My Philosophy For Successful Living

We all have perspective or a way of thinking regarding success, but is it working? Jim's philosophy was simple change yourself and you'll change everything! I love the quote, "We can have more than we've got because we can become more than we are". Brilliant!

In the 'self -help' industry which is saturated by self-proclaimed 'gurus' I only listen to a handful of people and the late Mr. Jim Rohn is one of them. I'm an academically trained philosopher in both my undergrad and my graduate degree, ergo, I've been trained to detect hogwash in the first two sentences in books, presentations and seminars. Mr. Jim Rohn and his legacy has always been of integrity and excellence and that's why I devour all his teachings, to call him a 'self-help guru' would actually do his work and his mark in this world a great disservice. To me I consider him a wise teacher andI only invest my time and money in wise people and their products and services. To me 'everything Jim Rohn' has been a wise investment with great returns -M- Business Philosopher and the Author of Beauty Matters The Moral Issues.

It's really helpful in telling you the foundation for successful living. Though it doesn't necessarily tell you what to do, to allow you to think about what you would like to do in order for you to add the ingredients provided to you in this book.

Jim's life was dedicated to improving the lives of the people around him by sharing his philosophy. His words are timeless and very powerful. One of the things he has said many times was 'Don't just read the easy stuff, you may be entertained by it, but you will never grow from it.' This book will help you grow in developing your philosophy so that you can find and fulfill your life's purpose.

I am an avid reader and nothing is more enjoyable than Jim Rohn. I have his Cds, the book is equally good. I love to put voice to the reading, and hence enjoy the CDs. But the book is not much different than his audio, I have enjoyed each page of the book and have read it several times. Just bought it a few weeks ago and have read it 3 times. Each time I read it feels new teaching. It is a dense read and needs to be repeated if you desire to gain the best from this book. This is a book of practical living!! !!!
