I liked the information, it was an easy read, and it gave practical advice that could be implemented almost immediately. It goes right along side other system-building and productivity books.

I DIDN'T like in the kindle edition that every time the word "service" came up, it was broken up into two words ("ser vice"). And it was in there a lot.

This is an exciting book with so many great business tools. I learned how to maximize my time, find and hire good sales people and lead with pigheaded determination. This book will grab you from the beginning and will not let you go until you have finished it. It is an easy entertaining read. It will explode and grow your business

I bought the audible version and listened to it three times. There is so much quality information in it that I had to buy the book to use as a reference guide. I personally think that any one responsible for a business MUST read this book. I have referred it to 6 of my friends and clients so far and will continue to do so. Get it!

This is a poorly produced sales document. It's redundant and proves that like in golf there are those that can and those that can't, TEACH! I would not recommend making this purchase. Ken Blanchard has written, co-written some of the finest sales motivational books in the marketplace.

He writes clearly and succinctly, easy to read and extreme logical sense.

This is a fantastic book with details and advice that fits any type of work. The story telling is probably the best part of the book. It makes it easy to read. The "got a minute" meeting hit very close to home. This book is filled with very solid techniques.
