Fighter

Fighter begins when Dale is back home with her brothers helping them catching a jumper. Her brothers run a bounty hunting business and she's suppose to help out. The problem is the jumper is her ex-boyfriend who she's not really over. Now, she has to figure out how to help him and still keep her heart intact.

Fighter was a short story with a lot of action, and a little bit of romance. It was so very short that it didn't tell much of the story, but it was interesting. This didn't really feel like the author's normal type of story. And the characters felt a little different as well. That's not a bad thing, it was just different.

Overall it was an interesting short read and I liked it.

Tijan is one of my favorite authors and yet again she doesn't cease to amaze me, this novella is as awesome as all of her books.
This short, but yet incredible, story of Dale and Jax is fun filled and full of sexual tension.
What more could you want from a book, right?
I didn't want it to end!
I can't wait for the next installment in Jax's journey.

I will definitely be recommending this fantastic story to my fellow readers.

This was a great short glimpse into Tijan land. I love her, so of course I love this story, even if it is short. It can be read just as a short story, but it feels complete. I want to know more, but I feel that way every time I read one of Tijan's books because I love her characters.

Another wonderful read by Tijan. This book was somewhat different to her other reads. It was somewhat lighter and had some funny moments. Usually Tijan books are darker and alot of things are going on but they are always great books and enjoyable. Delilah Holden (or Dale as they call her) has 9 brothers and they are bounty hunters. She is the only girl but she wanted something different, she went off to college. She comes back home for the holidays and of course her brothers want her to pick up in the family business while she's there. Her ex-boyfriend is the guy they are chasing and he's the one that broke Dale's heart.

Dale is a great girl who lost her mother at an early age and was raised by a father who drank too much and died in a bad way. She and her brothers would have been put in foster care if it wasn't for her oldest brother. He took them in and worked as a bounty hunter and then ended up running and owning the business. She loves her family and they are important to her. She also has a great best friend that is always there for her and helps her whenever she needs. Jax Carter who is her ex-boyfriend that broke her heart. Jax was an underground fighter. Men want to be like him and the ladies love him. While she was with him, she fought more and got into a lot more trouble.

Jax has changed since he and Dale were together. There is a bounty on him for a very good reason. He will do anything and I mean anything for the people he cares about especially his sister. He really did care about Dale but he was immature and didn't take things serious at the time. He's a really good guy.

Definitely worth reading. Looking forward to next book about these two.
