Such an amazing book that had me laughing, swooning and just in love with it. It is a beautifully written story, keeps you entertained and a very romantic Christmas story. I love Debbie's books and this one was no different. This is an awesome read and I would recommend it.

What a great story. I loved the relationship between the family member. Liam and Sophia was sweet and you add Mia to the mix and you get a great story. Then you put a ghost to add to the mix. Well worth the read. I loved it.

Suspend your disbelief and snuggle in for a sweet Christmas story. This is the first of what should prove to be a fun, small town series by Mason. Start getting acquainted with the quirky characters now.

Very disappointed , received today along with other 6 books and the mass production was such a small size, I recently bought polo series size 8/20 paperbook and these appeared to be same size. I will be returning all 6 books and not getting anymore as they are too small

What a wonderful way to start anew series. Sophia returns to her family after a fire in her apartment traumatizes her 6 year old daughter. She gets a job at the large old fashioned hotel in town. Mia hasn't spoken since the fire and is further upset when a fog machine fills the hotel with what she thinks is smoke. Rescued by Sophia's old boyfriend Liam, he and Mia form a tight bond as he figures out he's the dad. The Gallagher family has lots of brothers to make this series continue with many books. I enjoyed the setting of the old hotel and the town's dependence on the business. Since it's set around the Christmas holiday it's even more special.

Absolutely adored this first book of Debbie Mason's new series. Sophie and Liam's romance was wonderful -- both sweet and hot. :) And the cast of characters in Harmony Harbor is every bit as rich and multi-layered as those back in Christmas, Colorado. Can't wait to read the next installment of the series.

There are times when an author's name makes me interested in a book. This time, it was the blurb pulling my attention towards the book along with the author's name. I have enjoyed it as much as her other stories.
The starting was intriguing and had quite a backstory to get to know before being able to completely connect with the protagonists. Before fully understanding their situation, it was still easy to relate to them. Sophie is both strong and vulnerable. She has a spine of steel to go through what she had to and come out on top. Liam is such a sweetheart. I seriously felt for him. I loved his character and I believe I might be a tad more on his side than Sophie's in the tale.
Though the protagonists are clearly characterised and are crisp in their roles, I felt the secondary set of characters were slightly blurred. At times, I felt there were too many persons involved. Most times, though, they did do their roles perfectly and they were colourful too to add to the flow of the novel.
It wasn't a smooth ride in terms of surprises. The biggest shock was totally out of the blue. I really didn't see it coming though there were subtle hints. And add the layer of supernatural activity it was a winner for me!
The romance was sweet and heartwarming. The pace was perfect for a romance and I loved the read. It engaged all my emotions and had me feeling empty and full at the same time at the end. I look forward to reading more of Colleen's machinations.
