by my Dr. It was interesting reading explaining how the stomach and the intestines work about the importance of food combining. My indigestion went away, i feel healthier and have more energy and best of all lost weight too! I highly recommend you read it and follow as best as you can.
