Justin Cocker (Cocker Brothers - The Cocky Series Book 5)

The Cocker brother series keeps getting better and better. Absolutely lived Justin and Jaimies story. Longer then previous books but so worth it. Plot twist I did not see coming made for a truly enjoyable read. Can't wait for Jeremy's story!!

Justin was never one of my favorite characters but this book change my opinion of him. Watching him fall in love with Jamie and watching how he handle the curve balls life there at him made him a way more likeable character. Another great one by Faleena!

Oh my goodness! Faleena Hopkins did it again! The sex scenes are so hot and steamy the made me lose my breath. The love story is complicated just as the main character is. You'll gasp out loud when secrets are revealed. I cried a little in the book's most heart-wrenching moments. WOW!

I received this book prior to its release as a free ARC copy. I apologize for the late review review, definitely not a reflection of the author or the book. That being said, I am very much enjoying this series and brothers' relationships and interactions.

WOW!! I've been in love with the Cocker boys since the beginning, I thought the last book was my favorite, but this one has upped the bar on the Cocker brothers. I had a few questions about a situation that came up in the previous books, but this one answered those. I REALLY can't wait for the next book......

The Cocker brothers keep getting better and better. Faleena incorporated real life problems in a way that was relevant and heartfelt. She shows men can have real feelings and hangups along with feel family values. Can't wait for the last brother.

This is the fifth book, I've read in this series and I'm not disappointed!!! These books are a great read. I can't wait to read the whole series!!! I love each character and I've enjoyed each book so far. They are all different but intertwine. If you love books that go together you will loves these books. I highly recommend them!!!

I was given book to do an ARC review. That being said....I COULDN'T PUT IT DOWN!!! I love all of the Cocker brothers but I was always irritated with how Justin was with the women. This book explains why and it was heartbreaking!! He has since become my favorite brother. I can honestly say I didn't want it to end.

I was so so so surprised though because I LOVED this book and I loved justin he has definitely become one of my favorite Cocker brothers! I definitely recommend this book as well as any of the books by Faleena Hopkins you won't be disappointed!

I read Cocky Senator with Justin and Jaimie. I have to say it is by far one of the best books I have read in a while. Justin turns out to be an amazing senator and fabulous with Hannah and Jamie! I'd like to go onmore but don't feel I can with out giving more away about this book!

I never thought I would love Justin as much or if not more then the other brothers. I thought he was just cocky and wasn't sure where he would find his love. I was so very much wrong he found two loves in the best way possible. If you loved the other books in the series you will love this one even more.

I recieved an arc copy of this book and could not put it down. Cocky Senator has now become my new favorite Cocker brother book. I loved the banter and chemistry Justin and Jaime share. It took getting through a few obstacles, but I'm glad they achieved their HEA. I would highly recommend this great read. I can't wait to see what Faleena Hopkins has in store for our next Cocker brother.

After reading all the other books in this series, I was not sure if I could like Justin. He is apart of the Cocker family and they are all about Family. But Justin seemed like he was to cocky, did not care who he slept with and would never settle down. I was so wrong about him. He meets Jaime and all bets are off. I wanted to scream at times, but what an amazing ride to take with these two. Great story.

I have enjoyed this series so much! This book grabbed me from the first page. It has sexy, witty banter, extreme surprises and heart breaking moments and just a great read. I loved Justin and Jaime and how their story unfolded. I would highly recommend this book!!

What a great story! Justin might be the brother who goes through the biggest transition getting to his love story. He is down on children, down on marriage...he doesn't do relationships preferring to stick to the one night stands and no feelings. That is until he meets Jaimie in the Boston airport, ends up sitting with her on the plane to Atlanta and finds out she is the daughter of the man he is running against to become senator of Georgia. Not wanting to do a spoiler I will not divulge any of the story but will say the transformation of Justin isn't quick, isn't easy and deep feelings from his past as a youth comes into play on how he currently feels about relationships. Love these brothers and their stories! The author has given each of them their own personalities and they are not carbon copies of each other. When they all get together as a family the differences still come out and I love them all. Each time I say the one I am reading is my favorite but really I love them all. This author tells a good story, easy read, and gives us characters the reader can love. Will recommend this book.

Wanted a book that would grab and keep interest....boy! Was this a perfect book! How something in the past that shapes the future. No one knows why he's so against marriage and kids. But he finds he can't get one women out of his mind...
Somehow I bought book five, now going to have to back and see how his siblings found their mates! Fantastic read.!!

I voluntarily reviewed this book as an ARC. This is the fifth cocker brother that I have read over the past few weeks. This story is very endearing and wonderful how two people can meet and immediately recognize a connection like no other and then build from it. Justin, who is the ultimate player has met his match with the beautiful and confident Jaimie. Justin, a very intelligent man with a Yale law degree, very handsome and overly confident, finally has to struggle with his demons of the past to realize love and happiness for his future. This story really has you involved in both of their lives and hoping for the best for each of them. While Jaimie struggles to stand her ground and really find a man wanting her for true love. She has her own past to heal from and she stands her ground with Justin really focusing on what she really wants for herself emotionally. Such a strong and scary moment for her. Justin tries to run because of something from his past which fills him with anger and with fear. As time progresses the story unfolds with a couple of surprises that rock your world and you amazingly adore the man that Justin becomes and how strong Jaimie becomes as well. Out of all of the brothers so far, he's has had to dig the deepest to move forward. The emotions so foreign to him are so well described that you really wish you could give him a hug. The most intense and wonderful moment was when he spent some time with his mom. Such a great demonstration of love for your children. It makes your heart break. Also as with any cocker story you have the relationships with his twin and other brothers. Love how close they are and how they support each other. I know this is a stand alone with possibly reading Jason's story first but personally if you have read the first 4 you understand more the dynamics of the order of brothers and the different relationships that they have. I would definitely recommend reading the others as well as they are all great stories.

As with any of the cocker books, the final chapters and the ending of the book is so sweet and defining of what close family is all about and what true love is all about. Faleena out does herself again with wonderful descriptions of each character that you feel you know after reading each story. She reminds us of real life and what surprises it can hold for us. With a little determination, self reflection and yes, love, along with a solid family with their own pasts, they can still rally around you and help you heal no matter what. Well Done Faleena. Would recommend this book as well as the first 4 to any reader. Thanks for the love.

Can these Cocker brothers be any more complex. Justin is cocky just like his brothers, he is also confident, powerful and a great man built for his political ambitions. But he will never let his guard down when it comes to women. They are used for pleasure only, until he meets Jaimie. The one woman who turns his world sideways. As if Justin's world needed another complication he meets a 5 year old Hannah, and he questions what is really important in life. Can these two females change a man so set in his ways? A secret surfaces from his families past that helps Justin rethink what he thought about marriage. Loved this book. Read it straight through.

Every time I read a new Cocker Brothers story I think I love it more. I have been waiting for this one in particular, and I wasn't disappointed. From the first time they meet, Jaimie and Justin have amazing chemistry. I really liked the development of Jaimie's character, and her relationship with her father, and how trust plays a pivotal role in this story. There are lots of surprises I didn't see coming. Each of the Cocker Brothers stories are more entwined in this one, so I recommend reading the other ones too. You won't be disappointed. I can't wait for the next one!

This book was nothing like I expected. It was far better. The romance in the story was a good push and pull. The sex okay. It wasn't an overly detailed book. I like my sex to be a bit more hot, albeit the places they did it in were spicier. Overall I really thought it was good. There were a few instances that had my mouth dropping open, which, if I'm honest, hardly ever happens in a book. Most are predictable and I loved that this wasn't. The editing was good. Writing done well. Story kept me interested. It was the perfect 4-4.5 star book. Looks like I might have to check out the rest of the stories in this series after all.
I would recommend.

Each of the Cocker brothers bring the values and lessons their parents taught them into the sphere where they have a passion for, in Justin's case, politics. Justin, and all the brothers are written with a solid character, I would vote for him in a heartbeat. His values cause him to make an unexpected career decision - but being a Cocker the only one he can make.

Enjoyed the entire series, no, the writing isn't always the best, but that doesn't matter to me when the characters and story are engaging and each book offers the opportunity to hear more about characters I've met in the past, however not liking Hopkin's actions in the real world #cockygate.

I will continue to read and follow Hopkin's but will stick to KU vs purchasing until #cockygate is resolved.

I LOOOOVED this story! Very exciting, with some amazing plot twists. This book kept me interested and reading for pretty much the duration of the entire book ;-)

I'm a Faleena fan, and have been for a long time. I've read almost everything shes written, except some of her early stuff, which I still will.

There is so much to read out there, and so little time, it takes a SPECIAL author to keep snagging me, let alone make me cry THREE times, which this book did ;-)

She has, in a very talented manner, created and woven family fabric throughout this Cocker family, and also added back story as well as future stories. Really engaging.

Do your self a favor and check it out.

The chemistry right off is hot. Enjoyed the storyline and the answer to the sec eat revealed a few stories ago. A good lesson in you need both sides of a story to form an opinion sometimes. One moment in time can change a whole outlook. Loved this one.

Oh how I love the Cocker Brothers!! I was waiting with baited breath for Justin's story, and I was NOT disappointed in the least!! I love they way Jamie tried to resist him and how strong she is. There is nothing worse than a wishy washy female lead. Oh, and the twist and turns in their story were great! I can't wait to read what comes next for the Cocker Brothers!!

I loved all the other 3 Cocker Brothers books I've read. But I was truly shocked when it came to Nancy Cocker Confession. I just wasn't expecting that!!! Everyone one of these books have a deep realistic view on life & family! It's just a bonus that the sex parts are the best I've ever read. I think I've become a CockerStalker after reading this book ;o)

Justin and Jaimie are another great Cocker couple and with the introduction of Hannah , it just gets better. Every time I read another book on the Cocker men ,the stories get even better. Every woman needs a Cocker in their life. I can't wait to read Jeremy's story..Faleena , you are a gift from heaven.

Holy Hottness! These brothers are amazing! I love each and everyone of them. Justin is my favorite though. He is funny and protective of his family. The banter between him and his brothers just makes this series so great.

This series is just brilliantly written. I cannot get enough of it. So glad an author friend suggested it.
This series is fast paced, sexy alpha males, humor and above all else LOVE.
