The Process of Interpersonal Communication

I would highly recommend using the store Student because I found this book cheaper online than I did in my college book store. Plus I ordered my book less than three days before classes started and I got it bright and early Monday morning. Free shipping is always an added bonus when paying for heavy textbooks!

The book was in pristine condition when I got it, and I even bought it used. Kudos to the store!

This textbook is a Dada masterpiece of meaninglessness. It is crammed full of unnecessary citations, ridiculously verbose, and often contradicts itself. Many of the charts and graphs, on inspection, don't actually show anything- they have no keys, no scaling, no data. They're just there to look "sciencey." I'm not sure it isn't an elaborate prank- Ocorrafoo Cobange, did you write this?

It was realy more than expected. I will continue to rent books from the store. The only thing I didn't like was that the expected time was not the same as I was told by the store. I had to wait too long for the book to arrived. Other than that im happy with the product.

It had dark green tape on the cover (front & back), so I peeled it off. It was used to cover all the maroon areas stating "THIS INSTRUCTOR'S EDITION IS NOT FOR SALE! See back cover for details on how to order the student edition." I'm not happy about it. I am using it in class, but am sure my instructor would not approve.

-Wonderful seller!!! When the book was put on back order due to a post office problem, I contacted seller and they sent me a brand new book (no charge) which arrived in perfect time for class.

I'm currently working in this textbook and I came here to complain that the book doesn't clearly define MANY of its bolded definitions, making it hard to study and make flashcards. Other than that, the text is fun and engaging.

This is an excellent text for an undergraduate course on interpersonal communication. In addition to easy-to-understand content, the end-of-chapter exercises are helpful (as are the ones that can be found in the instructor's text). An all-around good book.

The price beats what most college bookstores charge. I always reccommend purchasing online it could cut the cost of the book in half. However if your going to purchase your college book online you should visit the college bookstore and find out what the instructor requires for the class a few weeks ahead of time so you dont get stuck paying for expedited shipping.

The book arrived in good condition and was what I had wanted and expected. I know I can rely on the store when I need to order something. It is easy to order from the store, I know that my information is safe and they will get me my order as quickly as they can. Bobby.
