Jessica Watkins has proven once again why she's one of the best to ever pick up a pen. This book was fire!!! I have every book ever written or published by her and she never disappoints. Kennedy and King are the modern day Bonnie and Clyde. They have me wanting that "I love you more than Kanye loves Kanye" type of love! Lol You definitely won't regret buying this book!

Jessica you've done it again. Turn a typical storyline that everyone writes about into something completely all your own. Kennedy was raised by her strict father after he lost his marriage due to his wife wanting to live the street lifestyle. Kennedy is smart and ambitious but he has a thing for bad boys after one takes her virginity. She didn't like low grade block boys tho they had to be higher up on the food chain. After moving with her Mom while she attended college, she met THE biggest dopeboy in the Midwest named King. They hit it off and King decides that even tho he had just recently called off a Wedding that Kennedy would be his Reina...his Queen. He quickly marks his territory to let everyone know that she is off limits. Seemingly everyone is happy for them...even some of the people that smiled right in Kennedy's face but really wanted her spot. How far will a woman go be the King's Queen? You will have to read to find out. Even tho I pretty much had the storyline figured out Jessica still managed to throw a few loops in there. VERY Entertaining and even tho it's a to be continued..it felt like a full length novel with no cliffhanger. It could easily be a standalone.

I would recommend any person who is into the dope boy lifestyle and loyalty is 1000. I loved how Kennedy took her bid and how king held her down that was very rare being it's always the other way around.

was with Kayla. Who is the chick in the
bathroom that Kennedy threatened? She clearly
was familiar with Jada and in particular, Kayla.
King told everyone he was faithful when
Kennedy was in prison, I wonder?? King made a mistake not being honest with everyone, but especially Kennedy and Meech about his relationship with Siren. He needs to tell the truth before it is too late. The longer he waits, the more suspect it looks. I mean for God's sake they were involved prior to his relationship with Kennedy and Meech with Siren.
