This book has so much information, it will make your head spin. A great resource to study for preparing yourself for any emergency. A real deal with the cost of books now a days at 500 pages it is very reasonable and so much information to boot.

This book has everything that someone who wants to be prepared (for what ever the next few years throws at us) needs to know. From food, preparation and storage to how to maintain your family in times of chrisis and how to gain inner strength by keeping your spiritual beliefs alive. Great Book

It arrived very quickly and was just as I expected. I had downloaded it in a pdf form and decided I had to have a hard copy. I plan to get more for family and friends. I think it is really a must have.

More of a compendium of ideas on the subject but packed with useful information. Apparently the LDS has it figured out - if everyone preps for disaster there will be little impact on the community and you won't be begging for a FEMA handout. A perfect starter on the road to being ready for anything

I heard of this book at a prepping meeting and what a wonderful find. It answers questions on what and how many items you need and a whole lot more... if your interested in your future you need to purchase this book,

I looked through many books, but this manual touched on everything. I'm not Mormon, so it was preachy, but the information is exceptional. So many lists and starting points, there were things I didn't even consider when for preparing for any emergency.

I bought this for my daughter who lives in an alternate universe, in the hope that she will take the information in this book to heart and while praying for the best, will prepare for the worst. Full of good practical information.

This book goes beyond everyday preparedness and extends to the reader an opportunity to ready himself and his family for future crises whether those crises are within his only family, local or global. You've got to start somewhere...start with this book.

This book should be a requirement for everyone to read. You can really tell a lot of hard work and thought went into this book to help educate people to help take care of their families...and unprepared friends in a true emergency.

I Have been referring to the downloadable version of this book for years and finally decided that I wanted a bound one! I also bought more for Christmas gifts. It is so detailed and I love it! Thank you!

This is one of THE most comprehensive preparedness books that I've read to date bar none. It is thorough in its scope and complete in the details. From the beginning prepper to the advanced prepper this book is a MUST read. You aren't really prepared until this book is in YOUR library. I find it a wealth of information on all survival topics.

If you buy no other book this year, this is the ONE. Chris Parrot has definitely outdone himself with this great book.

One of the great ways is to read this manual, it has given clear concise steps to assist in finding a way to sail thru those darkened clouds. There are so many topics in this manual to assist not only you but your family and friends. As you follow the steps in this book you will find comfort in knowing that you may be able to feel much better about facing the challenges of Life ahead.

You can surf preparedness sites on the internet for hours, even days, and not become nearly as knowledgeable as you would if you sat down and read from this manual for a few hours. This manual rivals collections of preparedness documents that people try to sell for EIGHT TIMES as much as this manual goes for.

This is such an amazing collection of everything you will need to be prepared for anything that happens. I recommended this book be on everyone's shelf. Study and follow its ideas. You never know when something is going to happen. It could be as straight forward as losing a job, and as terrible as a tornado or earthquake. Wonderful book.

You can purchase many different books from different sources concerning preparedness, but you really don't need to if you have this LDS Preparedness manual. From sanitation, food storage, emergencies, first-aid to really causing some great thought and discussion. For beginners or seasoned people, this manual will show you where to begin and also how much you have forgotten over the years. Very high recommendation.

If you want an all-encompassing resource on preparedness, this is your book! This latest revision is twice the size of the previous version and is even more pertinent with the state of current events.

You don't need a religion, especially a controversial one like this to know how to prepare. There are much better books out there like When Technology Fails, for instance which provides a much better scope and does a better job of truly preparing you for what could happen.
