I loved this book. I was captivated from the beginning and couldn't put it down. This is such an amazing, heart wrenching story that made me cry and laugh and want to throw something. I went thru the whole gammit of emotions with this. The author makes you part of the story and you are sucked into the story along with the characters. I had goosebumps while reading it.

Broken Hendrix Cole, raised by his abusive and alcoholic father took one look at seven year old Maddie Davis and lost his heart. The book jumps through their romance from friends, to high school love, to their first time, to present circumstances. Good girl Maddie sees only her future, her hearts desire, when she looks at Hendrix.

This book will take you on a journey, two souls who found each other young but were ripped apart by effects of other's choices. My heart ached for the cruel twists of fate they both had to fight through to find their HEA. This is my honest review of a voluntarily read ARC.

I LOVED this book. This might be one of the best books that I've read this year. There was just the right amount of drama, chemistry, and angst. There were parts that made me laugh because the dialogue was so realistic between Hendrix and Maddie. And there were parts that made me wanna cry because it was so heartbreaking. Hendrix might just be the hottest leading male ever. I loved how manly he was while being protective and loving at the same time. I seriously loved everything about this book and would definitely read more by this author.

Maddie and Hendrix were in love when they were too young to really appreciate what they had and it all fell apart, they have a second chance now but will Maddie forgive Hendrix, will she ever trust him again, should she? Well that is what this book is about. It is a well written second chance story. The characters are both well drawn and their chemistry is really apparent. I did enjoy this author's writing style it gripped me and held my attention to the very end.

Maddie and Hendrix fell in love as kids. They had their whole life planned together. His father got in some big trouble. Hendrix had to make Maddie go away to protect her from the russian mob. They eventually find their way back to each other. This was an amazing book. I would highly recommend it. The book read really fast for me with as long as it is. The time seemed to fly as I got lost in the book.

Hendrix and Maddie became best friends as children as she helped him forget about his horrendous situation at home and he helps her fit in with the rest of her classmates. As teenagers their friendship evolves into love and although they had different plans for their future they thought that they would always be together until Hendrix makes a decision that destroys both of them.

This book is told in three parts . When Maddie and Hendrix are young children , when they are young adults and when they are all grown up. The bond between these two characters is strong. The trials they go through in life is intense and emotional. The story is well written and the author did a great job with the pacing of the story. This book has some interesting characters that are well developed. This story was an emotional rollercoaster ride that will keep you turning the pages. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. Wow....this book was really good. Hendrix meets Maddie when he's 8 years old and she's 7 years old. They are neighbors. Hendrix has a hard life...his father beats him. What gets him through is Maddie. This book goes through the years and we see these two grow up and in the end get their HEA. We also see that Hendrix's father is redeemed in the end. I love all the supporting characters, especially Gandmama, The dialogue among all the characters is really fun. This book is well developed and so are the characters.

Absolutely loved this book!! A must read! Perfect combination of angst, suspense and love.....could not get enough!! Author starts with some back story which I loved and then jumps right in.....story starts when Hendrix and Maddie are 8 and goes from there. Characters are well established and you are vested from the first page on....could not put it down!! Loved the dual POV as well.

Unlike alot of the ARCs I read - this one was well rounded and very well written. A must read!!!

Clear the schedule and settle in with this book. Maddie and Hendrix don't make it easy to find a good place to stop once a reader gets started. They each have their own scars, but still manage to have a wonderful connection and that helped pull me through even when they're separated. This story holds some surprises even as it may have some familiar beats. There are some darker points but I was rooting for the pair throughout. I really enjoyed that we get to see motivations, which not all books do. Great job. This is a voluntary review of an advance reader copy.

I really enjoyed this romance! Trigger warning though for violence and alcoholism. If you can't handle those I don't suggest reading. It's not extreme, but there are certainly violent moments. The couple themselves made me cry for them. I loved their love and was so sad when it seemed to almost fail, but thing turn around and all is well! Very well written and toys with your emotions.

I was addicted from the beginning! I loved how the story started and the meaning behind the title is completely spot on. Watching Hendrix and Maddie grow up together was my favorite part of the whole book. But as it switched to the present, I wasn’t too crazy about the way they behaved towards one another. I understand why but I feel it could have been better. That’s the only reason for the 4 stars. But the beginning was just heart-wrenchingly beautiful.

This is my first J.E. Parker book and it was an emotional ride. I actually cried while reading this book.
This book is broken into three parts. Part 1 they are children (Hendrix is abused by his father, Maddie is his sanctuary), Part 2 is about their time apart, Part 3 is when they are grown.
This book is a very powerful, emotional read. I recommend this book.

Maddie and Hendrix are neighbors growing up. They know from a young age that they are meant for each other. Although Hendrix had a terrible childhood with his father beating him, and his mother running off. He refuses to leave Maddie. Even when things went south, Maddie and Hendrix found their way back to each other. Such a good read!

My first introduction of the J. E. Parker, it most definitely will not be my last. I fell in love with everything about this from the beginning to the end. Through the happy times, sad times and the hard to comprehend something could really do that to someone.
The storyline will keep you focused on the characters, their emotions the story that is going on within the lives they lead. Truly amazing!!

I found this book to be intriguing and so interesting because the story-line was different and I could identify with the characters. I had a bad childhood and therefore I could see my self in what the characters went through. Loved this book and I found it worthy of five stars.

The first think I thought after starting this book was, that she really could write. It started with young kids, to teenage angst to adult problems. Love, hurt and the Russian mob, that got in the way. I liked him a lot, even when he was drunk he acted right. It was told from a dual point of you. Epic love and redemption, a total tear jerker, but I loved it.

The story takes a six year break, and then comes back in for a very emotional revealing part 2. Part 3 they are trying to work on that second chance. Get your tissues out and enjoy this story.

This second-chance romance story captured my attention from the very beginning. I could not put this book down. Hendrix and Maddie were meant to be together and, in the end, found their way back to each other. The story had some emotional ups and downs, but I was always rooting for the characters to find their HEA. I would gladly read this book again.

“Every Moment with You” has a well-developed story with captivating characters. This very emotional story includes alcoholism, violence, abuse, forgiveness, heartache and endearing love. The middle of this book was difficult to read but overall a good story. I enjoyed this book and recommend reading it with a box of tissues.

The two main characters meet as kids when Maddie moves in next to Hendrix. From the beginning they are drawn to each other… first as best friends and then in a romantic relationship. As their lives move from childhood to teenagers to adults, events conspire to separate them violently. Years later they reconnect, but will young love evolve into adulthood?

I liked the writing and characters in this book. The emotions (love and hate) felt so real to me. At times I questioned the relationship between Maddie and Hendrix. How could they know their love and friendship was meant to be?? But as the story continued I felt connected to their pain and joy.

Wow! This book grabs you right from the beginning and doesn’t let go even after the last page. So emotional and gut wrenching at times. I can’t even explain how good this book is. This story is broken into three parts. It takes us through the love story of Maddie and Hendrix from when they first meet as kids (7-8 years old). The first part takes us from them meeting as children to when Maddie is leaving for college.
Although it starts with a sweet love of their lives type of relationship, the book continues to add plenty of drama and antsy to create a good plot. I really liked the characters and how their story developed.

Hendrix and Maddie start their friendship as kids when she moves in next door. They go through their teen years together and their friendship turns to a deep love.
When Maddie goes off to college neither is prepared for what will happen to them. There are many twists and turns that will have you reading until the end. Their raw powerful emotions will have you in tears and hoping they can work through the tragedies they will face.
