Blood Destiny (Blood Curse Series book 1)

original Good Read .. I was reading and before I realized it the dam book was over and I was angry it ended but received a reprieve as there are more books to go !!!!! totally awesome story .. (pats writer on back )

I loved Blood Destiny!! Tessa Dawn takes us into a new world of vampires. It's unique and exciting and I absolutely could not put this book down! I read it in one day and loved it so much I ordered it for a friend and gave it to her.
This is a fresh look into a world of vampires. It's definitely got some dark moments. (Please, be warned that some of the scenes in this book are very dark and disturbing!) But it has it's fair share of humor! It's full of passion and emotion. It has a lot of suspense and you will fall in love with all of the characters. I felt like I knew each one personally.
The Silvasi brothers are ultra delectable and fiercely protective of their female counterparts. They are what fantasies are made of ;) If you are looking for a new take in a fabulous world of smoldering hot vampires, then you are in the right place!

Writing reviews is not something I normally do but...this book is fantastic and I had to let others know. I'm not one to list all it's good points and bad, I just enjoy reading. This has been one of the top vampire genre books I've read in quite awhile. It hooks you in early and keeps you reading. I cannot wait for the next book to come out. This is a must read for anyone who likes paranormal romance.

I have been reading paranormal romance for a long time. I have many favorites.. after reading this book.. I became a Fan of Tessa Dawn. Loved this Series & yet still more to come, which I'm so so happy about.. if you love a good read... YOU have to read this series!!!!

I really liked this book. From the moment I started it it was really hard to put down. There is a real darkness to it which is very different from other books I read. It's a little graphic with the violence, but I found I didn't really mind that it just really helped me envision it that much better. I felt a little lacking of care for Jocelyn just because we really don't get to know enough about her before the Blood Moon. The bothers are an interesting bunch and I look forward to reading about each and every one of them. I would recommend this book (and series)to anyone who likes a good twist on the Vampire. This has the potential to be a really awesome series that could go possibly 10 or more books if other characters are introduced properly. (It's really too bad we didn't get a Shelby book also, even though his wouldn't end with a HEA, I would have loved to have known him better and to better understand what made him such a beloved brother)The writer is able I thought to really capture the reader and suck them into this new world of Vampires....thumbs up Tessa! Will be reading Blood Awakening next and can't wait to see the story continue.

I happened to stumble upon this book recently by complete accident and honestly I was unsure if itd give me the rush I was in need of starting a new book (as I can,at times be demanding and picky when reading because I want to be fully engrossed when I read and tend to expect not only a good plot, characters and descriptive writing; the author should also include the use of at least descent grammar and nice flow...anyway i figured id check it out because the description caught my attention even at a passing glance.. I was taken aback by how thoroughly ive enjoyed this book and anticipate the following books in this series and am telling anyone who is looking for a great read that can sweep you away with depth, passionate characters intense moments of danger, bravery, love and excitement with a dose of a few darker elements to the storyline as a whole this book is one to give a chance..if your like I was and are wavering on whether or not to check it out you will be surprised with how enchanting it is.. im an avid reader but truly appreciate authors who can suck people in within the first couple of chapters and create a story and characters that transport the reader seamlessly into their lives and world and make you want more with every page you turn and tessa delivers on all accounts with this book I promise if you give it a chance youll be hooked and want to read the whole series as fast as possible..kudos to tessa dawn (a new author for me personally but ill be sure to add her to my list of authors to keep my eye on for new books in the future)

For those who love paranormal romance this book will be an excellent addition to their collection it is full of suspense ,captivating you with each turn of the page, you will not be able to put it down .

seductive .. they have it all !!! The author pulls you from one book to the other with excitement. I'm happy I discovered this series after they are all out, I hate waiting for next book !!... I'd recommend this book to any vamp lover !!.. you wont be disappointed

I bought a bunch of recommended books. Most of which I didn't enjoy, for most of them left me confused. I was a bit skeptical at first reading Blood Destiny but by the end of the fourth page I read my mind was changed. I was up all night reading and finished it in one day. It was a great book from start to finish. The ending in the epilogue opens up room for a new book and I am very anxious. Miss Tessa Dawn is on my top 2 auto buy list. Keep up the wonderful work Miss Dawn. You definately have a fan here.

I knew from the very beginning that this book was a winner and a keeper. Since I am an addicted reader, I know what words can do to the soul. My mind remembers only the unique happenings that can only be placed on paper by a great author. The next book can't be rushed. I know it will be outstanding. From the moment I read the very first sentence of Blood Destiny, I was beyond hooked and this book was literally impossible to put down (I seriously read it less than 24 hours). My expectations for vampire novels are probably unfairly high and most can't compete with my favorites but I'm so excited to say that this book soared above and is absolutely brilliant!

Tessa Dawn is a phenomenal writer. Her storyline is unique, exclusive and the great, descriptive detail of the vampires history was truly fascinating. This book was suspenseful, exciting, horrifying, dark, full of passion with a dash of humor combined. The Silivasi brothers are some hella sexy vamps! Can't wait for the next book!

The backstory from the prequel pulled me into this series. This second book has locked my interest. It is very well written and wrenches at my heart. It has been a long while since I felt so much while reading. Let alone for two books in a row. Such a refreshing change to the Vampire lore as well. I'm divining every paragraph.

Blood Destiny is an Excellent book. The story is riveting and I couldn't get enough of it. It is well written and a must for any Paranormal Romance lover. I simply can't wait for Book 2 in this series!
