Loving Lo (Devil's Knights Series Book 1)

This book came to my attention via a Goodreads discussion group. People really seemed to like it but it was a miss for me. The H was not appealing and the h was so annoying and immature I found it hard to believe I wasn't reading a New Adult novel. But my main complaint has to be the amateurish writing. If not for the subject matter, I could imagine a middle school student constructing more well-developed sentences than were found within this book. It is not too often I regret spending money on a book but in this case I really wish I had saved my money.

Writing style was good, but story needed more development. The relationship between H and h was really rushed. Would have been much better with some build up. Will probably read the next book just to see if it has more depth.

Now trying to make a fresh start with her son , she can finally breathe , until she meets a woman at the supermarket who plans on playing matchmaker with her son, but is she ready for what he wants to give her ?

Lo is known around the club as the player , someone that will never settle down , but when he meets the woman that took care of his mom , he knows that she is his game changer .Only problem is , she's been burned before and in serious denial when it comes to how beautiful she is .
Can Lo make Meg feel loved again or is she damaged beyond repair?

This is the first time I'm reading a book by this author and she didn't disappoint me at all. I loved the characters , especially Megs best friend Cyn and the guys from the MC that just hung around in the background each getting their turn to show their personalities and the way they banded together to help Lo win Megs heart....they are a true brotherhood.
I definitely cant wait to hear Cyn and Ridgid's storyline !
I also loved the fact that the female character was not a skinny , young hanger on ..she has curves and a teenage son.....she's a real woman dealing with real issues !!
In the beginning I thought oh no , Meg was going to play this weak damaged female , but she's a firecracker and I think the match between a stern , Rough biker like Lo, who also has a sweet , caring side was what brought that out of her making me love their storyline .

I cant wait to read about the other MC members in the Devil's Knights series !!

Lo is the president of the Devil Knights MC he is also known as King. Lo didn't know what to think of this beautiful woman with her butt up in the air helping his sweet mother. He has never felt this connection with another woman and he is determined to not let Meg over think their relationship. As their relationship builds, Lo wants to meet Meg's son. Meg just doesn't know if the time is right.
This is the beginning of the Devil Knights MC series. It's so light hearted and loving that you can't help but fall in love with the characters and read the next installment.

I found this author completely by accident and after I was gifted Book 3, figured I should start at the beginning with Loving 'Lo.

From the first interaction, I was hooked. Meg herself is a female character not to be messed with, even though her self-confidence in the area of men is sorely lacking. Enter 'Lo, the president of the local MC that just moved into town. While their first meeting was auspicious (Meg was bent over retrieving some items that had fallen out of their basket), it set the tone for their relationship.

I loved the humor, the interaction and the way that 'Lo set about making realize that even curvy girls are sexy and beautiful. In fact, I read it in one night! Kudos; I look forward to reading more of this author in the years to come.

Meg hasn't had a good experience with men. Divorced for the last five years from the man who stripped her of her confidence, she isn't looking for a man never mind a relationship. Then one good deed puts her into the path of Lo........Holy moly! That man, he knows what he wants and will not let anybody stand in the way. But Meg has built her walls so high......can Lo shake those foundations and is Meg strong enough to let those walls tumble?

Oh my goodness! My heart is pounding, I just loved this story! Lo, is a super tough, sweet talking, knows what he wants biker and Meg is what he wants. She's strong but has little self confidence. I immediately loved her! Fun, witty, smart mouth with a bit of attitude. It's a fast paced journey filled with heat and great friends. It's a must read book and I am ready to dig in to the next story. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the editing. It just needs a little polish.

My first book from Author Winter Travers and I am addicted now! I loved the book! It kept me glued and up late in the night because I could not put it down, I wanted to see what will happen next! It was awesome and now I am going to go get the next one because I can’t wait to see what will happen next. ^_^

This is the 1st book I have read by Winter. It won't be my last! This story full of hope, trust, understanding, strength and love. It was hot, sexy, funny and sweet! Loved Meg & Lo!!!
This is a must read.

OMG I absolutely loved this book. I highly recommend it if you like MC romance. I just love Lo and Meg. Meg is a 36 year old overweight mother of a sixteen year old son. Lo is a 35 year old sexy man to die for. Meg meets Lo at a Dollar store where she helped his mother out. I will not go any further as I don't want to put any spoilers in here.
