Bk 20), Retribution (Dark-Hunter

I was quite disappointed with this book. The fire Kenyon usually brings to her characterizations was lacking. The story line was tedious. I turned the last page thinking... What? Narration was excellent. I'll hope for better with the next book.

Should have waited for paperback edition. Couldn't remeber if I had met Jess in an earlier story. Large print, hurry up plot. Extra little treat at the end. Couldn't understand why those crumbs were thrown. A few threads left hanging. Maybe they will be pulled together in a future tale.

I pre-ordered this book because I enjoyed Sherrilyn Kenyon's previous books so much. I thought the book was OK. It read like the author had a deadline to meet and just needed to get something out. That being said, I will still most likely buy her next book.

Another very enjoyable book in the Dark Hunters Series. I would recommend that you read all of them. The characters are well defined. The story goes along smoothly and always a good conclusion to the story.

I absolutely love Sherrilyn Kenyon's Dark Hunter novels. The plots and story lines are awesome and I totally enjoy how they are loosely based on mythology with her own special twist. I only hope they keep coming and she never gets writers block!

I absolutely love the Dark Hunter series of books. I have devoured each one, not able to put it down. This book was so boring and uninteresting that I actually have not even ever bothered to finish it, which amazes me. I hope she gets back to good writing in the next in the series.

This book I found different, I enjoyed it. Having a different spin on the story was good. I'm looking forward to the next one which I will have to start now, can't wait.

As usuaual Sherrilyn Kenyon and the Dark Hunter series does it again. One of the best paranormal romance writers of this time! Be it her Were-Hunter series or Chronicals of Nick or any other book Sherrilyn Kenyon wrote if Paranormal is what you want then she is the Author you want!

Like everyone else I have been waiting for this book to come out! I even pre-ordered it for my kindle so that I could get it ASAP. A letdown, to say the least. There was absolutely no punishment for the death of the DHs???? These guys are doomed to an existence as a shade but hey... we all make mistakes? She was not likable at all. The characters lacked chemistry and the dialogue fell flat. There is a snippet about how Abby never felt welcome by her adoptive father?? And yet she starts killing people at his behest? It just doesn't fly!

Sherrilyn Kenyon does it again with her latest Dark Hunter novel! This story has action, sci-fi, drama and of course romance. The Dark Hunter series has been going on for a while now and this story adds another deeper level to it. I hope she continues the series for a long time.
