Nemesis: Book One - A Sci-Fi Thiller

I really enjoyed reading this book. I can't wait for the next book to see what happens next.How will Bryan and Thera think of a way out of their problems? What will Morena do? Will both Julie and Michael survive? Great book!

Wow what a gripping read, loved it from the start. It's not my usual choice of storyline I normally go for crime but came across Nemesis and was glad I did...can't wait for the next instalment to find out what happens next!

Nemesis mightbeslow to start off with but do not let that put you off. You will soon get into envolved with the plot and wont want to put it down. Before you know it your at the end, bring on book two as soon as poss.

I'm always looking for a new series to delve into, and I've found a great one in David's new series. Nemesis is a constant page-turner that never slows down. Never boring, never dull, this is a new sci-fi series that every fan should pickup! (Or download!)

I've never been one for sci-fi books or movies but decided to try it out on one of David Beers other series Devils Dream. Loved his writing, definitely was hooked. Nemesis may even be better than his first series. I read it in an afternoon, could not put it down. Fast paced, well written, and very entertaining. I loved it and would highly recommend the book. As with all good things there is a down side, waiting for the next part!

My first venture was David's Devil's Dream series, after reading the first book I ran out and bought the bundle! I feel the same about Nemesis-didn't want to put it down! It's going to be very difficult to wait patiently for the next book in the series!

After teaching school fro 35 years, I wasn't much. Interested in the perspective of teenagers. I did not get past the first two chapters. If I would have gotten farther into the book, I might have enjoyed the read. Sorry.

Wow, another great read. What I love about David Beers style of writing, is that it isn't the same from story to story. I get board sometimes reading one authors books all the time, because they tend to be so similar in story line. You do not get this with David Beers. This new book is so imaginative. A real page turner. Can't wait for book 2. That is the only part I hate, waiting to see what happens next.

Best book I have read in a long time. Tops the Devils Dream Series.
Fantastic story with characters that create depth and feeling around them and their lives.
Could not put it down once I started to read it. A must read if you like to be swept into a fantasy sci-fi world so easily imagined by the excellant writing and story telling.
This should be the buzz in the reading world.
