Right Ho, Jeeves may be the funniest book Wodehouse ever wrote! The situations are as brilliantly conceived as they are absurd, and the dialogue is masterful (and so quotable that Right Ho, Jeeves has had an impact on my own use of the English language!).

This is a collection of Jeeves stories, most set in New York, that also includes the story of how Jeeves came to be hired by Bertie Wooster and Jeeves own account of one of his adventures with Bertie. All is classic Wodehouse and great fun to read.

This collection of stories is superb especially for the price. How have I not read these before now?! While this collection is not in order they are a great start to the genius that is PG Wodehouse. His turn of phrase, his simple yet hilarious insights into British humanity is absolute. Reading (and listening to the accompanying Audible version) kept a perpetual silly grin on my face. If you love British humor or are looking for a light-hearted read that will chase away the gloomy winter days then get a cup of tea, find a comfy chair and enter into the wonderful world of Jeeves and Wooster. Be warned though. You will become addicted.

I read this one after hearing it recommended by a mother-daughter reading team on a favorite podcast of mine. However, I did not enjoy it as much as they did. The stories are amusing and the language fun, but I couldn't praise it much beyond that. Bertie, from whom we read his POV, is like an incompetent Watson. His Butler, Jeeves, is the more socially adapt Holmes. Except there are no mysteries. Just stories of Bertie's friends who need help getting in or out of engagements and/or money.
Witty and very BBC, overall a decent way to pass the time.
