Blyss (The Blyss Trilogy Book 1)

Loved it. Always like a book with a little suspense, a lot of erotica and sexy men, and this definitely fits the bill. Not for the faint hearted, but if you love a sweet, strong heroine, a misunderstood villain and a true bad guy, you'll love Bliss. Definitely would recommend and can't wait for the next.

What a story! My heart was in my throat throughout the whole book. It was such a nail biting, edge of your seat read. I really enjoyed this book and can't wait to find out what happens to Jules next. J.C. Cliff is such a great author. She pulled me into the story, letting me feel the emotions that Jules was going through. I'm looking forward to the next part of this story. Definitely is a five star read!

Ok so words can not describe the kind of emotional ride you are about to take upon reading this mindblowing novel!! Seriously I was sucked in right from the start and honestly it was written so well I swear I felt like I was her. Believe me what goes on in this book will have you crawling out of your skin and wanting to take a shower to feeling amazingly turned on and damn if you won't feel everything the main character feels. You will find yourself cheering for her and being afraid for her all at once! It is brilliant!! I loved every second of it! I am now needing to have the next book because I need to know how this plays out!! A MUST READ!!

This is really a good story. Lots of emotions swirling around while reading this book. I switched between loving and despising Travis, pretty sure I got whiplash. He is not on my "Happy List" at the moment. Nick, well can we say creepy, stalker guy that needs some serious anger management? My favorite is Jules. Love that girl! Looking forward to what is going to happen next.

This first book was really good. It set the stage for all the characters and we got just enough of them to suck us in. Jules is very feisty and keeps fighting even though Nick whose a douchebag gets pissed every time.

Travis is her savior, or is he? Not sure but he is sexy as hell! Not sure how all of this is gonna play out but I can't wait to find out!!

J.C. Cliff is the ultimate storyteller. She weaves the horror of a situation so that you are there with the character, your heart pounding with the character, wanting to be sick with grief, confusion, despair and ungodly anger. I have to take a break before I go onto Book 2 to catch my breath, feel some joy and continue tomorrow. A masterpiece of suspense, I look forward to Julianna's journey and hope to the Gods there's a HEA of some kind.

I read Blyssful Lies first, because I won the book. After reading Blyssful Lies, I just had to get Blyss and read it! An amazing read! This book keeps your attention the whole way through the book. It has you wanting to know what is going to happen next. This is an erotic romance, suspense, intense, and jaw-dropping book. I can’t wait for Book 3. 

OMG...that's how I can possibly describe this book!!! I am still left with my mouth wide open... flabbergasted literally! J.C Cliff has created a unique story line which has rendered me speechless! This is NOT your everyday Adult Fiction novel...Noooooooooooooo,it goes waaaaaaaaaaay beyond that! This story will have you flipping from page to page like a maniac...I'm actually holding myself off a few minutes to be able to finish this review before I dive into Book Two!One helluvan adventure is all I've got to say because I won't be giving away any spoilers...I will insist that you ALL get yourselves a copy of this series...it's just something that you won't want to miss out on.I wish I could give it 10 stars but I've only got 5 to work with....and with this said,I'm off to Book Two Blyssful Lies...Laters readers!!!

A titillating book with a very different storyline than my normal reads. Starting out, I thought I was going to be on Nick's side, but quickly learned my boy was going to be sweet Travis. This story is so different than others I've read. Yes, it has the very wrong sex trafficking dynamic, but there's something within it that makes me keep reading. I'm thinking it's that there's the hope that she'll make it out of there. And I'm going on to the next book right away!

The book is scary. For sure. I normally hate books with any type of forced sex in them. It gives me the heebie jeebies. I turned each page hoping nothing "over the line" would happen to Julianna. It didn't really. Yet. Which still makes me nervous. But this was really well written. The pacing was good. The emotions sucked you in. I wanted to stay angry throughout the book and be mad at Travis and hate him. But I'm holding out hope that he's got a plan. Downloading book 2 right now! :)

This book relays a very controversial issue that receives very little political or social policing. Sadly the book states that more women are held captive within U.S. borders than American's are remotely aware. The conviction of some that the "little woman" is lacking in today's society is so archaic, but to some the gain of women's rights is the demise of today's moral compass. Blyss is the cure for the man of means.

I really like this book. The underlining tone of human trafficking is a big national topic. This author uses it in the story and I am glad she did. It is a hard topic, it is a disgrace to our country in how it is handled, it is never o.k. no matter how much in love you are. The female character is afraid of her mind spitting off and she is right to be afraid; as psychological abuse is the hardest to recover from. Good job by the author to write it in and I could still read the book.

At first I thought the book was disturbing, but I'm glad I finished it and went on to the last two books in this trilogy. The books certainly kept me captivated and I'd say they were the best I've read in a long time. I loved the Epilogue too. Can't wait to read her next book about Quinn.

Unexpectedly hot. This book was a freebie and the author unknown to me but I must say WOW, just WOW! I love the characters and the story line holds my interest like nothing I've read in quite some time. Can't wait to get books 2 & 3 so I can find out what happens next and how this all ends!

This is not your average read!!! Move over 50 shades... There's a new competitor in the house and is by far a smoking gun! Ladies be prepared to want to read the next book cause this author just casted a twisted kinky crazy spell on you and your not going to want it to stop! This book is on FIRE!!!!!

I had borrowed this book from someone and decided I wanted to have it so just bought it. It's a very dark romance. Julia is a very strong woman kidnapped by Travis and Nick. You haven't read it I do recommend it. Can not wait to read Blyssful Lies.

I laughed out loud when Julianna read 50 Shades of Trash! Worst writer ever. The author of the Blyss Trilogy is MUCH better. I took off one star for typos and incorrect spellings and usages. She needs a better proofreader.

I liked this first book enough to want to read the second one. Then we'll see.

Just got done reading Blyss - I first thought- oh it is one of these college romance books, but I couldn't have been more wrong !!! After a few pages I was hooked!!!!!! I just got done reading and while I am typing this review the second book is downloading on my kindle!! I will read it right now - got to go
