A Bad Boy Mafia Romance (Carbone Crime Family) - YOU'RE MINE

I thoroughly enjoyed this short bad boy romance with great characters and intrigue. An arranged marriag has lots of problems to overcome, but the ending was great. I plan to read more books from this author. I received an advance review copy in exchange for an honest review, and I recommend this book to lovers of this genre.

I love the storyline with You're Mine. Two people from warring mafia families are forced together in an arranged marriage. Both have better plans for their lives, one wants out of the life, and the other is happy with his life. Their wedding reception takes off without a hitch so hopes are high only to come crashing down again. I love how Enzo becomes protective of Sophia even though she didn't know who she could trust. It was great to see how their loves comes to a happy ending. I look forward to more books by Emma! I received this arc in exchange for my honest review.

Enjoyed reading You're Mine: the plot of this story was really good as were the characters and it keeps you turning page after page. I was really impressed with the author being so young and I'm sure as she continues her writing will mature and grow to become a great author. Enzo and Sophia story is a good one good loving OK action characters on point I really did enjoy reading this story, would love to read about Diego and the Men that belonged to Enzo ( hint ) also keeping in touch with Enzo and Sophia and their family maybe a small series .

I have to say the mafia romances are quickly becoming one of my favorite genre to read. These stories tend to have a darker, harder edge to them. Emma Spring is a new author for me and I do like her work. The story kept my interest and I did no skimming. If I skim it because it's too wordy or it's boring and draggy in parts. So if I didn't, then it's a good book. I like to feel like I'm part of the story and feel the emotions of the characters. I highly recommend this book as a good read. Sophia is an Irish mafia princess and Enzo is an Italian kingpin's son. An arranged marriage for the two is made to make peace between the two mafias. The Irish kingpin is murdered the night of the wedding and all hell breaks loose. Enzo and Sophia hadn't met before until a month before the wedding but they are drawn together. Both sides want Sophia but Enzo will protect what is his and Sophia is his.

Despite the circumstances of their union, there is chemistry between the two. The murder of Sophia’s father on their wedding night sets in motion a roller coaster of violence, betrayal, mistrust, and love. ARC Review. I loved the way the book started out, but I would have liked more development of the characters. Enzo and Sophia had strong personalities and for them to fall for each so quickly was had to understand. Even though I believe in love at first sight that isn't the way they were portrayed in the beginning of their relationship. I agree that it was fast paced and I like that in a book, makes me not want to put it down. If asked I would recommend this book and author. Hope to read more of her works.

Sophia and Enzo are the complete opposite of each other.. They don't want to get married but their Mobster dad's are trying to make a peace treaty between the Irish mafia and the Italian mafia.. but things don't go as planned after the wedding there's some bumps in the road and a lot of mishaps but you have to read this story in order to find out what happens.. I loved this book because it is well put together and had a very good plot.. I receive this free novel in order for an honest review...

I really enjoyed this story. I started out liking Sophia but then as the story progresses I started disliking how she is acting so weak. By the end of the story I understand her character a lot more and have developed a liking for her again. I loved Enzo's character. He is charming and protective. The story is well written and well developed. There is a lot of action, drama, and of course romance. The flow of the story is great and you don't have gaps in the story. this a great story between the Irish and Italian Mob. In a bid to regain peace the two head fathers of the family decide to marry off their children Sophia and Enzo They hate each other at first sight although neither can deny the sizzle of chemistry between them. When Sophias father dies Enzo knows he has to protect her from the Many Many people trying to kill her. Will he succeed? Will they get their Happily Ever After? You're gonna have to read it to find out! You may just be in for a surprise.

Great mafia romance. I just loved Enzo and Sophia and how they came together as strangers and grew to love each other. Circumstances beyond either of their control - the joining of the two mob families for the better only to have Sophia's father killed by those not wanting this joining. The story was involved and keeps the reader wanting to know more. I enjoyed this story and look forward to reading more books by Emma Spring. I do love a good mafia story. Sophia is the daughter of the boss of the Irish mob and Enzo is the son of the boss of the Italian mob. These two groups are at war. They need to come to an agreement. The way to do this is to marry these two together. The day after the wedding, Sohpias dad dies. Enzo does everything in his power to save Sophia from the man that killed her father. Lots of twists in this book.

This story had potential. It was too fast paced and the characters weren't developed. I loved the idea of the plot. Some aspects seemed juvenile and all the internal dialogue about what they feel for each other was tiring. I wanted more of the mafia storyline and why things happened. Keep trying, Emma. You've got it. You just need to develop your talent some more. I will definitely give you another try.

It is amazing what can happen when extreme circumstances force two people together. Sophia is from the Irish Mob, Enzo from the Italian mob. To broker a truce they are forced to marry, but will it work. As circumstances beyond their control start happening, their growing bond becomes tested. Is their relationship real, can they break ties with thief mob families, who can they trust to keep them safe?

This was an easy read and well written.

The story starts out a little slow but then picks up speed. Good story about dueling mafia families, mixing in a little of everything mafia-related, violence and death, deals being made, and the arranged marriage between Enzo and Sophia. There were some great sizzling scenes, and Ms. Spring writes some good dialogue, funny at times, serious at others, and of course, sexy too!

Where to start.. I will start by saying what a fantastic book this is right from the blurb it seems to just draw you in from the get go I simply could not put this book down at all the storyline was one of best there is and the characters are absolutely brilliant.. I absolutely loved this book in many ways worth so much more than 5 stars in my eyes I cannot wait to to read more from this author

I loved the war aspect between the two rivaling mafia families and how it all played out. It was a little insta love for me but overall I was hooked to find out how it would all come together. I received this book for an honest review (ARC). I love this book, but love mafia books! The Irish and Italian mafia families are trying to arrange a marriage of their children Enzo and Sophie. How will this marriage go as neither one wanted any part of it, but had no choice. How will their lives be? You will have to read this fast pace book to find the answers. It is a five star book.

The story had potential, but needs work. Enzo is supposedly a tough mob boss' son, who is all for war, but sheds tears when his friend dies. Sophia has sex with Enzo on the side of the road immediately after being beaten. Also, some of the dialogue has a cheesy feel to it. Other than the cover being Hot!, the rest was just okay.

I was really hoping to like the two protagonists but other than the author narrating that they are starting to feel something for each other, the nuances of their interaction needs steam. I really enjoyed this book, it had a great plot, great characters and a true love story, when a story is written well enough to make you cry when a character does then it is a great read! I hope this is just the beginning of a series because I would love to read Diego's story.

I plan to read more books from this author and I recommend this book to lovers of this genre.

I enjoyed reading this story full of twists and turns. There didn't seem to be any spots that dragged but the main male's personality seemed to change drastically part way through make parts seem a little odd and un-mafia like. Other than that I liked the story.

While the book held my interest, the plot was predictable and there were no real surprises. The main characters, Sophia and Enzo, were somewhat one-dimensional and lacked complexity. I was gifted this book for an honest review. This is the first book I have read from this author and it won't be the last, I absolutly loved it. It is fast paced, action packed and has some pretty steamy scenes. The whole story line was easy to follow and I couldn't put it down until it was finished

Not my favorite. Sophia's and Enzo's reactions to events are over the top, but that can probably be chalked up to their age: they're pretty young, 18 and 20. Still, the plot was good, and the sexy bits were great, and there are a few twists in regard to why everyone seems to be after Sophia.

Really tried to connect with the plot and characters, but it was way to childish. Not a mafia book I ever read. The characters acted more like kids playing dress as the mafia. It started off interesting then went down hill soon after.

Overall the book was a quick read and was good. I believe the main characters should have been written as older adults not late teens early 20s. They seemed at times immature for the content of their lives.

OMG This book is a wonderful love story with great characters. There are so many things going on that it is hard to keep up. This is a rollercoaster ride of exciting things happening. I loved the characters and how in tune they are with each other. Great!!!
