I was bored with Cinder and Rex's relationship. They went through the right motions but the chemistry..it just wasn't there. In regards to business matters, Cinder came across extremely immature and it was difficult trying to not compare her to Rex. The story itself was okay-Cinder trying to save her business, wicked stepmother, fated mates, yada, yada.. but the main couple..disappointing.

After reading the first book, I was excited to read this one. The story line was promising but I became frustrated with all those stupid lists that Cynthia made!!! I skipped over half the book because of that. Cynthia's character I did not care that much for. I thought she was a spoiled person and a bit trashy. I mean she steals her stepsisters date and sleeps with him?! Come on!! I did enjoy Rex. He was sweet. This was a disappointment and I hope the next one will be better.

I like the premise of this story, the retelling of the Cinderella story. I especially enjoyed the personal twists that the author put on the story, ie., making the "evil" stepmother and stepsisters not really as evil as you might first think. There is a lot of angst and internal dialogue on the part of both the hero and heroine that doesn't always read smoothly or seem to make sense. Still a decent read, however.

I absolutely loved this version of Cinderella! Wow awesome Ms. Frost!

Cynthia has been living a life of absolute misery since the death of her father. Living in the shadows trying to get her company afoot, but having a hard time of it living in the basement of her stepmothers basement. But she doesn't have a Fairy Godmother to help her, only her wit at sneaking into a lavish masquerade ball to hand out her business cards and try to get some investors.

Rex West is known as the Prince of Wall Street, or the Wolf of Wall Street, little does anyone know that he really is, a wolf that is! And he is throwing a lavish Ball in the hopes of finding his mate who he scared off so many, many years ago on a trail near his childhood farmhouse and Camp Kikanoo.

I laughed, I almost cried and I definitely fanned myself a few times. I can't wait for the next book in this awesome series.

This book was great. Getting to see a reimagining of Cinderella in todays time period. Cynthia Cinders is a business owner of a cleaning service that just wants people to be as organized as she is. She gets to meet the man of her dreams at a 'ball'. She gets to have her happily ever after but only after she learns to love the man behind the mask. I loved the twists that this book had. I think anyone that wants to read about a curvy girl getting the guy and not losing her self in the process. Overall I would very much recommend this book.

This is wonderful full novel. The story is based on the fairytale of Cinderella. However, Sylvia Frost has a wonderful way of putting her own spin on the old tale and making it updated and new...oh and for adults. She has a wolf shifter in this book who is the prince of Wall Street named Rex West and he is strong, dominating and wants to live in the human world right under their noses. He met his mate twelve years ago in the woods by his families farm but she got away. He has been searching for her but doesn't even know her name. Cynthia Cinders is a women on a mission, she tries to be strong, but there are things in her life she has to deal with. The characters are so well written. This book will grab a hold of you and you will NOT be able to stop reading until you reach the end. Then you will crave more from this amazingly talented author!!!

Cynthia is living with her stepmother and two stepsisters when the invitation arrived. The invitation is for top entrepreneurs to meet and greet each other's and since Cynthia owns her own business "Boxes and Broom", a cleaning and organizing company the invitation was for her.
Do you know were I'm going? It's a cute book, fun to read, it's a little different in the middle and end, but very enjoyable.

Cinderella was one of my favorite fairy tales as a child. Cinder's Wolf is a grown up story featuring a BBW of a Cinder who owns her own cleaning company) and a sexy shifter as the "Prince". This story had it all, including the Step-monster and Step-sisters who got theirsome in the end. Sylvia Frost took what could have been a dark retelling of the Cinderella story and brightened it up, played up the shifter aspect and made it a really good 4☆ read. If you like big, beautiful women who are happy with themselves, gorgeous shifters and Happily Ever After, this book is for you !! I recieved a gifted copy and am voluntarily choosing to leave an honest and unbiased review.

What a fantastic Adaptation of Cinderella. Cynthia Cinders and Rex West's story is wonderful. Having met 12 years prior in the woods near the camp she was a counsellor at. Her world seems to fall apart after that summer. Her father dies, she gets pulled out of her dream school by her step mother and one thing leads to another (don't want to give it all away) till she's invited to a ball so Rex can find her again. She's trying to get her life turned around when she finally meets him again (although she doesn't realize it).
I love the chemistry, interactions and story line the couple has. Sylvia has a great ensemble cast of back ground characters included in this story.

I have read quite a few of the paranormal stories based on fairytales. I enjoy seeing how each author has creatively used the tales to create a new story.

In this story, Cynthia Cinders met her fated mate (prince) who is a wolf shifter named Rex West many years ago without even realizing it. He did not pursue her at the time and has suffered with regrets. He believes she is in the area now and has been having parties to try to find his princess.

There is some cleaning involved, stepmother and stepsisters, some shoes and a whole lot of fun. It is a very enjoyable take on the tale.

I received an ARC in exchange for a honest review. While this is the second book in the series, it is the first one I have read. It is not necessary to have read the first in order to follow the story. This is a truly unique spin on a classic fairytale. To see some of the old favorites redesigned is like seeing them for the first time. This story is centered on Cynthia Cinders aka Cinderella and Rex West aka Prince Charming. There are no helpful mice or fairy godmother in this telling but plenty of scorching passion. I recommend this book and make sure you have plenty of time to read it because you won't be able to put it down.

This is not the usual updating of a fairytale. Sylvia Frost has woven a beautiful story that tells the story of Cinderella, but with the addition of werebeasts. Miss Frost writes, and New York City comes alive in your mind.
This is a new retelling of the favorite fairytale, and I wasn't sure I would like it. However, from the first paragraph I was captured and could not put the book down.
I look forward to reading the rest of the series.

It is a great modern bbw retelling of Cinderella. Cynthia was strong, independent but not whiney. Rex was just hot! I look forward to tge next book. This is my first book by this author, but it will not be my last.

I absolutely loved this book! Sylvia's work just keeps getting better and better. I will have to warn you though that after reading this book you will become addicted! I can't wait to see what she comes out with next.

What a book! It had everything that is NEEDED in a shifter romance. Love, passion, drama and the best HOT SEX. (18 and over sorry. No I'm not lol ) this is the way the fairy tales Should Have Been Told. Wish book 3 was already out ?

You just can't help but love this modern retelling of Cinderella! Very well thought out and lots of characters that you want to know more about. It was hard to put down, even when my eyes refused to stay open!! LOL! You will enjoy Cynthia Cinders and Rex West. Honestly enjoyed this very wonderful retelling of a classic fairytale!! So just read it for yourself!!!

Took awhile but Cynthia got her wolfman Rex. That do to the persuasion from Rex and having a lot of patience. You'll enjoy this retelling of the Cinderella fabel, but with humans, a stepmother, werewolves and a panther.

the inclusion of so many characters that you know had strife and not the perceived "happily ever after ".
Cynthia 's lists were adorable and really brought her internal struggles as a reality. A book that will have you rooting and cheering for characters
