This book centers on a young woman, Daphne, with plenty of secrets, who finds a kindred spirit in the handsome, wealthy Heath, who she becomes engaged to. Without warning, Heath becomes tormented by nightmares and asks Daphne to attend a counseling retreat in the mountains with him.

As they attend the isolated retreat, Daphne begins to suspect that there is much she does not know about the man she plans to marry.

I have read every Emily Carpenter book, and I really enjoy her ability to finely draw characters and build suspense in a natural believable way. She is definitely a reigning queen of Gothic fiction.

I loved the intelligent writing of thus novel right off.
I really did not know where this story was headed to the entire time. Not predictable in my humble opinion.

This all boiled down to a mentally ill doctor and his assistant studying and supposedly treating a mentally ill patient who is in love with a mentally unstable women. That sure is a lot of mental instability to go around. It made for a "decent" read.

Every Single Secret is one that you cannot miss out on! This book is like a wild roller coaster, once you get on, you won't be able to get off! With so many twists and unexpected turns, you will be continuously guessing what could possibly happen next!

This story has me hooked from the very first page. I was captivated through the whole thing-each story adding to the anticipation of what was coming next. Also-totally original plot. Never read anything like it-very refreshing to not be able to guess the ending!

I loved Burying the Honeysuckle girls and The Weight Of Lies was a 5 star for me. But I did not like this latest book at all. It was boring and only pickup for me in the last 25 percent of the book. It just did not pull me into the story. With her other books I was right there with the sights, sounds and smalls of her story and interesting characters. So dissapoimted. She is my new favorite author but this book too dark and dragged for me

A page turner for sure, this book kept me guessing and then unfolded in a terrifying and satisfying ending. It was intriguing and really made me want to understand what the neck was really going on. A good read.

Hop aboard this wild ride that will keep you turning pages late into the night while trying to figure out what is really going on here. Emily Carpenter never disappoints with a great twist on her characters, and this will not disappoint.

Every Single Secret is an amazing suspense novel that has some darkness to it. The characters are secretive and so intriguing. There are twists and turns that made me gasp out loud. Definitely recommended!

This was an amazing read. Nail biter from beginning to the end. I don’t think I’ve ever highlighted so many passages. I want an actual hardback copy of this book for my shelf. Daphne was amazing. So much went into her character, yet there were bits of her I found in myself. Damaged but not broken. Cracked. Survivor.

Finally great read with twists & turns AND an ending! Doesn't leave you hanging. I couldn't put it down. I downloaded the Read & Listen version. I really enjoyed the narrator. She did a really good job - like a play!

Absolutely loved this psychological thriller. It kept me on the edge of my seat and I couldn’t put the book down. I loved trying to guess what was going to happen and failing miserably. Any book that I can’t predict the plot is always held high in my estimation. I plan to read more Emily Carpenter novels immediately.

Every Single Secret is about Daphne and Heath an engaged couple with many secrets in their pasts that NEVER speak about. They go on a couples retreat to sort out Healths past, and their secrets start spilling out and they are not what you would expect! A CREEPY, fast paced thriller that had me dreaming about sneaking around the retreat house looking for answers!!!!
