There is just something about RaeAnne Thayne's books...they always pull at my emotions. I never would have considered Andie and Marshall as a couple, but she made it happen. They are so right together. And the kids...WOW! Chloe and Will are adorable and so lucky to have Andie for their mom, and their ever increasing fondness for Marshall became the same kind of love he has for them. Who would have imagined that Christopher would end up living next door to Marshall, and then be part of the
family? I enjoyed reading this book so much. Having characters from the previous books added so much to it as well. I know this is a Christmas story, but I can imagine myself reading it again next spring and loving it just as much.

A light read that is thoroughly enjoyable. A sweet story that involves the family of a policeman who dies attempting to save a life.
The family then moves to Haven Point where the Mother/wife is asked to care for the Sheriff who has been deliberately hit by a car and has a broken leg. There is a hostility between them in the beginning, but as the children and their Mother decorate for Christmas and include the Sheriff in their joy of the season, they all find themselves drawn into the celebrations of Haven Point. Yes, you will find out who hit the Sheriff and why.
The wife who will not allow herself to love another law enforcement officer out of her fear, will have a change of heart.

I often wish I could walk down the quaint streets, gaze in the colorful store fronts, and meet all the wonderful characters. Haven Point is one of those rare places where "everyone knows your name" and they are always there to lend a helping hand. What a magical place to spend the Christmas holidays! Haven Point is that remarkable series you don't want to miss! It is genuinely heartwarming and will leave you with that warm, happy feeling.

This is the story of Andrea Montgomery. She is recovering from the death of her husband two years ago. Andrea is looking forward to spending the first Christmas in Haven Point with her children. There have been so many changes in their lives and she just wants them to be able to move on. Try to be happy.

Wyn is a friend of Andreas and she has a huge favor to ask of her. To take care of her brother, Marshall, the local sheriff, who was injured in a hit and run. Wyn has been such a good friend to Andrea that she can't possibly turn her down. One problem. Marshall doesn't want any help. His injury is also causing him to be cranky and especially hard to deal with. He is anxious to get back to work so he can try and solve the mystery of who hit him.

A snowstorm strands Andrea and her children with Marshall. He was not counting on them to enter his life and bring him so much enjoyment. As their hearts begin to open, a romance starts to bloom.
