I belong to a knitting group, and could identify with the characters in this book. Our group came together from various ages, to knit
for those with a need. We knit lap robes for cancer patients, toys for children in the hospital, etc. Also, at the time I read this book, our group was learning how to knit socks too !!! Great book !!

I enjoy reading her books. Easy to follow and just as easy getting yourself involved in their lives. I am trying to teach myself to knit since I already crochet. The calming effect and joy finishing a project there is nothing like it.

I find that Debbie Macomber crafts her characters so realistically that you love them, get upset with them, everything that would happen with a friend. The outcomes sometimes surprise you, but they always fit with the story.

I read the Blossom Street series years ago when each was first released. I'm rereading them this summer on my Kindle, one right after the other. I started with #1 The Shop on Blossom St and I'm currently reading # 5 Twenty Wishes. A great, relaxing way to spend summer vacation. Worth the reread!!

Ms. Macomber did it again with this group of characters. So diverse and yet have so much in common. The relationships develop and the story is told. Real people with real lives that anyone of us could relate to. I very highly recommend.
