Th only thing that bothers me about this book is that it is substantive trilogy and we all have to wait for the next installment. Certainly, the characters in this book had many similarities to FSOG--dominant/submissive& billionaire super hot male love interest. Still a must read for any FSOG fan like me.

After reading the first book in the trilogy, I could not wait to read book number #2 Mile High Up in the Air. I had to read this book to see how Bianca's past would change her feelings for Mr. James Cavendish. Recommend this book as well as the first one to my friends and the 5 star rating because it's just a good read also.

I have enjoyed these books but they still need to be edited. There are basic spelling mistakes and misuse of homophones - it is easier to forgive in free books but inexcusable in a book that costs $6.99.

Upon reading the first novel, I immediately downloaded this one. Steamy, sexy, possessive, and an all around make-your-heart-beat-wildly Mr. Cavendish is to die for. Can't wait for the third novel where more secrets get revealed as well as more steamy moments with the perfect James.
This novel contains lots of make-you-blush moments so I would recommend not reading it in public (or do if you're not blush prone)

Who on earth edits these books? Book one was fine, well written even. But this? Has the author completely forgotten the basic grammar rule of apostrophes to signify possession? Good Lord. It's like a horny seventh grade student wrote this sequel. I will not be purchasing book three. Shame on the author for publishing such poorly written prose.

Synopsis
The story of James and Bianca continues in the second book of the Up In Air Series.
After a heart-breaking misunderstanding and vicious attack that nearly left her dead, Bianca is attempting to keep her distance from James. Mile High begins a month after the attack and Bianca is on the mend. She has managed to keep her distance from James Cavendish. Their painful misunderstanding devastated her and quite literally broke her heart into a million pieces. Pushing James away seemed like the only way to protect herself.
James is devastated. He is relentless in his attempt to get Bianca back and it’s only a matter of time before she will waiver to his persistent nature.
Bianca’s heart still aches for James and even she knows it’s a losing battle staying away from him…
Short Review
Rating ****4.5 stars Hot, Sexy, Awesome!
Mile High is the second book in the Up In The Air Series. James and Bianca’s relationship will evoke so many emotions from you! I was elated, frustrated, devastated, angry and of course hot and bothered ….. I loved it!
The second book is a perfect continuation of the series. This erotic romance series is delicious in more ways than one. The sex scenes were smoking hot and the passion between James and Bianca was undeniable. After reading Mile High, you will want to read it again and then beg for the third novel of the series!

I needed more, to continue the escape from my day to day life. Mile high has our couple taking more risks, becoming vulnerable with each other. He is very powerful yet is learning to share pieces of himself to her and she is accepting.
this is a heady combination.

I love this series. Would recommend for anyone interested in the 50 shades trilogy. It was well written and gets into a bdsm relationship between the main characters. I still loved 50 shades and like it better, but I think it's only because I read it first. Great book and series.

Ladies and gentleman please put your seatbacks and tray tables in their upright position in preparation for takeoff on another fantastic trip to the world of the Up In The Air series.
This series is soo effin hot! I absolutely love James Cavendish and how he’s an alpha male but also has a tender side to him. I also love Bianca, but at times I get soo frustrated with her because she keeps wanting to run from James. I also wish she would stand up for herself more when it comes to the bitchy, backstabbing women she's had to deal with. Stephen is an absolute sweetheart and the ultimate bff. I want so much for him to have his HEA and I hope he's found it with Javier. I don't know how I'm going to last until February for Grounded to come out.
If you haven't started reading this series then what the hell are you waiting for?

I really like this series. This book gets more into the relationship between James and Bianca and you get more back information about Bianca and her "issues". I found the horse riding part super unbelievable, but overall great book.

But I am anxiously awaiting the third. Not because the ending is unbearable for the second, simply because I want more story about the crazy in love and jealous hero. I hope this author and her new publisher keep their promise to deliver the third book on time!

The story of James and Bianca continue in book two. The characters are endearing. Nether love deeply and passionately. It's also a dark exploration into the world of BDSM, and as I've stated in my review of book one: NOT for the faint of heart.

I read this on the strength of a recommendation of a book blog. I enjoyed '50 Shades' and 'Bared to You' and wanted something with the same formula. There is a lot of rubbish out there (like 'The Blackstone Affair'), but this story delivered solid entertainment. I don't think following a formula is necessarily a bad thing if the characters are well-written.
The heroine, Bianca, is intriguing and aloof and the author did very well to write her in first person. I found that I related to her far more than Eva (in the second book at least) and Ana (too naive). The sexy billionaire, James, is just as arousing as Gideon or Christian. I found myself gasping at some of his actions, but he is basically a good guy with a lovely soft and vulnerable side. I like that Eva submits to him in the bedroom, but will not allow him to be too domineering everywhere else because she needs to protect herself first and foremost. Bianca's best friend Stephan is also a treat. I like him even more than 'Carey' from 'Bared to You'.
The couple's history and background explains their proclivities in a justifiable way. I can honestly understand most of their motivations in both the first and second book.
The sex is great, but what's even better is that it's stacked with good characters. The book's major strength is the unique setting. I loved reading about Bianca's flight attendant job. It all seemed really authentic.
Even though I thoroughly enjoyed this book and couldn't stop reading the well-paced dialogue, I do feel the need to point out something that irked me throughout. This is intended to be constructive criticism, not pedantic snobbery. Although it is well-written (better than '50 Shades') and the author is clearly intelligent, this work has not been adequately proofread.
*Days of the week are not capitalized.
*Sometimes punctuation marks are missing.
*There are other distracting misspellings, such as 'dinning room', which occur more than once.
*it's = it is. When I read this contraction, I read it as 'it is' in my mind. Therefore, when the apostrophe is present when it shouldn't be, it stops the flow of my reading. 'Its' is a possessive adjective, and has a totally different meaning. This is really quite important as it interferes with coherence.
*There is an overuse of 'ly' adverbs. Deleting half of them would improve the book. Otherwise, the vocabulary and writing was good.
I'm no grammar expert, but there's a certain standard I need to keep my flow as a reader. I hope that when the third book is released, the talented author asks some of her friends or fans to give it a proofread. I'm sure there would be an abundance of volunteers.
Still, don't let this stop you from buying the book. It's 99% awesome, and way better than some of the similar stuff coming out of publishing houses. Well done, and thanks for the entertainment. I've already read the second installment, and am eagerly awaiting the third. It's a compelling and snappy series, and I couldn't put it down.

I truly enjoyed this series! It had me captivated the entire time read all three books quickly and was not disappointed. It was soo good that it rivals the "50 shades" series as well as the "bared to you". Give it a chance you will thank me.

I love the passion between Bianca and James but I must say that it is kinda annoying that she constantly questions how much he cares.....I mean seriously. Great Frederic continuation to book one and I can't wait to see what happens in book three!

The second installment of this book is more rivoting than the first book. The continuation of Bianca and James love story is captivating and shocking at the same time. I can't wait to read the final chapter to this book.

Nice continuation of book one. This book has plenty of sex but it also has a great plot and awesome characters throughout. Life of the rich man vs life of the beautiful honest women. Looking forward to the next book.

Very Fifty Shades/Crossfire but a brilliant take on Millionaire meets Ingenue. Loved the characters-James Cavendish is my new favourite! Also loved some of the lines when James tries to woo Bianca. A must read if you love Erotica and romance.

While there were sparks of originality here and there most of the book didn't meet the expectations I had after finishing the first book and that was a big dissapiontment to me.
