Please start this series at the beginning, you will not be disappointed. It's such a great point in the series, tying things together, and starting new directions that are exciting and fun!

Michael Anderle is weaving the rare stories that draw you in and invest you in the characters. I'd sign up this minute to help out TBQ. It's THAT good. He does an excellent job of describing strong emotions which are such a huge part of any good book. They need to make you FEEL something to be memorable, and his stories definitely do that for me. I've shared his work with all of my friends who read and none have been anything but gushing about it. The first book lays the groundwork and after that hold on to your seats because it doesn't slow down!

I don't care what you say about New York Times Best Seller books needing to be a certain length or released at such and such intervals. He needs to be on there. I can't wait for him to crack the top 10 on the store sellers. Tell your friends, your family, and your co-workers to check him out!

The imagination of Michael Anderle never quites. Clearly book #10 in his Kurtherian Gambit series is part of the second great story arc. Lots of stuff happening in space (no hints but Blackhawk is having some fun).
Back on earth some major retribution is in order. Of course, Bethany Anne has the team to get s#!t done. She's always recruiting so "the team" never grows old. (Well of course, they wouldn't be growing old anyway, right?)
Without giving anything away let me just say that the concept of "fishing" will henceforth make laughter pop uncontrollably--literally ROFL. Hope you enjoy that one!
As usual a few more copy edits still needed. And also as usual, the story is like ski jumping--down the ramp fast, and faster, only to be suddenly airborne where you forgive all.

For rookies to the Kurtherian Gambit series, many other readers have strongly recommended you start at the beginning. I agree. It won't be long before you catch up, I'm sure.

Another tour de force from Mr. Anderle. Enjoy!!

Why is he separated from Bethany Ann?? Why are you torturing them?? Me?? Us???
...... I'm too impatient to wait how many hundreds of years for her to be happy again. Should have had her kill him before you had her fall in love with him. Now she smiles, but the pain of her loss is ever present.
I read all the notes. Thanks for those, btw.
Good ideas. Not a fan of Facebook, but willing to give your page a try.
KU - 10 books in 5 days.
Purchase those same books, so I can re-read the whole series again when I get to the 29'th???

Excellent series. Don't know how he puts them out so quick.
I've read the entire series, working on the most recent one now. The dialog is quick, relevant to the characters, and often emotional. The author has brought tears to my eyes more than once along with the occasional smile or chuckle. The pace is fast and the direction of the stories is consistent. I've enjoyed each one of these. I admit I stumbled over the series after at least the first 10 were released and read them all in less than a month, one after the other. I think I timed starting the first book just right.

A little spoiler alert here, by the 11th book the author is beginning to focus on growing some of the lesser cast in the book. But in my opinion there is still more growth that the main character, Bethany Anne, can experience. Hope to see some additional work in that direction in the books still slated by the author.

I love the series. Keep up the good work!

Michael Anderle is a rarity. He knows how to tell a story. I have read all of the Kurtherian Gambit tales. And I look forward to reading more from him. The way he writes allows me to see his characters as real people. However his use of vulgar language is a turn off. He evidently has not come to understand the difference between CURSING and CUSSING. There is a vast difference. It has been said cursing shows a lack of vocabulary. Whereas one who cusses has a vast store of verbiage to describe the shortcomings of others without resorting to vulgarity. But his ability to tell a tale and keep my interest is outstanding.

This will be my first review of something on the store ever so please keep that in mind while reading this review. Ok, with that out of the way I'll review my opinion of the series I've read thus far and then I'll review this part of the series.

Firstly, I enjoy Michael's writing style and how he uses current events, fads, and such into his writing. The sprinkles of seasoned tidbits add a nice flavor to the stories. Secondly, I enjoy how he does move from character to character without it being jarring. I've read The Game of Thrones series and I enjoyed the same change of pace and liken Michael's shifting perspectives to be similar in style. While the series may not win any awards as literary works of art, Michael was forthcoming in that by the way, the books succeed in being just plain fun to read. I liken Michael Anderle's writing to Michael Bay's directing. The acting in the movies are not spectacular and don't win grammy's but we all love to watch them and eagerly await a new movie to enjoy. The series has been so much fun so far and watching the characters evolve and the larger drama unfold has been a blast. I usually finish a book in a few days and am on to the next.

In regards to this book, it was another fun book of retribution and just general badassery. I look forward to the new upcoming enemy and am curious to see how BA handles the threat, especially since this person may be on her level. I'm trying my hardest not to read ahead and cheat! But if you've enjoyed the series thus far, you will continue to enjoy this book. If you are new and somehow stumbled on this book and this review I implore you to start from the beginning. While you could POSSIBLY read this book and enjoy it, you will massively miss a lot of inside jokes and character dynamics built over the past 9 books.

All in all great work Michael and keep it up! Looking forward to more of the series and the expanded universe as well!

So, book 10...there's that, a prolifically fast writer and that's a win for us fans. 10 books! Already! Yes!
Book 10 seemed to me a book filled with tendrils to connect past books with future books, less in the way of story and more in the way of paving the way for the future of this and other linked series...and that's good for fans of Senior Anderle's work as i am, but for those who were looking for more of the plot to move forward in this book bad because well, it felt to me that it just wasn't planned that way for this book. It did have a job and that is to connect all the dots in the twisted mind of the author for the future, and it sure did that for me...i look forward to where this series is going, space and beyond!

I have a hard time focusing when the engineering groups talking because it doesn't hold my attention as much. They do have some funny banter though. Bethany Anne is still living with the loss of Michael. At some point, I suspect Tom will make her come to grips with her emotions. I didn't expect what Stephanie Lee would become though.

OK I have Read the first 10 books, awesome storyline ! the first 4 books was outstanding --BUT as i keep reading im very dissapointed. the author is falling into the trap of soap opera drama , the banter is becoming way too much . I just started turning pages and pages of she said he said, hen party meeting with the ladies discussing page after page of who they want to go to bed with. Dude ! can we PLEASE get back to the story and leave the soap opera on all the Characters???? the first 4 books you handled it nicely , now the story gets left behind as the chapters gets filled in with what i call fluff. and its getting boring. the author is getting into the area where all great series go downhill because of way too much drama and less and less action . I like banter and Character delvelopment , but please!! not page after page of he said she said he felt she felt yadda yada yadda , please get back to the story(Action) I stopped reading many series of books when they reached this stage , I can only hope the Author will get back to the storytelling that made his first 4 or 5 books so great . I would like to finish the last few books with the delight i felt for the start of the series.

I stumbled on this author's first book by accident. I was tired of the usual super expensive fare out there. (Not that they aren't great but budgets and all, you know) Loved it from the get go. I don't often write long reviews even though I must admit I read voraciously. Michael Anderle is awesome. I would love to be able to write and transport people to other places like he does. I am in awe of the world he has created. Read this one to the background music of Fall Out Boy. Thank you Michael Anderle!!!!

What a title. Cliche’ and yet...could Anderle pull it off. Yes, he did! Love the Rangers, all two of them. Love the usage of groups defined by others which Anderle uses to his own advantage. The satisfaction in seeing those evil scheming individuals and groups get their just retribution...YES!!!

Not much sense in writing more gushing sentences about how great it is. Try the series if you don't believe me.

However, there are two glaring errors in this volume. Well maybe not that bad but I guess I spent too much time in the Texas Department of Public Safety which is the home of the Texas Rangers. First, the quotation is actually "One riot, one Ranger. And no true Ranger would dream of using a backup. Still a great book.

Another fantastic chapter in the series, while this book was more story building and issue cleanup than major plot advancement, it still had all of the snark and fun of the other books. Several new plot threads were started with one really major one regarding Stephanie Lee that looks to be rife with potential mayhem.

The snippets and hints post story are also very intriguing so don't forget to read the Author's notes at the end.

Wonder what they're fishing for? Start reading to find that out & what else is happening with team TQB all over the globe & beyond! It just keeps getting better! If you're looking for a great series, you've found it..... but be sure & start from the beginning.... you're gonna love the ride! Hats off to Michael Anderle again!

I’ve laughed so hard while reading about Jean, Patricia, and Cheryl Lynn’s meetings in the middle of the night it’s woken my mate up! Couldn’t put it down to get enough sleep. I’m really glad he’s NOT dead. Love this series but my eyes are glazing over with the not so hop on pop rhetoric

Great book, but I’m still mad about Michaels death. This book had me laughing out loud in a couple of spots. The Chinese sub dangling like a fish was awesome. But I still want Michael back. Great series.

This installation had less action then previous ones. There was more politics and relationships while furthering the space needs. There is so much going on and I will be diving back into the Kurthian sea!

Alright I am starting to feel vindicated a little for Michael. She has almost found and taken care of all responsible. I am on pins and needles anticipating what is going to happen when Bethany Ann finds the last remaining responsible for Michael. I expect that battle to be EPIC! Especially due to all the details we are finding out about this person. Here we go...

I was a little disappointed with content after the Title... Not enough Dogs and not enough War. Still a great read but this episode seems more like a staging effort for setting up future books. I absolutely love the Ranger idea and can see lots of possibility with that thread. As usual I am left with wanting more... Not a surprise from Mr. Anderle. Always keep them wanting more. Damn he's a tease.

This series takes me back to the old movie serials (think flash Gordon, tarzan, etc.) Where there'd be a new and different episode every week and you would rush to the theater thinking of what could the next one hold gor you this time!?
I egerly wait each of Mr. Anderles, installments with sweaty palms and shortness of breath and he hasn't disappointed me yet.

It's getting hard to write reviews for these books!! Why? Things evolve so quickly (and I am reading them so fast, playing catch up) that it's hard to get it down from one thing to the next. A couple of things never change: BA. BA and TOM and ADAM. And now Tabitha?

Nope, no more except BUY IT!

Just finished the 10th in this series and am itching to start the next...but will take a minute to write a bit...

I'm enjoying this series very much...I love the characters, the dynamics and the action...I highly recommend it as a fun read! But Michael...the Ranger quote is driving me crazy...isn't it " One Riot, One Ranger?"

When China continues it's baseless attacks in an effort to gain the advanced alien tech from TAB Enterprises, they bite off a little more than they bargained for. Flying ships, werewolves, wereleopards, vampires, and spaceships add up to a non-stop thrill rides that I couldn't put down.

As always with this Author we get another great book. It took me about 6 or 7 hrs to read and read it straight through. The flows well and keeps you engaged throughout. I keep waiting for this series to fall off as so many others do as the author gets bored when writing such a long series but it has yet to happen in this series. Keep them coming Michael well done.

Like the action and killing
Like some of the Tec.
Don't like all the filler BS.
To many characters.
The Queen Bitches now seem to be only foot notes in the stories.
Have found myself skipping half the book looking for action.

I've been devouring this series at a ferocious pace. The characters, the plots, the teasers for the next book have caused me to read too much and neglect my real life. I find myself wanting to know what comes next at the end of each book. Book number 11, I'm coming for you.

Another fine episode. Love having reoccurring characters. Fun to have the ladies be the ones needing loving. If you have not been reading to to the beginning of the series Death Becomes Her and join the ride.

This story is better than anticipated, but also to short. Really short I got going good then plopped wait till the next three books. Just like the Army and VA hurry up and wait. An short review last Tuesday broke my arm in a cast which is not comfortable. Enjoyed reading this story.

These books are so fun. Team BMW have been cracking me up. The committee to find the guys dates, priceless. The only thing that bugged me and this is small, a lot of the characters have the same name. I think George was used for like 3 or 4 different people. It got confusing.
