An absolutely gripping psychological thriller - The Millionaire's Wife

I am completely addicted to Shalini Boland! This is my fifth Boland book and I intend on reading everything she writes by the end of the year. I love her prose, storylines and especially character development. This and any of her other novels will not disappoint.

I have read this same plot probably a hundred times before in other books. How could anyone whom we are told is so beautiful and smart get involved with such a loser and stay with him for years? Then there is always (SPOILER) the best friend who turns out not to be which I guessed from the start since it was so obvious. Of course, you have to kill a poor puppy which isn't necessary. I guess from all the rave reviews a lot of people enjoy this kind of book but it isn't for me. This is the second book I have read written by this author but it will be my last.
