This volume just added bits and parts to what had happened in the previous 10. To be honest, my son and I skipped parts of it. The final part was the most interesting and relevant. For me the whole book was not up to the standard of the rest of the series.

This book answers so many questions you might have about the previous books. Will and Horace both finally get married, and it tips of about Gillan. It tells Halt's back story, and how he became such good friends with Crowley. I absolutely love the Rangers Apprentice!!!!!!!?

Fills in a lot of blanks and unanswered questions. Definitely worth the read of you're a die hard fan of the series like myself. At first I was skeptical because of the reviews. Yes there are some things that will upset you. And it will keep you on edge so want to know more. Some things you just say to yourself, wow that was unexpected. Tear jerking parts, too. Brace yourself.
A horror mystery novel (World's Scariest Places Book 1) :: Manic-Depressive Illness and the Artistic Temperament :: The Bipolar Disorder Survival Guide - Second Edition :: My Late-Life Adventures in Sex and Romance - A Round-Heeled Woman :: (Will Trent Series Book 3) (The Will Trent Series)

THE LOST STORIES answers a lot of questions from the Ranger's Aprentince series. Gaps were filled in that were not answered in the series of books that I wondered about. I am glad this book was included.

After owning and reading every book in the Rangers' Apprentice, it left some gaps that needed to be filled in, some back stories that had to be told. The Lost Stories filled those gaps in quite well but I thought that some of the stories could've been extended, but then again, everything eventually ends.
In terms of the way the book was written, I thought it was good but some of the words were used too many times.

Book was an excellent wrap up to great series. I just wish that it wasn't the end. It answered many questions raised during the Ranger's Apprentice series and I really enjoyed it. It also gave us some valuable insight concerning Will's friends from before he was apprenticed as well as more information about Halt. I felt the last story in the book was exactly right. Would love to see more.

I've loved reading each box of the Rangers Apprentice series, and this one was no different. Reading this book provides a sense of closure, I loved this series, I will say it has been my all time favorite and I will never forget it. I am looking forward to the rest of the Brotherband Chronicles :), keep up the good work Mr. Flanagan.

I had read the whole series of Ranger Apprentice Books a while back and just read The Lost Stories. It was like no time had passed between reading the books. The stories were short but extremely exciting. Left me still wanting more!

These are great stories! Any Ranger's Apprentice fan would love this!

Although, you my want to read through to book 10 before reading this, just in case. There are stories all the way from there.
