I was expecting this book to be put in Frosty (Aka. Aston) and Milla's point of view. At first I wasn't sure about it because of how much I like Ali and Cole but as you can see I gave it a five star. This book turned out to be very good. It was a cool thought making it have different characters POV. I like the Notes from all of them, they make this story tie up and end the series which is sad but it makes everyone have a happy ending.

I was a little disappointed with the fourth book in this series. It took me sometime to get through the book. I didn't grasp the story until half way through the book. The first three book grabbed my attention from the very beginning. When I heard this book was coming out I was so excited but after reading it not so sure I was as excited. I was very happy with the ending and that Anima hopefully won't come back. Good always prevails evil.

THIS REVIEW CONTAINS SPOILERS.
I enjoyed the first book in this series (unique zombie mythology, hilarious dialogue), but each successive one has been more and more disastrous. This installment is the worst of the bunch. The writing is terrible, the plot is lazy, and the instalove is cringe-worthy. It's fairly obvious that the author had no plans for a fourth book until her fans revolted over Kat's death and demanded a happy ending for Frosty. What's her solution? Force a romance between Frosty and the only unattached female character left - who just happens to be the person responsible for Kat's death. How does she convince us this could possibly ever happen, that Frosty would EVER forgive Camilla? By a) giving Camilla a history of abuse to make her more sympathetic (LAZY), and b) suggesting that Kat and Frosty were never meant to be together in the first place (EVEN LAZIER - and more importantly, RUDE). Lastly, minus all the stars for trotting out that horrid, cliched descriptive "all the girls wanted to be with him, and all the guys wanted to be him" (recycled from one of the earlier books - it was lazy the first time, and now it's the LAZIEST EVER). I wish I could back in time and not read this.

I don't always like Gena Showalter, and I admit that this series got off to a rocky start for me. This book, the fourth in the series, takes the focus off of Ali and Cole and focuses instead on Frosty, who is grieving the loss of his girlfriend, Kat. The book alternates perspectives, some chapters are told from Frosty's point of view, while the others are told from Camilla's perspective. The story was enjoyable, and I liked learning more about Frosty.

I have always been a big fan of Gena Showalter, no matter which series of hers I am reading I always fall in love with it and cannot get enough. This series has been no exception. This story is really separate from the others in the series though because it is not told from Ali's point of view. It is all about Frosty and Milla's story, which I have to admit I was not sure I wanted to read about at first. However, Gena was able to win me over with this very character driven book and about halfway through I was unable to put it down.
I was very hesitant going in, but in the end I am really glad I gave this book a chance because I really enjoyed it and it was a nice wrap up for some loose ends in the series. Some things are left open ended though just enough that we could see more from this world, which keeps me hopeful that we might visit this world again.

This was a great conclusion to this story. It wraps up nicely, yet leaves a hint of a potential new series down the road. It is a little disconcerting bouncing back and forth between Frosty and Milla. The headings are a little hard to read in the ebook so sometimes in the beginning I wasn't quite sure which character I was reading...got it figured out soon enough and loved it.

There is a GLARING PLOT HOLE in this novel that completely ruined the otherwise amazing series. In the third book of the White Rabbit Chronicles Milla had her memories erased by Ali which saved her from being killed by her brother since she did betray everyone. Yet, this fourth book is partially in Milla's point of view and offers no explanation as to how she got her memories back. Was the fact she lost them even remembered when writing this book? The book makes no sense considering one of the main characters should have no recollection as to who she is.

I love how this book was in both Frosty and Milla perspective. I was ripped apart and put back together several times and each time I was ecstatic. My heart was full at the end of this. Without spoilers, I love the notes from the couples at the end; they make you feel complete. Wonderful wonderful wonderful.

I'm not really a zombie fan, but this was a delicious wind up to an enjoyable series. It had some honest chills and is decidedly creepy reading for a November night. I recommend this for all supernatural thriller readers.

First off I love the series anyway so this just tickled me to death but what I really love about it is that she writes in a totally different perspective. Also she makes sure that frosty ends up with someone totally unexpected, and for those who haven't read it yet, IM NOT TELLING ANYTHING!!!!!!!!! But if u are continuing the series or starting with this one u are going to love it

This is one of the most well written books I have read in a long time. It takes a lot of skill and talent to write a book from two perspectives and have it work. Having read the other 3 books in the series, I was waiting expectantly for this one. It far surpassed my expectations and took the cake as my favorite of the series. "It's Cake!"

This is a must read! I lost a part of me when Ali and Coles story was over and was hesitant at first to move on to new lead characters. I am glad I was able to see everyone's happy ending. I have closer.

Ok, so I took a big chance checking this book out seeing as to the fact that I have not read the other three books in this series. I have heard of this series but had yet to check out any of the books in it. I had the chance to read this book and therefore the reason that I read this book having not read the other three.
My issues so much were not due to the fact that I had not read the other books; although that was part of it. My real issues is that I was not in love with the world that this series took place. For example I had a hard time instantly getting a picture in my head of what the world looked like that Ali and her friends or I should say companions resided in. Also, there seemed to be a lot of talking and not much action. All of the fighting seems to have happened in the prior novels. Yet, even though I did not care for this book, I do like this author.

The fact that I have not read the first stories in the series may be coloring my review to some extent. However, I found this story verbose and too wordy. The writing actually got into the way of telling the story. That's a shame, because under the pen of another writer this may have been a good story.

After reading and enjoying the previous trilogy of the White Rabbit chronicles, I couldn't wait to pick this follow up novel. While not focused on the first three novels main couple, Ali and Cole, this brought all the fast paced action and teenage angst and witticisms as the previous.
I loved following up with Frosty, and finding out his background and how he's able to move on after tragedy had struck in book 3.
My daughter also loves the series and said that this one was her favorite.
Enjoyable, faced paced, a little predictable, but fun nonetheless.
Highly recommend!
