This book presents a wonderful view of the man and diety of Jesus through the eyes of Peter. I found the writing to be eye opening and could easily identify with Peter's view of Jesus and how his experience with Him changed his perspective (and mine).

A wonderful and funny account of the apostle Peter and his three year life and world changing encounter with "the Word made flesh". For 61 years I really never understood what a personal relationship with Jesus meant. This unique and fascinating story gave me an entirely new perspective! Thank you!!!

This writer is fantastic--makes his characters real men (and women) and that is so refreshing--Jesus is so close to the reader that he breathes right on you. I recommended it to everyone I know and I think it would be great for a men's group as a group study. Thank you Larry for your warm, real and authentic take on Jesus and Peter and all the rest.

I read The Fisherman on kindle, then bought another copy for my church library, I read two to three books each week and I cannot remember a book that I enjoyed more. The only violence was the crucifixion. I think this book would be suitable for ages 10 and up.

Great book! Your service was great also. As you are aware, I ordered two items on different orders. You placed both items in one package and mailed it to me. However, you charged me packaging for two. I expected one charge for the mailing.

A big thanks to the author for his truthful insights that is just like holding a mirror for me to see so much of myself especially in Peter's shortcomings.
