The story continues in this third installment of The Road to Hell Series. Brenda is an excellent author who manages to surprise me with her amazing characters! River, Kobal, the rest of their friends, and a few new characters continue to fight the battle against Lucifer. This book is full of action and a showing of bonds through friendship, loyalty, betrayal, and love. We're getting closer to the end as more secrets are revealed and questions formed. I can't wait for the next book now....

I love this series, the writing is great....love the characters, but I'm pretty upset that the HUGE secret that Kobal has been keeping finally comes out, and River is mad for all of 5 minutes about it and then is fine. I'm still mad for her. I just don't think it's realistic that she would be OK with that at all and I really hope it works out better in the end

5+stars!! I LOVE this series but The Road has to be my favorite!!
This book was an unpredictable, exciting, wild, and heart-pounding experience!
I don't think I blinked thru this whole book in fear of missing something!
I have to say that whole Carnival scene creeped me put! and yet it was 1 of my favorite scenes in the book
The "OMG WTH moment" shocked me beyond words! it was awesome!
Some questions were answered some were left unanswered and it just makes you want to read the next book even more!
All I can say is THANK YOU Brenda for An absolutely twisted, crazy, thrill ride that left me breathless till the very end.

This is book 3 in the series and it picks up right where book 2 finished. River is getting stronger ever day and she is Still Desperately trying to find a way to close the gates without entering Hell itself. Kobal's love and bond with River is evident as he continues to protect her with his very being. He is torn with the thought of losing her and with her being a mortal.... wanting to change her so that she too is immortal but at the same time scared that it could be the loss of her "feel from the earth" that would be the death of her.
Kobal and River are perfect together and Kobal is torn between Rivers destined fate to be "The One" to close the gates and save the world from Lucifer himself ...... her father.
The Skellians had me laughing out loud with their relentless riddles to solve, beer drinking (beats me how that beer stays inside them lol) and their singing!!
I loved this book, I love everything about paranormal reads and this series makes you feel like you are right there with them. I can't wait til the next book in the series!!

I wish I knew how to describe this series adequately. I know that it is Sci-Fi and Fantasy, but I feel like it isn't really. You can relate to all of these characters as people, and the writing portrays this so well it doesn't feel like this would be a fantasy or is so far outside the realm of possibility that it is science fiction. Brenda writes so well, and crafts characters in such a way, you feel like you may actually be reading about something that could very well be taking place.

The Road takes place in Hell as our characters continue their path toward Lucifer. It is an exciting, fast paced, page turning adventure that has you sweating in anticipation, as if you yourself were the one walking into Hell.

Intense! Things only become more and more intense as the series goes on! More secrets are spilled causing River some doubts and causing Kobal to rethink his strategy when it comes to keeping things from her "for her own good". Some serious fighting happens and super surprising moments. Yeah, they follow the road down into hell and it is hot. And loaded with danger. Then there is this super creepy carnival...oh yeah. That part could give me nightmares. Coming from this author, the level of creeptasticness is surprising and cool because she definitely pulls it off well!

I don't know how to rate this series. River and Kobal is the ultimate perfect couple for me. I read hundred of books but the love and connection of these two was amazing. If there is 10 stars to rate this series, that will definitely be my rating. i resd thesse series sooo many times but i cannot get enough until now. I cried, swoon, aroused, scared, laughed out loud etc... All the emotion i felt on this book. I do not like it to end but i like also to see the ending. See??? That's my dilemma. I just wish that the author wil give me a hea. Don't kill the demons on River side specially Lix. hahaha. i want to see the brothers of River too still safe and no more tears please. I really recommend this series again and again. The worst part is, when is the next book coming.??? I hope very soon! I am dying here!

Kobal and River continue their journey into Hell.
River is forced to go into Hell without Kobal.
Determined to save lives she risks everything to keep the humans safe.
Kobal is playing catch up. Can he catch River in time?

Brenda K Davies is absolutely freaking AMAZING.
I didn't want The Road to end. Can't wait for bk 4.

This series gets better and better with each book as with every book Erica Stevens and Brenda K. Davies writes. Kobal and River are perfect for each other and will battle all of hell for their love. I cannot wait for the next book.
