I loved the storytelling + the characters
The storytelling + the character's build were awesome!

Although it's a slow burn when it ignites it's hot. Characters were extremely well developed and I found myself a little in love with them all. Ace was a badass, fierce chica. No simpering sissy of woman here.

I'm hooked. I'm excited for the next book to come out. The story line, suspense, and romance are definitely what I was looking for when I was searching for similar books to read. The characters all have their own background and depth that you end up appreciating each one a little more.

This was a lot better than I was expecting. I had been really disappointed by the last few Jasmine Walt books and this was FAR better. Great plot, interesting ideas, characters that are easy to connect to. The details are a bit thin in places and a good handful of spelling and grammar errors but not so many that it became unreadable. The steamy scenes are fun and varied and not so cliche that I laughed (it happens).

I'm looking forward to the next one!

This was a good filler book. Not the kind of book that I would seek out on purpose but a book that is good to read when in between series. The next book is coming out soon and I will read it when I’m in between series again three out of five stars.

Great characters ! Love the fact that it is based on Philadelphia, Pa.( I personally live in Upper Bucks County, Pa. ). Love the Gargoyles , something different !! I would recommend this book to those who like to read mystery/fantasy/historical.
I look forward to reading your next book.

Such a great first story to this series. Can't wait for the next one to come out. I was instantly hooked to this book. It brings you right in from the very first page. So much action and kinky pleasures! Love, love, love it!!! Definitely get your copy asap!

This reminds me of the old cartoon with the gargoyles and the female detective. I loved watching that show when I was much younger, way back in the days. This novel brings back my love of gargoyles. I did enjoy the added romance for adult readers.
It was a fast pace reverse harem romance novel that was very enjoyable. I look forward to the next installment.

This book kept me in suspense from start to finish. It was sexy with a plot that would not let you go even with the twists and turns. Recomend this book to all who like reverse harem books and also got those who like suspense. Awesome book

The characters personalities wasn’t truly captured . The sex in the book is not a panty dropper very boring , however I have to say the light action and suspense in the book is what made me give this reverse harem 3 stars.

This book was highly engaging. Ace is a great heroine. Strong, smart, dedicated. When she meets the men who become her protectors, it's not a normal meet cute. No one really expects stone to turn to flesh, but she handles it very well. Soon she learns that her life of logic is not quite as simple as she thinks.

This is the first book I’ve read from these authors and I’m not going to read a second. Although the idea of living gargoyles is great, it got bogged down with too much redundant sex and the same vampire theme.

Looking for something somewhat different? Look no further. The pages really do turn themselves in this book. This is juicy with fast paced reading. This has a different twist which I truly
enjoyed. I'm betting you to will enjoy this book.

I loved this book! Ace is a detective that takes the cases no one else can solve. And she finds reasonable explanations for every single one. Until now. Now everything she's ever known has been turned on it's head. Now, she has Vampires killing people and turning others, and the decorative gargoyles at the house she's inherited? Yeah, not so decorative. She's woken them up. And she needs to break the curse they're under so Ace and her guys can all live their lives.
This was a great book. I loved the story line, and the characters. Actually, there's nothing about this book that I don't like. It's a good, fun read, and I can't wait to read the next one.

So about 30% of the way through this book I debated not finishing it because I just wasn't feeling it but I am not the type to not finish a book when I start it. So I plowed through and I am glad that I did. It really is a good story just takes some initiative to get through the slower parts.
