The wisdom presented in this short book has become invaluable to me! I picked up the book on a day when I felt like I was at my wits end only to be confronted with powerful lessons on exercising leadership! This will definitely be on my bookshelf for reference!

They say dynamite comes in small packages. This little book is jammmed full of helpful hints for any business. The applications are very real and necessary still today in order take care of our most important assets, our employees. And at the same time continue to grow ourselves as better leaders. I highly recommend this book.

This book was suggested reading by my manager. It had some useful information.
However I felt a bit deceived by it. The meetings between the two people in the book are presented as a real occurrence, but I discovered that it was a device created by the author to illustrate the concepts in the book.
It was a fairly quick read, which was good, but because of that it seems a little simplistic. Especially for the concepts being presented.
Perhaps a bit idealized as well.

Monday Morning Leadership is an incredibly simple, yet wisdom packed read. I am going through his book with each of my managers and we have all found value in it. Each chapter can be read in 3-10 minutes, so it is a great management tool that way.

This story hits on very important topics. All though short there is a ton of real life information. Picked it up and finished it in one night. Everyone in a business environment can benefit from reading this book.

Quick read but a lot of good information. It reminds seasoned leaders of what is important and provides guidance to new leaders. We are using this book in our nurse leader meetings for leadership development.

Very common-sense approach to leadership..not re-creating the wheel by remembering snappy phrases.Had some true ah-ha moments when things clicked!
Easy to read, easy to understand...but more importantly...easy to execute.
