Free Preview (first 8 chapters) (Will Robie Series Book 3)

These first eight chapters just made me become more of a David Baldacci fan. As usual, it is well written and captivating. These excerpts will make you want to read the entire book or books. His books are very engrossing, timely, and just fabulous. There is never a dull time with Baldacci. Highly recommended.

Mr. Baldacci is in his usual outstanding writing form. The Target reprises his Will Robie character, who is once again in a difficult situation. I'm hoping the rest of the book will be released in Kindle soon, so I will know his fate!

I just finished the first 8 chapters of "The Target - Free 8 chapters) today. Nice gift, thanks. But when I went to buy the rest of the book, I found two things; first, it is not available and second, it costs $12.74.

I should have known better than to start this book. Sputter, sputter, exclamations of frustration, bad words and mean thoughts are all running through my mind. Awe, come on...$12.74 really? Mr. Baldacci must be a wealthy man by now...so to ask so much for this new book seems greedy.

If his books were more economically priced I probably would have read them all by now. He is a gifted author, no doubt. I have loved the three books I have read.

For anyone wealthy enough to download "The Target", I highly recommend it.

OK I may be striking out because I just read an incomplete mystery. It is very frustrating. And, yes it was that good. I will be watching for special, reduced offerings.

The first 8 chapters take you just far enough into the book to get you interested in the story line. The main reason I would like to read more is because I like the characters from previous books. I'm not at all sure about the plot. It seems rather far fetched so far, like Baldacci is reaching a bit. Sometimes I think these authors write too many books too fast to develop them properly. I liked his earlier books much better.
