Lovelovelove it!!!!!!! Ahhhhh just love it. Love the cover till the last page, she nevet dissapoints me. Heartbreaking, funny, well written beautiful, sexy and addictive, can't put my kindle down. Love Theo and Claire,she's my kind of hero lolovelove her! !! Also love seeing Quin and Jaime, Jack and Margot again :-D Hope we are getting to see more of Claire and Theo in the future :-D I can not wait to read more books of her ♥

I really enjoyed this book. The relationship between the two felt real to me and the sex was hot but very loving. My major quibble with the story was his criminal past and current mode of choices. And hiring the hottie website didn't protect her from being exposed to an excon who could have been much more dangerous. And her response to Theo's shady and criminal revelations was 'well just don't do that again '. I guess I don't approve of choices that aren't more self protective.

I stumbled across Melanie Harlow's books by sheer accident, and thought why not give it a try. I am glad I did.

This wonderful story reads like a real life love story. Boy meets Girl when she needs help and saves her. Girl returns the help and saves the boy. It's like a fairy tale, and Melanie Harlow wrote it perfectly.

If you love to feel all the feels then this book is for you.

Wonderful characters, beautiful story line. I have been reading some wonderful books lately but this one was so down home and the tears kept rolling. I felt every pain that Theo lived with in his childhood and every fear he and Aaron had to conquer in their adult life. So dramatic and life changing. Claire was equally amazing on stepping out into the world to began to enjoy life. Everyday people learning to live and trust!

THEO leaves her and comes back three times! Each time she takes him back within seconds.

The actual story was good but all that felt so unneeded. I enjoyed them as a couple but geez. It was annoying at times.

Claire and Theo make us work hard for this story. She is hiring a date for a wedding to avoid the singles table. He tries to keep himself from connecting with people except his nieces, brother and wife. He moves around a lot avoiding getting attached. This is a book about forgiveness, accepting what you cannot change and moving forward. Loved the Ending

Before reading this book, I'd never heard of Melanie Harlow. The only reason I purchased this book was because it was free on the store.
One day I just decided to read it after I'd had it for a few months and I could not freaking put it down. I was hooked from start to finish. The character Claire is so relatable! I loved everything about this book from the characters to the writing. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone. I'm officially a Harlot!!

really, not sure what book those low stars were reading but this book rocked. The on again off again was part of the struggle each had to deal with. Without it, the story would have had no substance. Anyway. I really liked the book. the ending was off the charts. I cried, I laughed and cried some more.

Melanie Harlot is perfection again! I have a major girl crush on Claire, she totally stole the show and was so strong and real. I loved everything about her! Theo was great, so deep and brought a whole new level of love without even knowing it. Great book I highly recommend it!

From the opening sentence, I was captivated. I didn't want to put this book down! The story of Claire and Theo wrapped itself around my heart and mind, with every turn of the page, I fell even more in love with them. As a couple and individually. Melanie Harlow did an exquisite job at writing this tale, and I can't wait to read more of her books!

I loved the premise of this story! Claire and Theo's chemistry was off the charts!

I felt like there was so much history for Theo but it didn't go it out much detail or deal with it much. Just mentioned his past and how he stopped doing illegal things and straightened up. It felt sudden and was like bam it's all fixed.

The ending was too cute and I just love them together.

Loved the author's writing style. She managed to combine humour and romance while discussing serious topices like alcoholism and abuse. The characters were relatable and meshed well. All in all an enjoyable read my first from this author. However I will be looking at more of her books hopefully they just as enjoyable

When the acting becomes real!This book was Phenomenal! This book was FUN and SEXY! Just OFF THE CHARTS HOT! It was also HEART WRENCHING at times. This is what Melanie Harlow brings to the table and I Love it! I loved every minute of If You Were Mine. (I really do wish Theo was mine ;-D).

First book I've read from Melanie Harlow. Came up as a free book in my BookBub daily email so I took a chance. Totally worth it and I will definitely be reading more of her books. I literally could not put this book down. I stayed up all nigh to finish it. It was such a feel good story. I got that warm happy feeling you get when you first fall in love with someone so many times while reading this book. She did such a fantastic job of putting you in the situation and making me feel the emotions of the characters. Wonderful, feelgood book!!

You never realize how childhood and life experiences can affect how you feel and handle situations and people in your life. It was interesting how the author showed how people self sabotage in multiple characters...also how much easier it is to point out in someone else rather th a n yourself.

Sometimes I love choosing books based off their titles instead of reading the blurb and "If You Were Mine" definitely did not disappoint.... Melanie Harlow' s writing was so on point and flowed perfectly I felt connected from beginning to end! I absolutely loved Theo and Claire and their story!!

Love anything by Melanie Harlow. I know so many people who hates weddings because of the singles' table. Theo and Claire are so real it's impossible not to fall for their characters. The struggle of life is real in this story. ❤️

This book started off great. It was hilarious and I was overly enjoying Her books are always sexy, sweet and funny. She’s definitely one author I always look forward to. I absolutely LOVE Claire and Theo... Theo was just wonderful, I want my own.

Theo theo theo!!! This man broke me and pieced me together all in one story! Claire is probably one of the strongest and most resilient heroine I have ever read. I can't adequately put into words my love for this story. Getting to see past characters was awesome! 5 amazing stars for the wonderful Melanie!!!

Claire and Theo are wonderful. Claire is breathe of fresh air when it comes to h, she is strong and completely realistic. Theo is beautiful but broken. The scenes are hot and hard hitting right in the feels. Love this!!

I really enjoyed some parts of this book, but had a hard time fully getting into it in order to love it. I felt like parts of the story seemed rushed, and the relationship didn't feel as developed as it could have been.

Great romantic comedy with just the right amount of anguish! I loved this book! It was just what I was in the mood for. I do love Melanie Harlow books! There always funny with characters you love and route for. I highly recommend reading this book

Pretty good book. Claire has way more patience and understanding than I ever could. There would not be 3 chances! REALLY?! Good characters. Decent story line. The ending was THE best. That's why I didn't give the book 3 stars. That was totally unexpected.

I had high hopes for this story, since everyone seemed to enjoy it. However, las than half way through the book, I found myself scanning through the chapters. I wasn't really into the characters and I felt that the story was a bit of a drag and just blah.

A funny love story. Theo was the hottie for rent, loved him. Claire reminded of a few people I knew. There chemistry together started from the very beginning. Loved how the got along and disagreed with each other

This book was fantastic! The whole series was amazing and this book was the perfect ending for it. Both characters were so real even if I wanted to knock some sense into Theo. Melanie Harlow did it again! Go ahead and one-click it, believe me you won't regret it!

Easy to read and entertaining. Well written, good characters. I appreciated having both the hero and heroine's POV, especially because otherwise I would've thought he was a tool, blowing hot and cold the way he did.

I loved everything about this story. There really are many people who are afraid of commitment to someone, or to try new things in fear of failing. This story had all the required chemistry , angst and sexy times that I love.
