I thought from the beginning to the middle was great advice as to what the reader is looking for, insights for weight loss. After that it just got really boring and went down hill for me. Lots of common sense. But I do love the sections on actual tips for weight loss, goals, etc.

Interest level would be high then low. At times repetition noted. Loved her honesty and wisdom. Would recommend this book to anyone with a distorted perception of self. Her views of the human body as a whole (mind body heart spirit) instead of just health as numbers mindset is inspirational.

I am absolutely blown away by the humility, knowledge and humanity of Ms Kardashian! She knows how to reach out to people and connect on every level. I feel her pain and now I don't feel alone in my pain and struggles. Thank you for being so vulnerable!

I actually bought this book, but didn't know anything about it except that Khloe wrote it. I wasn't sure I would get anything out of this book, but I did. Unless you are perfect, I think that everyone would benefit from something in this book. She has transformed herself not only physically. She has done a lot of introspection and it shows. I would recommend it.

Khloe inspired me to start working out a year ago, and now I am looking to try to compete in another 7 months! She is VERY relatable in her book to the average woman, believe it or not! And I am a 41 year old woman. I loved her book so much I bought it for my sister.

I love Keeping Up With The Kardashinans and Khloe is my favorite one on the show. I stared weight watchers in Jan and this book has also motivated me to exercise and take better care of myself. It also has some of her favorite recipes (VERY HEALTHY) and they are sooo good! She explains her problems she had growing up with and being a BIG GIRL and how positive energy is so much more healthy for you then negative but who doesn't already know that? If you are at a low point in your life I would HIGHLY recommend reading Khloe's book! It will motivate you if you actually read and maybe even re-read what she says. There is also lots of juicy personal info in there you probably didn't know at all and it was a pleasure to read! Not too long either which I loved! Read it in less then a week!! If you love the K clan get on board with this one!

STUNNING BOOK! Serious thumbs up to whomever designed it. I'd say at least a quarter of the book is black and white full page photos, which are kinda lame. But it's easy to read. Barely motivational. the recipes are bleh. Seems to be written on a 3rd grade reading level but it's a small blog post about khloe in book form.
