This book was awesome! I would definitely recommend this book. It doesn't have a ton of "bad" stuff. But there is some. The story line is similar to a few I have already read. But they managed to keep it entertaining.

This book hit the ground running. The prologue was hot and heavy. I don't know any better way to welcome a service man or service woman home! I was not prepared for the sudden turn and I felt as taken aback and confused as Maya.

On My Knees is so well written by Meredith Wild. With On My Knees, she has grown as a writer. Every time I thought I knew where the story was going, Meredith surprised me with a turn in the story. By the end of this book, I was an emotional wreck. I love when I can connect to a story on a personal level. Reading On My Knees was a cathartic experience for me; I am better for having read this book.

I will gladly walk into the fire with the next Bridge sibling. Meredith Wild is supremely talented and I would highly recommend this book. You should also check out her other work-- The Hacker Series .

I finally got time to finish reading OMK last night and stayed up til 1:30am because I just had to finish it. Meredith gives you love, heartache and emotional struggles in this amazing story. I loved the connection between Cam and Maya. This story ultimately reminded me that we have to take chances or risk missing out on some of the best things in our lives. You have to have to live in the here and now and not worry about what if's. Thank you Meredith Wild for your amazing work and I look forward to reading more. You have a fan for life in me :)

This was an enjoyable book about second chance love. The prologue opened with Maya and Cam being deeply in love. Before he was deployed, he proposed to Maya who declined out of surprise. They separated and both of them felt they lost a part of themselves, unable to move on and forget the other. Maya became an alcoholic to numb the loss. When they met again five years later, Cam was persistent to get back together as the pain of being apart was too excruciating while Maya was hesitant to get back together knowing that there was nothing left of her if they did not make it as a couple. I enjoyed the angst and liked Cam's persistence and belief in them as a couple. Maya showed growth and transformation through the book. Also, the villain in the book was just plain manipulative.
