This book is life changing. Harley breaks everything down, he makes it easy. I am on day 9 of the cleanse and I have seen results. I do not feel hungry or deprived of food, the smoothies are super easy to make. I am a fan for life.

Did ok for the first five days....3lbs....nothing after that. Stood still. I think it might work better for a male. The reason I tried it was because it worked well for my nephew....pretty disappointed. .

The book was an easy read with good information. The author really breaks down the diet and the reason for his choices. The smoothie recipes are easy to make and all 15 of them (5 white, 5 red and 5 green) were all very good. I also liked that you could tweek them to avoid ingredients you don't like for those you do like. Also had lots of easy snack suggestions. The plan worked for me.

Like the exercises a lot. Smoothies are good but you have augment those that don't have a lot of liquid in them (like PB&J). Once you add more milk and less yogurt, those smoothies will be much better.

The book helped me realize that the combination of protein and fiber keeps you full. The shakes and snacks the first 5 days kept me full and satisfied for the most part. I had trouble with the green shakes and it was difficult to stomach them for my taste. That's why I gave it 4 stars. I lost 6 pounds over the 15 days and was happy overall.

This book gives great tips on how to sustain your diet. I agree with the author one of biggest reasons for failure is time. If you want to lose weight, buy this book. One thing the author stresses is to stay active not to workout. There I s a great book on having fun to stay fit. [...]

All right diet gurus please someday have a recipe for a HOT smoothie/shake...no way I can get up and fix something with frozen anything for breakfast.....or have anything cold at all....otherwise sounded interesting so I will price it out and maybe try at least some of the recommendations. Also this is another guru persuaded to recommend eating a product that is basically a discard from cheese making...the cheese industry must advertise well.

I learned you must take away the information that works for you. I learned that I can't stand drinking shakes every day for almost every meal, did not work for me. However, I did learn a few new shake recipes that are delicious that I will incorporate into my eating plan. I also learned some new snack Ideas that I hadn't thought of before.. I believe this Book does have some valuable information and can be helpful in achieving and/or staying healthy. I also believe that everyone is different and must use this book as a guide basically picking and choosing what works best for your tastes, meal needs and level of ability. I do like how Harley starts slow for beginners so a beginner can work up to eating better and exercising daily. I kept the 10,000 step goal in my routine and so far has totally worked for me. Should you read this book? Yes, read it! Learn from it but don't expect it to work exactly how it say as you may be different like me. Use the valuable information that makes you feel good and get on to being healthy!

I have been battling my weight my whole life. Since a hysterectomy I really couldn't get it under control. After seeing Harley on revenge body, I bought the book and began the diet. I lost 15 lbs in a month, feel amazing, sleep better, have more energy and love the shakes. I am two weeks post 15 day regime and still have a shake everyday.

Finally, a program that makes sense, is easy to follow and doesn't drive you crazy! I love the 15 day idea. I feel as though we can all "kickstart" the body and then maintain the healthy eating plan afterwards. This book is written in a simple, easy to understand manner and filled with good information and great tips. As someone who works with others to lose weight in a healthy manner, I feel very comfortable recommending it to my clients.

Pasternak summarizes his program in the beginning and he is quite inspiring. The reason I didn't give this very good diet 5 stars is that he is behind the times in his belief on fats, like egg yolks and coconut oils, etc. His scramble recipes are for egg whites only which I find to be poor nutrition and poor tasting. I would substitute 2 whole eggs for 4 egg whites to perfect this diet. This is my favorite diet for other reasons, budgetary, taste, ease of cooking and finding ingredients, variety and his exercise program is the best and easiest I've ever seen. His exercise is better than any advice I've seen for ease, convenience, lowest cost and safety. This is a great diet for anyone on a budget who can't afford a gym and exotic supplements and foods. To top it off, he believes in beginning a daily routine which I think is key to success.

Good approach to healthier living. Like the recipes and I need good-tasting food to stay on a diet. Would give it a 5, but I use a combo of Dr. Fuhrman's book and this one for weight loss. Seems to be working so far. Need to give it a little longer to see if results are long-term.

Loved this book because it made things very simple for me. Due to some injuries, I wanted to find an easy to follow plan that was mostly dietary but still simple. I lost 11 lbs during my first three weeks and am continuing to drop weight. It has helped me be more conscious about what I am putting into my body. Not hard to follow like some books. This one spells it out!

the smoothies are amazing. my daughters in law and one son in law have been following this along with my husband. all have lost weight and feel great. I will follow this for the rest of my life. great way to get all the fruits and veggies in. very filling and I am very seldom hungry.

WHAT A WONDERFUL WAY TO IMPROVE YOUR BODY. This book has changed my life, I have lost 26 pounds and I feel great. Check it out, we eat a lot more fruit, have more protein in our diet and crazy as it sounds, the spinach smoothie with grapes and buttermilk offers a real wake up to your taste buds, plus the vitamin K is good for you.

With insulin resistance, I usually lose 4 to 6 pounds in 2 to 3 weeks and there I stay. My husband and I, he's a diabetic, began and by he end of one we had lost 7 to 8 pounds each. His blood sugar started coming down. I stopped getting trembly and nauseous from Bloodsugar swings. Reflux disappeared.

We are eating healthy food and tons more vegetables than we ever have before. A vita mix is handy. Especially if you like it very very smooth, which I do.

We will continue cycling through the three phrases until our weight is gone.

I rated this book a five star...because this book helped me to reset my Metabolism...just like it said it would
and it broke my cravings for sugar and chocolate. From day one of the program, I never felt hungry...as you
are allowed so much good protein, fruit and veggies....but it never at any point makes you feel like all you are
consuming is Rabbit Food (salad after boring salad). No, you get great tasting and fabulously filling Smoothies!
The lbs are coming off and so are the inches. My clothes are starting to look baggy on me and I am just through
the first 15 days. I have shared this book with all my friends...and now they are ordering it for themselves and
seem genuinely excited to start it...as they have seen and heard my rave reviews.

Until this book...I didn't think there was any way I was going to be able to break my junk food and sweet-tooth
habit. I felt like an addict always wanting my next fix. I am so utterly pleased that I was wrong and it was all so
pain free and easy. I have tried so many diets in the past...but now, I have learned a way to eat (everyday of my
life) that doesn't at all feel restrictive. In fact I feel like I have found My Own Garden Of Eden and I am enjoying
every bite! Give it a try...you will never regret it!
